Rented on a long September weekend for a family get-together. Access was easy, space was bright and beautiful, the home was well appointed and the host was communicative. Thanks for the chance to stay at a fun and gorgeous spot!

We loved your home, all of the windows and decks. It was quite spacious & comfortable. The area is centrally located for beach, fishing, or kayaking.

Overall we had an excellent time at the location but there were definitely some things I would consider to make the experience in this space better. 1. We were told for $150 we could have towels and sheets provided. Last minute that was canceled (we were refunded) but I was left scrambling to pack sheets for 9 beds and towels for 13 people. It was more than an inconvenience. Those things took up so much space we actually had to purchase a roof top carrier for our car and I had to buy sheets for four twin beds since we didn't own them for a bed that size. That is something I think the owner should take into consideration when making changes to a reservation with such short notice. It is, in my opinion, a bare minimum to provide the essentials but since they weren't even an option, it made the overall experience less positive. 2. The house wasn't clean, it was "good enough" I guess. The bathrooms had hair, soap scum on the walls, the jetted tub was moldy, (and I mean gross, I wouldn't bathe my children in it). There was a layer of dust on anything that wasn't touched by guests on a daily basis, so in that regard I was disappointed. The duvet covers were not clean, pillows were stained extensively, the ice maker had mold in it. I mentioned it to the owner and she said I could leave for a full refund. 3. There was nothing that made us feel welcome, the whole experience was cold. I was told the only thing provided was dish soap, laundry detergent, a roll or two of toilet paper in each bathroom and two rolls of paper towels. We had to pack like we were moving into a new house. We brought cleaning supplies, shampoo, coffee, etc. We ran two loads of laundry before the detergent ran out so we didn't even get the bare minimum. 4. I know how important ratings are so I'm not saying these things to negatively hurt this listing. I think it's important to be honest so that people can make the best decision for their family with their hard earned money. Long story short, I wouldn't stay at this property again but the area was definitely worth checking out! The restaurants, beaches, and boardwalk were all fun to experience with family. I would hope this would be taken as constructive criticism and not me "bashing" this property. I definitely think there is room for improvement for future guests.

The house in Sea Isle City (Townsend Inlet area) was spacious & clean, and provided a great place for myself, spouse and extended family. With my son getting married in Avalon, the location was minutes away from the church and the venues for both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding reception (in Avalon & Stone Harbor). The house on Sea Isle also came with access to a beautiful ocean beach, which was a 5-minute walk away. Lastly, our host was very gracious and provided open and quick communication when needed. // Bob B.

Tina was very responsive and on top of everything. The house fit our whole group, was well stocked with kitchen items, towels, bedding, bathroom supplies, etc. We had plenty of space. Everyone enjoyed the weekend at the shore!

Great beach weekend to celebrate graduation with family! Would be a fun & comfy house any time of year!

Only a few wrinkles that were fixed with a text message that was replied to within one minute. No complaints and was a fine weekend.

The house was absolutely perfect and just as it was listed! The house was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the kitchen cookware we needed to cook our meals! Check-in was a breeze and the owner, Tina, was extremely helpful and had wonderful communication throughout our entire stay. The views of the bay were stunning (especially during the sunset). I would HIGHLY recommend this property for your stay in Sea Isle!

This house was exactly as pictured! Plenty of room indoors and out. It was very clean. Kitchen was great for cooking and the bedrooms were a good size. 6 of us stayed for the weekend and we had plenty of room to spread out. I would definitely recommend to friends and family…….

Great place. Lots of room for multiple families. Easy walk to the beach, grocery a short ride away, ice cream and restaurants within walking distance. House has everything provided except for beach passes, but they are easy to pick up for $10 (each person) for the week.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long vacation in SIC/Townsend's Inslet - the Friday to Friday rental was a first time for us. The house was beautiful and clean and it was situated on a quiet block; the views of the sunsets over the bay were amazing. We had three generations comfortably fit in all the bedrooms and how wonderful for the five boys to be able to stay all in one room with the bunk beds and pull out couch! The owner was accessible and friendly and we didn't need to ask for a thing. The kitchen had everything we needed and the decks had plenty of seating for all. The beach was only 3 blocks away and the house conveniently had two carts for us to use to carry our beach stuff. Thank you for allowing us to rent your little piece of paradise!

