Awesome location close to the beach and to bars and restaurants! House looked exactly as the pictures. Perfect rental in SIC!

I was due in Philly for a wedding and decided to beach it the week leading up. Kevin's place was the perfect spot to do so. My daily routine consisted of walks on the beach, work, pickleball, the awesome new dog park down the road in Strathmere, work, an evening walk on the beach.
Being just four houses from the sand was ideal.
I would definitely stay again.

We loved the location and layout of the property. We were a few steps away from the beach, and could see the sunrise over the ocean from the deck. It was a short ride to Cape May and Stone Harbor Shops. House was well stocked with beach chairs and bikes.
Living area and bedrooms were comfortable. We were grateful to find a well kept rental to take our dogs with us! Thank You!

My daughter and I went for a quick spring break trip and had a blast. The host was very responsive for any question we may have had. We couldn’t recommend this rental enough, and hope to be back soon!

We had friends and family enjoy 4 nights at this beautiful property. It had everything we could want. Spacious rooms, comfy beds, 4 houses from the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed! TV’s worked easily. We enjoyed the game selection with 5 Second Rule being our new family favorite! Kevin, our host was responsive to the few questions we had! So easy to communicate with. Short drive to Strathmere, Avalon, SeaIsle, Cape May! We did it all. We would recommend this property without hesitation! Thank you Kevin and family for sharing your lovely home!

My sisters and I spent a long weekend here. The house was very clean and well appointed. The house has an ocean view from the living room deck and is a just short walk to the beach which was great- since the weather was unseasonably warm we were able to hang on the beach very comfortably each day. The house was very comfortable and was perfect for a very relaxed weekend away and Kevin is a very attentive and accommodating host.

Place was perfect for our needs. We had a fall wedding in Avalon to attend, easy in and out. If we needed anything stores are within walking distance from where we stayed. A walk on the beach every morning and perfect for pets this time of year. Easy access, comfortable and convenient.

We had the pleasure of staying at this house for a long weekend celebrating Mother’s Day, a week late! The place was spacious, light and airy, well appointed and welcoming. There are so many things to do, even in the off season. Best of all, it was just steps to the beach! The beds were comfortable and all appliances were clean and worked great! Thanks for the wonderful memories!

This property has a great location, is extremely clean, and has additional amenities (gas grill, bicycles, beach tags) that make it pleasant for out of state renters. Kevin, the host, answers questions in a timely manner.

We contacted the owner via VRBO to hook a last minute Easter vacation. The home is very clean, well-stocked and had many bikes and beach chairs to use. The house is in a great location only a few homes back from the beach and an ocean view from the front balcony. Very roomy especially the master bedroom. (Black-out curtains would be nice to block the street light if you rent to light sleepers). The home is walking distance to the shopping area, parks and restaurants. I would definitely recommend and plan on booking again in the future!

We had a great stay over this cold February weekend. The house was the perfect size. We loved the three couches so that everyone could sit together. A very short walk from the boardwalk and beach! We would definitely recommend and visit again!

The Dolan home in Sea Isle City was everything that me and my family needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. The home is beautiful, spacious & clean. The beds are also very comfy and I liked that there was a bathroom on every floor of the home. The wifi worked well, and the heating/ac system worked great too. I will definitely be back during the summer to enjoy the awesome balconies.

We had a very relaxing stay with a beautiful view of the ocean (even though it was freezing!). We visited the Christmas tree in 44th and 72nd. Had a delicious dinner at La Fontana Coast. We live visiting Sea Isle anytime of the year!!

Where to start..... Well organized, well stocked Beach house. Close to beach, promenade, restaurants etc. Bikes, bikes, bikes, and more bikes. One of the best things to do in SIC is ride a bike, well stocked complimentary bikes was AWESOME!!!! Clean place, tvs in every room , another of plenty amenities .Would absolutely stay again . Thanks for sharing your place in Sea Isle.

This was our second time staying at Kevin's lovely shore home. It's so nice in the fall when there are no crowds. You can't ask for a better location. Just steps from the boards and a short stroll to the promenade for dinner. The beach is perfect when the sun is shining. The house is so spacious and we especially love the large dining table for family game night. Kevin is a very responsive host and I would highly recommend this property for your family getaway.

Kevin is amazingly responsive and considerate. His dog-friendly home is in a great location near the beach and promenade. However, since our last stay at his home several years ago, Sea Isle City posted signs that dogs are prohibited on the beach and the promenade. Being of the generation that obeys signs, it was disappointing. So we consoled ourselves taking long walks into town, sitting on the deck with a book and a glass of wine, and with take out from Mike's and from Marie 's. We left a day early as Hurricane Ian made it's way up the coast.

Kevin’s place was great! Awesome location with great proximity to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Property was clean and in great condition. Loved sitting out on the deck for Happy Hour!

This home is in the perfect location. Walking distance to mostly everything. Close to the beach & very convenient. The home was clean & well appointed. Everyone on our trip had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The main area is very spacious for the group to hang out & enjoy time together. Bathrooms could use updating but otherwise was the perfect house!
