As a frequent traveler - we found it clean, as in our toddler played on all the floors and we had no concerns. It was adequately stocked with appliance, kitchen utensils and had plenty of bath and pool towels. Loved the washer and dryer! Would have been nice to have more than 2 trash bags and a few rolls of TP for a week stay but we found some at local Walmart. Location was PERFECT! Quiet and gated neighborhood that was well kept. Communication about the 'free golf cart' could have been better as we used it and was immediately texted/called about the fact that we weren't authorized. Cleared it up in minutes but don't advertise it as free if you aren't prepared for it to be used (also - wow reported and called within minutes of using it). Overall would recommend for families - beach access was so convenient. Navarre doesn't have a lot of activities on island but Pensocola and Fort Walton/Destin are 30 min drives for more options.

Property was ready early and we checked in. Super clean and all things promised were ready. 1.5 block from beach approximately, nice pool and hot tub. Quiet friendly community. Most impressive thing, however was the response of Navarre Beach Rentals - sent a text w a couple problems & all we're solved by that evening. FAB trip!!!

Navarre is a great location if your looking for a slower pace of beach. House was gorgeous and in a gated community. Walking distance to the bay. The only thing I was not 100 satisfied with was proximity to beach. I was hoping to walk but we had to drive. The other thing was tie cost to use golf carts. Pricey in my opinion. We chose not to rent and actually never regretted that. Would i stay here again. Absolutely.

This is a nice vacation home. My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The location is nice and secluded. The community is safe with great neighbors. The accommodations were adequate for our beach adventures as well!

Our family usually does a week vacation at the beach and this was a great week for us! Home was well supplied with everything that you need! BIG & Spacious enough for a large group. Everyone involved was super nice and very helpful ! Would def recommend !!!

We have nothing and I mean nothing negative to say about our time in Navarre or the accomidations. The whole family had an awesome week at "Camp David" from the beach to the pool. I only wish we could visit more often. We will be back for sure!!

The house had to many rules that made it hard for us to enjoy our vacation in this airbnb, pool was closed all week, had to be very precautious with the kids so that they wouldn't mistakenly sit in the couches or beds after coming from the beach, wasn't enjoyable at all :(

House was great and clean. No problems in that area. My problem was I paid two hundred dollars for a golf cart that was slower than pond water. With the traffic on the island a golf cart would have been a great way to get around. We were on the island for a beach wedding and had family staying all up and down on the island, if the golf cart would have went faster than walking it would have been an great asset. Complained twice to property management company but issue was never addressed. A refund should have been offered on the cart since it did not function properly.

We had a wonderful week long vacation with 2 families. The house had everything you could ever need and it kept the kids entertained. The short drive to the beach was very convenient. We could definitely get used to beach life!

We had a wonderful stay at "Camp David!" The property was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed breakfast and morning coffee on both of the outdoor balcony areas. When we visited Navarre, the conditions were double red flags all week at the beach, but neighborhood access to a sandy bay area really saved the day! We spent each day on the bay sunbathing, swimming, and chatting with some of the local residents and fellow visitors. As an added bonus, we enjoyed teaching our teenage daughter and her friend how to play pool in the little garage area. We all really enjoyed our trip and hope to return!

Overall, it's a great location and great house for families. It was great to have the option for little kids to go play on the sound side (nice little beach with entrance just a few houses away which was perfect for the littlest kids). The gulf beach entrance was walkable, although a bit for for little kids. We usually drove so we didn't have to walk with tired little kids at the end of the day. The house was lovely and was very well stocked. The kitchen had everything you would need (often there are key things missing in a house rental, but this had everything you could need). It also had a ton of towels available and lots of extra blankets as needed. The garage had 6 beach chairs, lots of pool noodles, a boogie board, a foldable wagon, and a couple of pool inflatables. I'm not sure if they are always there, but it was a nice addition. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the pool was a nice option (it wasn't ever very busy - often we were the only ones there). It was quite chilly, but completely expected in April with an unheated pool. Check in was relatively easy; however, there is an agreement the owner wants signed (in addition to agreeing to the all the same things in vrbo). I sent images of the signed agreement in an email about about a week in advance and I asked for them to let me know if there were any issues. I received a (seemingly automated) text the day before check in saying I wouldn't be able to check in without the signed agreement. So I emailed again only to be told they couldn't open the jpeg images I had sent of the signed agreement (the original agreement was sent it in a the body of an email so it wasn't like it was a fillable pdf or anything). It was odd there wasn't a virtual way to sign the agreement since everything else was electronic, but I would have thought they could open jpeg images or at least tell me more than 24 hours prior that there was an issue (and if I hadn't contacted them again to follow-up I'm not sure if I would have known there was an issue with the agreement I sent until check in time). I was already traveling to the location so dealing with it at that point was more stressful than was necessary (especially since I didn't get confirmation that what I re-sent would work until about an hour before check-in). It is a small issue, but just know that you'll need to confirm that they can actually open your signed documents. Overall, great house in a great location!

We arrived for our family vacation to this well cleaned house in a cute little community just near the beach. I had seen a post that said neighbors weren’t friendly, and that was not our experience at all. Everyone waved hello and we had several locals in the community talk with us to offer advice on the area. Quick walk to the beach and also enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Management was also on it. There was a miscommunication at beginning of trip that was quickly resolved and a maintenance issue but that was also quickly fixed while we were there. Would stay here again!

Well equipped kitchen with crock pot, rice cooker, high quality knives, coffee maker, dishes, Crab cooking pot, etc. The only disappointment was the view off the porch was a construction of a new home across the street. The Sound side beach access was not well marked, but a friendly neighbor was able to provide directions. The Gulf was only a short distance by golf cart across the highway. Families surely will enjoy this fine home, as our family did, thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

We loved this area and the house was perfect. We had 9 people who fit comfortably in the house. It was clean and t a perfect location. The walk or ride on the golf cart was a short distance to the beach. There were plenty towels, utensils, and linens. We really enjoyed riding the bikes and cooking all our food at the house (which saved a ton of money from having to go out to eat). The island was super relaxed and we felt safe. The property manager responded quickly and we didn't have any issues. The area/subdivision does have some construction going on because there are people building, but that didn't bother us at all. Was one of the best trips our family has had. Thanks for the great memories!

Navarre is fabulous and while we have never stayed closer to the sound, we really enjoyed it. We appreciated the free use of the kayaks there. We were grateful to have the golf cart to take to the ocean beach. Otherwise it would have been too long of a walk to drag all of our beach stuff. We would have had to driven the car.
The unit was equipped with chairs, umbrellas and toys. The kitchen was equipped nicely with everything we needed. Plenty of towels were provided. The linens were lacking in quality and there weren’t any blankets for the kings size bed, but we made do with one of the several full size ones. Linens were literally the only disappointing factor and maybe that an outdoor shower would have been fabulous since there isn’t a shower on the main level either. Overall, recommended!