Nicely furnished, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms (plus an outdoor shower). Photos and description are spot on. Nice addition of beverage fridge and portable ice maker. Water views…this place has it all, and is walking distance to restaurants and shops and ice cream and breakfast places. We had a great stay!

We enjoyed going to the beach daily. It was about a 20 minute walk. It was our first time closer to the bay. Overall a good experience.

This was a wonderful place for our family vacation. It was a great location and was very clean. There was lots of space for all of us. Tina always responded quickly. We loved the views of the sunsets over the bay!

We used this house for our wedding party to get to know each other and celebrate - and it was perfect! The house was beautiful, everything was as-advertised, and communication was excellent and timely. Would definitely stay again!

The home generally speaking was very lovely. There was more than enough room for the nine of us. The downstairs area with bunk beds was perfect for the three boys aged 10-12. It was their own hang out area. However, the whole area could use a deep, deep cleaning. When making the bed we noticed several dirty walls, rusty bed frames etc. Also, with the way the room was laid out, the kids could not utilize the top bunk as there was no way to climb up and down that would be safe. There was a dresser with a tv blocking both ladders so we opted to have the boys share the bottom bunk for fear it wasn’t safe to climb up. Granted my boys are “hefty” but my nephew is skinny as a rail and he still couldn’t climb up safely. If the downstairs had a good scrubbing, it would have been perfect. The second floor was perfect. Everything was clean, beds were very comfortable, plenty of room and the bathrooms were clean. The only issue we had on the middle floor was the one bathroom had a window above the shower that wouldn’t close. While we were there it was 50 degrees and raining! It was absolutely freezing when we showered! Not anyone’s fault but the window should be fixed. One the main floor, the kitchen was very tidy, plenty of supplies needed to maintain. Bathroom and guest bedroom/bathroom was clean and neat. The main living area could use a deep scrub though. The ceiling has spider webs falling from the beams, it was just a bit dusty in areas. For the cleaning fee and covid, I would have thought every inch would be sparkling. We were a little concerned about the dust/spiderwebs. Overall this place was beautiful and the location was spot on. If there was a deep cleaning down all the way around. It would have been perfect! The owners were wonderful and very open to communicate! I received a parking ticket and had some questions over the weekend and she promptly answered me every time I reached out. We would absolutely stay here again, if it was promised to be deep cleaned! Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had an amazing time in Sea Isle with family for our weekend getaway. The house was spacious and comfortable. We had plans to go out for drinks and chose to just stay in and relax on the deck because the house was so lovely. Communication with owners was clear and consistent. We would rent this lovely home again in a heartbeat.

Loved this house! The house was just as described on line, very clean and spacious. Enjoyed our long weekend for our family wedding. We had 10 people staying here and there was room for more. Tina was VERY accommodating, she was great to work with and replied to my messages quickly. Thank you Tina!

This rental was perfect for our long weekend away to spend with family. The house was clean and fit all 9 of us very comfortably. Very close to the beach, which we walked down too and enjoyed a walk and allow the kids to run. The house had everything we were looking for. I bet this place is even better in the summer!

nice house & neighborhood. refridgerator too small plus had to buy ice since ice maker inadequate for a 5 bed room house. need to indicate clearly not a single family house. we weren't familiar with area so didn't realize almost all are split/duplex. outdoor shower needed to be hosed out due to debris all over the floor. should be updated also.

The house was large with 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The upstairs family room has lots of windows and a vaulted ceiling. Kitchen had everything we needed. Tina got right back to us if we had any questions. The house is located in Townsends Inlet and is very quiet and the beaches were never crowded. We enjoyed the nightly sunsets from the front deck or at the end of the street.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tina’s lovely home and hope to return next summer!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was plenty big enough for our family and the location was perfect. We especially enjoyed watching the sunsets each night. A recommendation would be to provide a larger grill, as the one at the house did not have the capacity to cook for our size family.

The house matched the description and was perfect. Would definitely stay again!
