Enjoyed our stay! VRBO is a beautiful house & well equipped with everything we needed! Even had games for the kids, nice roll away beds, etc! Was close to many attractions! We will stay here again when we come back to Colorado Springs!

This house worked so well for our family of 13 - 8 adults and 5 children. We had a great time in Colorado Springs.

The house was plenty big enough for our group of 14 adults and children. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with all the utensils and supplies that we needed. Those in the upstairs bedrooms appreciated the window air units at night since heat rises! That was important since we ate most of our meals there. The yard was a good size for yard games. The host was very prompt in responding to my e-mails.

This property met and actually exceeded our family’s needs and expectations. Three generations of my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful 6 bedroom VRBO. The house was extremely clean, very spacious, had an awesome kitchen and in a great location to reach the airport and all of the area venues we wanted to enjoy.

We had a great stay. The house was as described. The owners were easy to communicate with. Great place for a large family.

I was looking for a big home to bring family and extended family out for our son's graduation from the Air Force Academy. This is the home for the perfect get-together. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of amenities for cooking for our large group. The bedrooms were spacious and separate enough not to be on top of each other. The basement was perfect for the younger adults. The outside decks were amazing to relax on and soak in the scenery (Pike's Peak). The location of the home was central to so many activities for every age group from 18 - 85! The owners were very prompt and helpful with any and all communication. Overall, this was just the perfect home we were looking for.

Ben and Kim’s house was everything we needed. The view from the back deck is amazing, any issues were resolved with a text.

Positive about this property: The location is very good. House is spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay. The owners are helpful and responded quickly and took care of our needs. Negative: The property description is misleading. It says a house with a pool that sleeps 14. But if you have 14 people including children there is an unexpected additional per person per night charge of $750 in addition to the hosting fee, cleaning charges, etc. I had two members cancel, one family came after one day, and one left one day earlier but had to pay this $25 per person per day charge ($125 per person over 8 people). I have been booking VRBO for many years but never paid extra per person charge. The charge is mentioned nowhere and was not clear before booking. The house has no pool. You can use a community pool if member of the YMCA. It should not say a house with a pool but one with access to it.
