Beautiful stunning views of Mullet Bay and the ocean from the main bedroom and open kitching/dining area. Huge private patio off the kitchen that wraps around to the front patio of the unit which overlooks the shared pool with a swim-up bar. All three bedrooms are ensuite with large bathrooms, and a half bath is off the living rooms. The unit was terrific, with great AC, and everything we needed to have a wonderful family vacation. And the cherry on top was the GORGEOUS truly private beach accessible only to Cupecoy Beach Club and the nextdoor property, The Cliff. We visited in March for Spring Break but we still had the huge beach entirely to ourselves at times, and only one or two other groups at other times. There are cliffs on either side of the beach making this a secluded paradise.

What a great place, the condo is fantastic. There is plenty of room, we had 3 adult couples. The patio has really nice and comfortable patio furniture, great for morning coffee, and happy hour drinks. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals. The private beach is beautiful, nice having it all to yourself for the most part. The pool bar has great food and drinks, reasonably priced as well. There are several great restaurants within walking distance. Looking forward to our next trip there .... Thanks John.

From the personal arrival to the beautiful sunsets on the fantastic deck; everything about this property and the rental experience was top notch. The unit is comfortably furnished, well maintained, and it's steps from two of the nicest beaches on the island.

We were struck by how beautifully the property was decorated, how clean it was , and so nice to have a couple beers, water etc. in the fridge after a long day of travel. Very thoughtful. We almost had the pool to ourselves all week and the beaches were only steps away. It was awesome. On the day it rained we had a beautiful view of the planes trying to land at the airport.....entertainment on a rainy day. Our only suggestion would be more glassware/mugs as we were 6 people. The cleaner did not show on the day scheduled so we didn't need the service when they came as we only has two days left. We did our own laundry etc. and figured out where the garbage was to go out, it was all good and easy. Stacey our concierge was great! She answered any questions we had, she took care of a small issue we had with a bathroom right away, and booked our cab (cool runnings) back to the airport. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend this property!

Good, quick and clear communications with the owner. We came over for a work holiday, We were recieved very friendly and had a good time with the people that live within the community. Appartement was big, the place was clean, the view from the balcony was nice on Mullet beach We have stayed for 3 weeks and a cleaner took care of the place every week. We had a good time and would book again if we are coming back to the island. If i had to name a thing that is less good then it would be the water pressure in the shower, for the rest a great place to enjoy your stay!

From the size of the property, to the adjacency to the beach and the beautiful pool, everything exceeded our expectations. The property has large comfortable bedrooms, beautiful and large bathrooms and the open concept living spaces is huge. All of the communications with the owner and property manager are very prompt and well done. Will plan on staying here again.

We stayed at this location for 8 days a total of 6 people. The condo is beautiful and clean, bedrooms are big and each bedroom has a bathroom. The balcony has a beautiful view. AC works perfect and the kitchen has anything you need. The locations was perfect. The beach and restaurants are the the best. We all enjoyed our trip and planning to go back soon. You won't regret booking this location.

It is conveniently located within walking distance to a great market for your food and drink necessities, great restaurants (Spaghetti House, Fat Tony's, and Bar Code are definitely worth checking out), and a great french pastry shop serving fresh croissants, quiche, and other pastries to get you going in the morning). it's a quick 2 minute ride (or 10 minute walk) into Maho and its abundance of restaurants, bars, and shops as well as a casino. The property has it's own private beach as well as access (2 minute walk) to Mullett Beach (one of the best beaches on the island). Can you tell I highly recommend this property?

Very elegant, balcony view was spectacular. One suggestion, give a map of the properties, we had a hard time locating the condo when we checked in.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful and spacious condo, it suited us perfectly with 6 adults and two young children. John and Gwen - were amazing - any small issue or requests that we had was fulfilled almost immediately. My complaints are minor but we had a couple. We love to cook and I prepare meals daily for my parents and kids but there were no large platters or many serving dishes that made family dinning convenient. I also had to make mixed drinks in a pot as there was no pitcher. A few more kitchen resources would go a long way. But this really is a beautiful spot on a great beach!!

This place was better than pictured. We had plenty of space with 3 beds, 3.5 baths, w& dryer, kitchen, large living space, wrap around deck overlooking Mullet Bay. Was also nice being in a gated residence for secure measures. Gwen was fantastic at meeting us on site, showing us around, providing must haves (water, cokes, etc), and providing info. We appreciated all the efforts in making sure our stay was wonderful!

