The property is very nice and accommodated our 3 generation family very well. Parking was adequate for 3 large vehicles. The location is terrific. All Sea Isle attraction were within easy walking distance including fish alley, restaurants, and stores. Beach access is outstanding..

We stayed at Steve's place because we were working in the area. Great place and location. Would love to go back in the summer. Shop, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. Couple of blocks to the beach.

This home is in a fantastic location, close to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. It really can't be beat! Lots of things for kids of all ages to do and the house is set up nicely with a first floor living space with outdoor area, tv, and pull out couches, a middle floor with a master bedroom and two other rooms and a bathroom, and a top floor with open kitchen and dining and living space with a deck and master bedroom. The host was great and easy to communicate with!

We stayed here for a long weekend for a wedding. It was the perfect location and was able to walk to the church and to the shops and restaurants. The place was clean and exactly what we needed for the weekend! Will stay again

Really nice townhouse in Sea Isle City. Very clean and big with 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have private bathrooms. The host Steve is great, very accommodating and easy to contact. Only 1 block to the beach which is beautiful and walking distance to restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend visiting Sea Isle which is a really beautiful beach community and staying at this townhouse to truly enjoy your get away.

We couldn’t have asked for a better rental in Sea Isle. The house was beautiful and clean, and Steve was very easy to work and communicate with before and during the week. If you are in the market for a rental in Sea Isle City that has the capacity to host a large group with plenty of space to spare, your search begins and ends with this property.

Off-season Get Away!
The townhouse was clean and bright with most of the comforts of home! The 4 bedroom 3-1/2 bathroom home is situated within walking distance from the beach. There are 4- decks, off/street parking, and a small back yard. The kitchen is updated and access. Definitely the best feature of this home was the 3rd floor which has large windows, sliding doors, vaulted ceiling, and ceofans. What a fun time!

Girls weekend
The Dougherty home is beautiful and has everything you need. The home is very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed a ride on the bicycles the owners leave for their renters.
Steve is very accessible by text and very friendly.
We hope to return again next year for sure.

Family Weekend
Everyone had a great time and the home was perfect for what we were looking for. Comfortable, close proximity to restaurants and the promenade made it very convenient to get from place to place. Steve was very helpful throughout the weekend and an A+ host. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot!

Sea isle house - great location!
Our stay was very short, 2 nights to be exact but the house was spotless, there was plenty of parking, location was great and the owner was fantastic and super responsive! Highly recommend!

Nice Stay
The property was well maintained and taken care of and Steve was very prompt on getting back to me when I had a question or needed something. The house was very spacious and close to the beach. It was a lovely stay and a great short weekend with my girlfriends.

Love this Sea Isle spot
Thank you Steve for hosting our group. We had a great time in a clean and comfortable space...with plenty of spots to sleep. The walk to the beach was super close, so it made for days on the beach easy breezy. Tons of beach toys to use, beach tags, and a bakery right next door! Neighbors are close, but with our group we had no trouble. Steve was so kind and quick to respond with answers to questions. Would love to stay again!

Great location
The location of the property is great if you don’t want to drive while on vacation. You are in walking distance to stores, restaurants, bars and the beach,. The layout of the house is perfect. It has 3 levels so you are not on top of on another. The bedrooms are pretty big, all have TV, windows and 2 of them have their own bathroom which is awesome. The balconies in the bedrooms are huge and are perfect to have your coffee or read a book. The main level has an open room concept so when cooking you can watch TV, look out at the sunrise or sunset, or entertain your guests. Perfect place for a couple of families to chip in and rent while having their own bedrooms with bathrooms.

What a restful stay

Perfect place to celebrate my sisters bachelorette party!
We had a group of 14 and the house accommodated us perfectly. Plenty of space to sneak away for a nap if you wanted and 2 spacious indoor areas to gather as a group. The hosts were easy to work with and made us feel welcome. I definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a place in Sea Isle!

Labor Day Weekend
Great location in Sea Isle with easy access to the beach and the bars and restaurants although I will note that the pastry shop next door was not good for my waistline. The house was in good shape and the top floor was ideal for hosting a fantasy football draft. The owners are highly responsive and helpful. Will definitely consider again for a future Sea Isle stay,

Home away from home at the beach
The condo is lovely and in a wonderful location. My family has been staying here for a few summers and absolutely love it. We just had another great week. The owners are wonderful and incredibly responsive. We can’t wait for next summer!

Wonderful week!
We had an amazing time at Steve’s property! We had 6 kids under 7 and it was the perfect set up and location. Everything was clean, well maintained, and the owners respond within seconds and are SO helpful. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to do it again next year!:)

Excellent trip
The house was in pristine condition and just as described. It's a short walk to the beach and downtown Sea Isle but not too close where you're getting a lot of noise. The house also has several decks and a nice outback grilling space we got to utilize. I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering!
