Our second time staying here, and just as great as the last! We had a multigenerational family, including an infant and toddler, and had a wonderful time- enjoyed the porch and yard, quick bike rides to Surfside and Miacomet, easy walk to Nantucket Fish and Meat, and Nantucket in general. Out family spends a week on Nantucket each Summer. We enjoyed staying at this woodsy home. It was close to the discovery playground, the forest and downtown. The house had lots for the kids to do and the owner was easy to communicate with. We recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice retreat. We had a wonderful week and look forward in returning.

Spacious house and yard, lovely yard , easy for family to use

Conveniently located, this house is a wonderful choice as a home base and a hang out spot. From the house, it is easy to go downtown, visit several beaches, and grab food at markets/restaurants. Our teenagers enjoyed hanging out in the large living room. The adults enjoyed hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Truly a fabulous place for an amazing getaway!

This was a fantastic property. Beautiful, spacious house equipped with everything we needed. Backed up to lovely wooded area with fun frisbee golf course. Easy bikeride to southern beaches or to town. Easy to Lyft/Uber as well. We loved being there before the Memorial Day crowds and the weather did not disappoint- cool but sunny! So fun to be back on the island. Thank you for a great stay!

We have stayed at this hole several times and always excellent experience. house is well maintained and fully equipped and supplied. we like the location next to forest and convenient central location . nice and quiet. we had some travel difficulties and Karen was very kind and helpful in sorting things out.

This house worked extremely well for our 6 adults and 4 small children. It is within walking distance to awesome shops. And the outdoor shower was a valued facility as we all came back from the beach. It is very well equipped..

Had a wonderful stay, convenient location.Wonderful backyard porch. Spent evenings relaxing on backyard porch which was so relaxing after a day at the beach. Great layout with kitchen open to family room. With nine adults and one two and a half year old, we all had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our stay on the island.

The house was perfect for our family of parents + teens/ young adults. Plenty of room for us all to spread out and yet we could all gather around the table for dinner. House has fun touches and the yard is really great. The bedrooms were very comfortable, but the open kitchen/ living area did get quite warm, it was a very hot week when we stayed. The location is good, easy access to the main bike paths and the forest behind made it feel like a private retreat. Overall, would definitely recommend.

I've been lucky to spend the last 20 summer vacations on Nantucket and have stayed in houses all over the island. This house was impressively stocked with every essential- from beach towels to kitchen needs. It was clear that extreme care was put into setting up the house for guests. Our family of 6 had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our down time. 3 bathrooms were key. Thank you!

house is very good for us in comfort and location mid island with very convenient access everything. its immediately next to town forest which was great for walking our dog. ckean, well msintsinrd and stocked.

We had the MOST amazing time for an extended stay at the Partridge's home. We spent the a little over two weeks in Nantucket with extended family, including two small children. The home was immaculate, perfect set up for multi families with privacy on the first and second floor, and ample outdoor space and spots to cozy up with a book or gather as a group. The outdoor shower, front porch, and fantastic location (walking distance to a great market and some fun restaurants including Keepers and Faregrounds) were standouts. Karen and the property manager on the island were fantastic- communicative and helpful. My mother, who has rented beach homes for thirty years, said this was the best stacked home she's ever been in - beach towels, tupperware, games, anything you could need. THANK YOU, and we cannot wait to be back.

This is a beautiful, peaceful spot with wonderful porches and plenty of room for our family of 5. We hosted two extended family dinners during our stay and found everything we needed to cook for 12. Karen is a fantastic host; easy to communicate with. We have rented all over the island through the years and found this location to be one of our favorites. Thank you!

We had a great week in Nantucket and the house was perfect, very quiet and very well equipped and with a nice garden.

This was easily the best of many VRBOs that we have rented over the years. The house was large enough to comfortably fit our group of 8. The large open kitchen, dining area, and living room is an ideal gathering area, and the wrap-around covered porches and backyard provide a quiet, peaceful space to relax. We have been to Nantucket many times and stayed in many different locations. We found the location of this house to be ideal. It’s far enough away from the noise and traffic, yet within walking distance of the shuttle and easy biking distance to both town and the beach. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into what their guests might need. The house is well equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, board games, etc. The owners also provided a useful guide to the house and the island and were very responsive to our needs both before and during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

We had an amazing time in Nantucket. The house is very well kept and spacious. It is away from the downtown area which was fine with us. We relaxed on the deck and grilled most of our meals. My only suggestion to anyone is they have a vehicle which can go over HUGE dips in the road. We did not and just parked our car on a street about a 3 minute walk away and all was good. My family will be staying here again next year.

The house was immaculate, well furnished, spacious , and comfortable . Karen was terrific in working out travel problems with us due to storms interrupting ferry service. House was well stocked with every big and little thing . Central location was good for us since it provides easy access to entire island which we enjoy. It’s next to state forest with good walking trails . On quiet and private road . There are good restaurants fairly close to walk to as well as services nearby . . It was perfect for us at this time . Super nice property. Very responsive host. Nice master bedroom, great porch, and generous living room space. Upstairs bedrooms are a bit smallish, but overall a great Experience.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Nantucket home! The house has a great layout and a warm, welcoming feel. Our 2-family group had plenty of space to be together or to spread out. The rooms are all big, bright, and comfortable. We especially loved the great room with the stone fireplace and the cozy upstairs reading nook. The kitchen had everything. We didn’t try the ice cream maker, but that will be on the list for next time. The location is perfect--down a quiet road that feels away from it all but is convenient to everything. The state forest is right next door; we had never been there, but it’s a beautiful place to walk. With the bike path just down the road, we were an easy bike ride to Surfside beach, which was gorgeous (and empty) in the off-season. Karen was a wonderful host. She gave us lots of information about things to do, including shops and restaurants within walking distance. We really felt at home. Overall, we can’t recommend this house enough.