This place was frankly perfect for us. Over the top for four people, but affordable, so it was great. Spotless, incredibly modern, secure, and most of all , our concierge Gwen was terrific. Helped us in advance, suggested great rental company, tour providers, etc. She met us at the property, stepped through all of the specifics of the rental, and helped us via prompt texts when we needed other assistance. This unit could very easily be a brand new High end apartment in a modern European city. It also has 24 hour security, along with automatic roll up metal hurricane shutters which made it feel very secure. Seriously, I would rate it as ten stars on scale of 1 to 5. Close to great beaches...each day, we ended our day by taking chairs and cooler provided in unit to beautiful Mullet bay beach to close out the day. 10 minutes to Marigot. Five to airport. We spent a lot of time at Maho beach and Simpson Bay. Both five minutes away. Pool was nice and well maintained. Some units in CBC still being reconstructed, but this unit terrific, and most work on others seems very near completion. Island overall still recovering, but seems to be picking up. We had zero problems and had a ball!

Huge condo for for our family of 4. Large spacious bedrooms with their own bathroom. The balcony is large, but the ac units noise below took away from the tranquility and ocean sounds from the distance. Convenient location with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. A little more cooking utensils would be nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this place for your families.

2nd floor Unit we stayed in was quite nice. It wasn’t stocked as well as it could have been but Gwen provided some items we requested. There was some construction and renovation being completed and grounds were a bit if a mess but otherwise I’d definitely stay there again.

I cannot say enough about this beautiful property. It is a completely updated and modern unit that overlooks the golf course and the ocean. It has a fantastic pool area that serves up lunch and drinks throughout the day. Jesus and Miriam are the best!! It is also a short 2 minute walk across the golf course to the beach. There is a beach bar and chairs/umbrellas to rent if you so choose. This unit came equip with everything including beach chairs and an umbrella so you have your choice as to what to do. The unit is located on the 2nd floor however there is elevator access which makes move in day and move out day a breeze. The property is completely secure. It is gated and there is a security guard on duty at the gate 24/7. The location is great. It is within walking distance to a supermarket that has everything you need for your stay. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance including Fat Tony's that serves up great barbecue. It often has live music as well. Just down the street about a 4 minute drive toward Porto Cupecoy is the Cupecoy Beach Club - It is a MUST for sunset. The people there are incredibly nice and the place has an awesome vibe about it. Tell Danny I said 'hello' and make sure you try the rum punch. I would suggest renting a car so that you can explore the beautiful island of St. Maarten. It was an easy15 minute ride to Marigot where we took the ferry over to Anguilla to hang at the beach for the day (the beaches in Anguilla are incredible - I would suggest Shoal Bay Beach. The property is also only 5 minutes from the world famous Maho Beach where you can watch the planes land and take off. All in all, the property is in a great location and I HIGHLY recommend it.

Hard to describe just how amazing this place is, I have visited Sint Maarten many times and this is by far the most special place in which I have stayed. It provides the perfect blend of authentic Caribean . The property and terrace are simply stunning; there is an amazing view on Mullet Bay beach Honestly, if you can't relax and appreciate life in this place, there is no hope for you. Viva righteous vibes!!

I was very impressed with the level of service I received from the first email I sent enquiring about the villa to the follow up email I received when I returned home. The villa is very well maintained and the staff is very responsive. I felt completely safe with the 24/7 security inside the Cupecoy beach club residence. I am planning my next vacation at Cupecoy beach Club because I enjoyed it so much. I would highly recommend it for families as there is plenty of room at the villa. I stayed with friends and it also worked out very well. Overall, it was one of my best vacations.

We spent 10 glorious days at this condo. It was immaculate and well appointed with pool and beach to enjoy. The view from our bedroom amazing every day and best of all perfectly located to explore Sint Maarten. We loved walking straight out to the Porto cupecoy with so many great restaurants and not to be missed street food. We slept wonderfully in a very comfy king bed. Literally a minute walk to the Cupecoy beach. Short drive from air port. Highly recommend this condo and plan to return for our next Sint Maarten trip.

We stayed in the 3 bedrooms condo for 5 nights, there were 5 adults. The condo was spacious and very clean. The view is amazing. Location is great. We couldn't have asked for a better place. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Booking was easy and management answered all questions and emails were responded to promptly. The unit has everything you need to feel at home. The bed in the master suite was so confortable. We made some friends at the shared swimming pool!

First of all, the Condo is so very beautiful and well-maintained. Our room was absolutely gorgeous - had a very stunning view of the ocean. HUGE shout out to our concierge Gwen for far surpassing our expectations and making us feel right at home. They had our room decorated beautifully that made us truly feel special during our honeymoon. We highly recommend this destination for a special occasion and we will definitely make our way back!

We enjoyed listening to the ocean right outside our patio door. The condo is beautifully decorated. We watched beautiful sunsets every evening and watched the surfers from dawn to dusk. The kitchen is well equipped. We will be back!

This condo was everything I searched for and more. I searched for two months until I found this hidden gem. Pictures does this home no justice as the view is amazing. Gwen is very nice and always willing to help. I can't wait to book another holiday here.

We had the most amazing stay here! The apartment is so beautiful and clean! I have been to Sint Maarten almost every year of my life so know the island very well this is by far one of my favourite places I’ve stayed, it’s in an excellent location with the shops located just down the road and the beach/sea right on your doorstep.
