Reviewer Comments: The hand soap bottles through out the house were literally watered down. There was no dish soap at all to do any dishes in the sink. There were soap pods for the dishwashing machine. We tried to use the ceiling fan in the MB. The light on ceiling fan would turn on randomly, so we were not able to use the ceiling fan because of the light. There was 1 roll of paper towels in the house for us to use. For a house that sleeps 24 how does that even make sense. We never could figure out the fireplace. There was an electrical outlet in the basement bedroom that the plug in would just fall out. Either the furnace filter needs changed or the cleaning crew needs to dust better. The house was 100% what we needed but for what I'd consider an ELITE rental house it lacked in some areas.

Everything was great for our family.

This was a beautiful stay for our family who was celebrating my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. We had ages 2-72 with 23 of us and were very comfortable. If I had to criticize something it was the need for some sound absorption as it is such an open floor plan with wood everything that sound carries a long ways which could make conversation a little difficult. Maybe a few wall tapestry's? Other than that, such a beautiful stay, location and fantastic accessibility to all the wonderful things the Black Hills have to offer! Will stay again if possible!

We had a large group (over 20) of all different ages. We all loved the house. It was located fabulously for us to travel to where Aunts, Uncles and Nephew was born and raised and also worked and served our country. We also did so sightseeing. The kitchen was large and spacious and we used everyday to cook. Had room to lay games. Everyone had a places.

Reviewer Comments: We had a family reunion at the property with 17 people that all had more than enough space (2 families didn't make it). The property was spacious and high-end. The management company wasn't great. They were actively texting with me until we asked for maintenance to be done on the only light in one of the bedrooms, then got ghosted. If it hadn't been in a fancy ceiling fan, we would have been happy to replace, but as it was, we weren't comfortable with that - and they didn't come fix it. We expected more from $800+ p/night. I would recommend,but if you have issues, don't be surprised if you're ignored.

Overall the cabin is beautiful and setup for large groups. Very private and spacious. 5 full bathrooms 2 half baths. Only one bathtub. Two laundry rooms. Not all bedrooms had a dedicated restroom. There are a few things that we felt the home lacked. The kitchen was very unorganized and missing vital pieces to fully use it. We had requested an inventory list prior to arrival and they don't have anything. The fridge never got really cold-- we reached out to property management and never heard back. There is zero storage for belongings in any of the bedrooms because they have beds on every wall. No window treatments on windows makes it very hard to sleep especially with kids. We received one phone call from Budi the property manager who yelled at us for "claiming" to have a patio door open which was causing the AC to run for over 2 hours. We checked and zero doors were open. It was a very hot day so that's why the AC was running in which guests have zero control over.

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location! Snowmobiling and skiing were out due to lack of snow but we still had a great time with all the things the house offered. Wifi / internet is very spotty in the house. Televisions were locked down with some parental code so don’t plan on using them. Kitchen was pretty well equipped although serving pieces and mixing bowls were lacking. We also had a bit of trouble with trying to get back in the house after leaving for an activity. It didn’t seem to be working properly. Also wish we had some control over the heat in the home. It was rather chilly. Overall however, it was a wonderful place to stay for our family gathering.

We arrived the day before a major snow storm. We received 27” in 18 hours. Could not get out for two days. The management company sent a couple of guys to shovel out the driveway the first day. The snow continued through the next day. Then they came to do a second pass. It was a great help. Thank you for responding as quickly as you could. We still had a good time being stranded for those couple days.

We were hosting a lovely baby shower and felt the need to buy our own disposable items so that it looked elegant like the home did.
The towels were a problem as well - they were all very mildew-smelling and we had to wash them all before we used them again. They smelled like they had been left in the washer too long and then had that icky smell when you went to dry your hands/body. There also weren't enough towels for the 24 people that it sleeps. We had to share and that - mixed with having to do our own laundry was not so great.
I have stayed in many vacation rentals but this one I would consider to be more elite and luxurious so stepping up the comfort level of those items mentioned would have been more worth the money.
If these items were changed and you take this review to heart, we would love to come back for a longer stay.
One last item to mention. The camera in the back points RIGHT at the hot tub was kind of off-putting. Many gals didn't feel comfortable that someone could be potentially watching them while they enjoyed the outdoor hot tub so it didn't get enjoyed as much as it would have if that security level was removed. Maybe point it elsewhere in the back? Your rules/regs on the hot tub were very clear and easy to follow but that camera was just not right.

The property was sufficient to accommodate our family of 18. Lots of indoor space to spread out, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and quiet property. The property management was very responsive to any questions we had. We are a family that just stays at the cabin during our trip and cook all meals at the location vs going out. The grill was nice and for the most part the kitchen was well stocked. There was decent seating on the back deck and a long table but there were not enough chairs for all 18 of us. everyone but it would be helpful to bring extra chairs. Some things to consider bringing if you have a large group like ours. Extra: paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and bath towels. For a family of 18 that stayed at the cabin for 3.5 days and cooked every meal, we had to buy more of these items as not enough we’re provided. Other than that, it was a good property with lots of space. Very clean and the beds were comfortable.

We loved our stay. The property was amazing. It was very clean and the description spot on. The only issues we experience was the fridge in the kitchen was not cooling. We reached out to the property manager but did not get a response. The lights with the ceiling fans in 3 of rooms would come on at random times throughout the night. Very annoying as It woke many of us up at night. Other than these issues it was perfect! We would stay again.

This home is amazing for large groups. There are 3 areas for groups of people to hang out or gather together. The beds in each room are set up well. The kitchen is large and equipped. The deck and outside areas are beautiful among the Black Hills. I would highly recommend a stay here!

This property was amazing plenty of space for our group! Very clean and great location! We highly recommend staying here we will definitely be going back!
