the use of the pool and lovely garden is wonderful.

it would be nice to have clear instructions about the use of the kitchen and BBQ facilities also translated in English for those who don’t understand Spanish. it would clear up a lot of confusion.

The house was immaculate and the owners were very welcoming and friendly . The location was wonderful with many facilities within a short walk .

It’s only a personal preference but I found a ceiling fan inadequate for the night time temperatures ( Late July and it was boiling) It’s just a minor issue but AIR CON would have resulted in a Ten for overall feedback.

Nice location and would be a great place without host +6 guests

Didn't feel comfortable, host was rude when we arrived. Didn't let us take our electric scooter ( patinete) in our room so was outside all night. We didn't plan to ride it in the house, just charge it. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom and toilet paper was rationed between different rooms. Bedroom was extremely hot and ceiling fan is probably 20-30 years old, does nothing. Swimming pool had cleaning machine inside, had to shower with soap before using and wear communal swimming cap. In the end SHARED with 7 PEOPLE. did not advertise it as a hostel.

Amazing little villa with all facilities needed

Margot, the host was so welcoming! The property is comfortable and has a variety of spaces to take advantage of. We were in town to visit friends we had not seen in 20 years, and we were even able to have them over for a reunion BBQ!! (Always being respectful of not being noisy, in consideration of other guests…)

All was great! Our private bathroom was in the hallway a few steps from our room. But the welcoming atmosphere, the beautiful, clean space, and the price totally make up for that!! 😊

location was good lady host was nice

I asked if the the bathroom was shared and to check in early but there was confusing answers. I couldn't check in untill 3 pm despite that the room was ready. check out is early by 11 unlike other places.

very homely

It is a clean comfortable room. We got the one with private bathroom so was good to have space to ourselves. The living room is big and kitchen is available too for some coffee and snacks but no cooking. It served the purpose we were there for.

The host doesnt speak any english so communication is via Google translate Wouldnot consider it for a relaxed luxury vacation but it is good for a night or 2 to be out and about Alicante.

The house is in a very nice area close to Alicante, it's the perfect location to access the city but also avoid it if you want some calm. Margot is very sweet and has the biggest heart - Thank you again!

We were just a bit surprised by the shared bathroom but that's on us - we didn't read the description properly :) and in fact it really doesnt matter, its only shared with another room (no big deal)

Everything was perfect! The landlady was very kind and helpful.

The location was good and the tram stop and padel courts were close.

There was no washing machine that we could use. But there was a public cleaning house close by.

As spacious as it is on the photos, spotless, Margot the host is very friends and helpful.

the owner is absolutely gorgeous and staying in the house feels like family and home

wifi does only work in the living room (at least not in my private room) also the locks of my room door didn't work properly and i really struggled with that a lot
