Staff at reception was very unfriendly, nobody gave me even a slight smile during conversation, the way they were talking to me left me in a very disappointed mood.

Good bedroom size, very good breakfast. Good parking space with chargers.

They gave me a room without windows and there is not even a place for ventilation. It was a miserable night. Even when I told the staff that I wanted to change the room, they asked for a lot of money and were dealing with arrogance and racism. The bed was very noisy and moved. I did not complain to you before this, but this time it was very bad.

The location of the hotel is good, but the room is bad and the treatment is bad

Nice hotel, with a lovely vibe. The personnel was nice and helpful. Generous breakfast. The spacious bathroom was a nice surprise. Great place to stay in Mölndal. Not far from Gothenburg.

Original decor + refreshing color choices, good location if you are traveling by car, Gothenburg still easily reachable by bus

Breakfast was a bit crowded as many sport groups were staying at the hotel (which I guess is common given the location)

the tivoli style hotel was very unique. the breakfast spread was also fantastic. the view overlooking the racing horses was amazing!

Wasn't keen on the theme of the hotel. Felt tacky. I liked how I parked outside and payed via an app. The parking was free after 18:00 so didn't have to pay much (only 16kr) but, when I checked in inside, I was asked if I had a car and then was prompted to pay 100kr for parking. I questioned why as I had already payed for parking and then was told I didn't need to pay the 100kr. It would be nice if the hotel wasn't trying to scam people into paying for parking when they don't need to, as the parking was open and free and nothing special which would justify paying 100kr. I can imagine alot of people getting caught out by this.
