Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental experience overall was good. One of the trundles was broken upon arrival but maintenance was sent out and made it sleep-able. The only other downside was that the couch has seen better days in the main living area and the outdoor cushions for the table/chains could also be replaced. Overall, very pleased with our stay, loved the updated front deck and additional screened in porch area as well as the replaced outdoor shower. Also loved the beach toys, paddle board, and kayaks as well as the ping pong table and bikes for some bonus fun.

This house is amazing, we are already booking for next year! Has everything you need for an excellent stay for all ages. All items needed at beach are included, bikes, chairs, rafts, paddle boards, kayaks, ping pong table. Layout works great for large families. I can’t say enough about how nice home is. We will be back next June for 1-2 weeks ! Thank you for a great family vacation!!!!

Property has everything you need for a great stay at Broadkill Beach for a large group or two families to share with two primary suites.

We stayed over a holiday weekend and really enjoyed it. The house had everything we needed and was only a few steps from the beach and short drives from any of the places we wanted to visit. We would definitely return!

The house was beautiful, well-equipped and close to the beach. Check in and out was so easy! Last year it was an ordeal. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone friendly. We were relived to get to take the dogs.

Loved our week at 7 Louisiana Avenue! Absolutely beautiful home that was immaculately clean. Beds were all incredibly comfortable and A/C worked amazing upstairs and down in 90 degree humid weather. Just a few steps to an incredibly beautiful beach with only a handful of people in sight at any one time. Extremely dog friendly as well. Incredibly impressed with Gallo Realty as well- super organized, friendly and helpful. 5 stars all around!

Lots of room for the family in this well equipped house. Short walk to the beach. But bring insect repellent. The mosquitoes and black flies can be a problem.

We have finally found the perfect beach house for our family - 6 adults, 4 young kids. The bedrooms were so comfortable and the huge bedroom with two bunk beds made the 4 boys happy. Great screened-in porch and big kitchen! Looking forward to next summer!!!

The house has everything we needed and more. Quiet location for a relaxing time for the entire family. We definitely recommend staying here.

We all loved the house. I felt like I was at home the whole time we were away from our home. Very relaxing. There are a lot of stairs. The beach was a little rough to get to. If you are walking to the beach wear sturdy shoes. The sand is burning hot. Once on the beach it was fantastic. Thank you for a great 4 days. ❤⛵🤗
