Prime location and the house was clean, spacious and well equipped. Owner was responsive and helpful. Would return and do recommend!

My large family enjoyed the spacious and welcoming living areas. Once there we never touched our cars! Able to walk to many attractions. John was very communicative and friendly. We would definitely recommend!

John's home is comfortable and has everything needed for a great vacation. Well equipped kitchen, bikes for family to use, beach gear.... you need it, its there. The location is within short walk to Beach, food, basketball courts (our kids liked this), and very very clean. We looking forward to next year!

Perfect size house and number of beds for our family! We park our cars and can walk anywhere! The owners are so helpful if you need anything! We love it!

This is our second year in a row at this property. The house is well maintained, clean, and has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is stocked for cooking, there are plenty of board games to enjoy game nights, and there is a great selection of beach gear. This is the perfect property for our large family. It is conveniently located very close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops.

My friends and family know that I am particularly selective when it comes to renting vacation properties...and this was another great find! I am from SIC, and have rented many properties on the island through the years. This was one of the best! You will not need to move your car given the convenient location which is walk-able to all of the shops, restaurants, bars and beach (assuming you want to walk anywhere away from one of the decks or comfortable couches!) We enjoyed a birthday dinner event that will not soon be forgotten. The kitchen was very well stocked for preparing and serving a large full meal with plenty of cookware, glasses of all sizes, plates, serving platters, etc.. Two refrigerators, a bar in the garage, a Flat Screen TV in every room, a bathroom on each level, huge bedrooms with plenty of storage in each, plenty of beach chairs and even a few bikes for us to enjoy. The owner, John, has thought of it all, and was a pleasure to work! I would stop searching if I were you, as I promise you won't get much better than this!

The property was great it was very comfortable. I was impressed that the property had a lot of amenities, so if you forgot something it was available. The property owners were always available and accommodating. If I am ever back in Sea Isle I would definitely rent again.

This house was perfect for our weekend stay in the off season! It was close to the beach and downtown, it was the perfect location. John was great at communicating and check in and out was easy.

We decided to change up the scenery for New Year’s Eve with some friends and family. We needed a pet friendly house large enough to have our kids and friends for 3 nights. We were very pleased with how clean, nicely decorated and kept the home was. The owner was great to deal with and was very easy to get ahold with any question I had. We enjoyed the fireworks on New Year’s Eve as they were a short walk from the house. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

My beloved father in law passed away tragically the day after Thanksgiving last year from complications with cancer. He grew up going to Sea Isle with his family, most of whom still live in the greater Philadelphia area. We knew that Sea Isle would be the perfect location to meet and celebrate this great man after a prolonged absence due to the pandemic. The home could not have been more perfect and welcoming. A BIG deal for us was to be able to bring our dogs along who brought us great comfort during this very emotional weekend. Not only was the house pet friendly, but there were beds and blankets and toys and bins for our fur babies. As for our bi-ped children, the accommodations were also exceptional! The cousins had the best weekend ever - continuing the tradition of making precious family memories in Sea Isle for the next generation. The five older kids shared the bunk bed/trundle room which came which was beautifully outfitted with extra blankets, pillows, and books which the children all devoured with delight! The bathrooms on every floor were also VERY convenient for potty/bathtime and had very good water pressure. Our dog was visibly deflated when the cousins left the day before us because he was in such heaven with all the kids and dogs together under one happy shepherd roof! Downstairs was my mother in law and my husband’s godparents who are very dear friends of his parents and brought immense peace and support and a quiet respite to the first floor ❤️ . I was even able to get in two auditions that came in over the weekend because the rooms and nooks gave so many places for everyone to gather and/or disperse as needed. Everyone slept great and napped even better! It was so relaxing. The King bed was INCREDIBLY comfortable and FIRM! Also the bedding rental was so convenient as were the very intuitive instructions for the house. We are a super tall family, I'm 5'9 and my husband is 6'6 so the height of the beds and counter and table were a VERY pleasant surprise! And so convenient to keep people food away from from our beloved (stinker) fur baby rascals! And the location was (*chef's kiss!) - two blocks from the beach and very short walking distance to the arcade, playground, restaurants, wawa, etc... it immediately felt like home. Thank you John, we are so very very grateful, and the kids can't wait to come back to Sea Isle and stay with you again!

The property was perfect for us. If linens had been included it would be 5 stars. The owner was a pleasure and provided great information. He was also available for questions and quick to respond.

We rented this house for a destination wedding near by. The location was fantastic! Lots of walkable places near by and so close to the beach! We were there in the off season so Beach passes weren't needed but were provided which is a great feature. Bikes were also offered and we rode those around too. The pictures and description of the property were spot on! John was hands down one of the most responsive and helpful hosts we've ever had and he even welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Every time I had a question I had a response within minutes, and that was leading up to and during our stay! We would hope to stay here again should we return to Sea Isle Thanks for everything John!

We had a great time during our stay. The house was clean and exactly as described in the listing. We will most definitely look to book here in the future!

Location is fantastic. Short walk to the beach and other activities in town. House was well stocked with bikes, beach chairs and other beach supplies. Front porch was perfect for evening dinners. Only negative was the cleanliness. Our crawling baby picked up a lot of dirt. The vacuum filter was clogged and didn't clean well but after cleaning the filter we were able to vacuum well. Would definitely go back.

We LOVED this house and our stay! This is our 4th stay at this house and we can’t wait to go back! Close to everything with all the amenities in the relaxing home. Thanks for sharing your beautiful beach house!

The house was really nice and in a great location. We would definitely stay there again. The only thing we noticed was that there was dog hair all over the sofas when we arrived and the bar cart was very dusty. Other than that, everything was perfect! Thank you!

This is our second time renting this property; we love it! It’s close to the beach and is in the center of town so close to everything! Marie’s Lobster is a block away with incredible seafood. Also very kid friendly! We had our 2 year old and our almost 2 year old . Plenty of space for everyone and bonus it’s dog friendly. Thank you John and Daryl!
