Beautifully maintained villa in the heart of Sitges. The villa has a very well equipped kitchen with all you need to enjoy your stay. Grocery stores, restaurants and beaches are all within walking distance. The rooms on the second floor are large with ample closet space and comfortable beds. The two rooms downstairs are smaller, but equally comfortable. The bathrooms are large, very clean and with a good number of towels provided. The pool is absolutely wonderful! A great place to relax after the beach and after dinner with cocktails. The front porch is also lovely, with a well kept garden that is the perfect setting for your morning coffee, breakfast or cocktails in the evening. Javier is a wonderful host! He even accommodated our delayed arrival (12AM) to warmly greet us and give us a tour of the house. He was very easy to engage with before and during the rental. We look forward to staying here again next time we visit Sitges.

Very happy with every aspect We will definitely return to this villa Sitges was a little different in the grip of Coronavirus, however they are managing the situation professionally, life goes on and all the small independent retail, restuarant and bar owners are very pleased to welcome you.

A beautiful villa for a family of 8, 3 generations including 4 teenagers. Plenty of space, extremely well equipped, lots of nice touches. Pool was lovely. Gorgeous beaches a 2 minute stroll away with great bars and restaurants to choose from. Good supermarkets close by. Javier was wonderful too, meeting us at late check in and able to offer local advice. Highly recommend this villa, and Sitges, an excellent weeks holiday.

This villa is every bit as good as it appears on the website. It was immaculately clean, really well supplied and beautifully decorated. It really is only a two minute walk to the beach and to the town centre. We holidayed here as a family from Ireland with three teenage boys. There was plenty to do in Sitges; it is lively and energetic and yet the villa is quiet and relaxing for a complete chill-out day. Javier was helpful and charming and made us feel very welcome. We would heartily recommend this villa.

Great for reunions of family or friends. During a hot summer there are more outside fans needed. The house needs some upgrates concerning the ourside furniture. Cushions are worn out and flat. Fridge needs more capacity. We managed just fine, during this hot summer

Just as described: great property, great location, clean, well maintained and great service. The house is beautiful and well looked after, with good security. The furniture is to good taste, the kitchen is well stocked with a dishwasher and there is air conditioning throughout. I definitely recommend.

We couldn't have imagined a better home for our 3 week holiday in Sitges, The in-town location on the most private street meant that we had a quiet home with walking access to everything SItges has to offer. The house easily accommodated us and our friends every night on the fabulous patio for rose and tapas. The home has a generous kitchen, BBQ and enough space so everyone can have their "own space" too. We enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the home and the in-room A/C in each of the upstairs bedrooms was much appreciated. Javier, who manages the property was a pure joy to work with..not only did he welcome us with a hand-drawn map of the town but he listed his favorite restaurants too..which quickly became our favs. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We can't wait to return in 2017!

This is an outstanding, spacious and beautifully decorated property, with every modern convenience. The attractive gardens were completely enclosed by high walls, making it very safe for young children to play and there was plenty of outdoor space for eating and afternoon siestas. It was superbly located in a quiet residential road, five minutes from the fabulous beach in one direction and five minutes from the vibrant town in the other. There was an excellent WiFi service. Barcelona was only half an hour's train ride away. Javier, our manager, was so kind and couldn't have been more helpful. In short, we cannot recommend this property highly enough. We were sad to leave.

Me and my family (husband, my two boys,19 and 15 years old) and three friends of us stayed in this nice villa for a week. Everything was perfect! Close to the beach, a clean and fresh villa, very charming and a very helpful host (Javier) met us up when vi arrived. We can highly and warm recommend this villa.

We spent a week in the villa from the 9th July to the 16th July and would have loved to stay for longer. The villa was very clean and well equipped, the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in on holidays. The garden was fantastic with the front area in particular was so relaxing. Javier was really helpful and great to deal with. We loved Sitges great choice of restaurants and facilities. We had 3 children with us aged 14, 12 and 10 and having the beach so close to us was fantastic. Also the use of the pool was great.

A perfect property very well stocked with everything you could need, spotlessly clean tidy and a charming host who explained everything. The other big advantage is its has off street parking, which is great for such a central location. The location is perfect, within 5 mins of the sea front and old town with all its shops, bars and restaurants. You'd therefore might expect it to be a noisy location but it isn't situated down a quiet back road you wouldn't know you where in such a lively town. We would highly recommend this lovely property

I had a great stay at Javier's house with 3 friends in September 2015. We'd expected a compact home for the week, but it turned out to be the little house that kept on giving with so much space inside and out. We could all sit together on the front terrace, but there was plenty of other areas to be alone with a book and drink if you wanted to. We had a small issue with the hot water boiler during our stay and Javier was very fast to organise a plumber and solve the problem. I'd recommend the house to anyone wanting a relaxed stay in Sitges!

La villa se trouve dans le centre de Sitges , a deux pas de la plage et de la promenade . La localisation est donc idéale . Elle est situé en recul dans une rue calme et trés peu passante . La terrasse possède un jardin d'été et une table pouvant aceuillir 6 personnes facile . Nous avons donc mangé tous les jours dehors . Pour se prélacer , il y a un jardin avec des transats derrière . La villa a une decoration charmante , mélange de vieux meubles et bibelots avec du mobilier neuf . la literie ainsi que l'ensemble de la maison est ultra propre . C'est un vrai plaisir . Dans la cuisine , tout le nécéssaire est présent pour pouvoir cuisiner . la buanderie est equipé d'une machine a laver et d'un seche linge . En somme , nous avons passé des vacances de rêve dans cet endroit . Merci beaucoup , nous reviendrons .

This is a wonderful relaxing villa right in the middle of everything you will want! I stayed with my 83 year old mother, my teenage boys and my sister and her partner - there was more than enough room for everyone to relax, wake up at their own times, have lots of space and enjoy the wonderful environment. There are three large double bedrooms on the first floor with a family bathroom (shower); and two smaller single bedrooms on the ground floor one with its own shower room, and an additional shower room and toilet. There are effectively two sitting rooms although they are not partitioned off one with a large dinning table, and a kitchen where you can eat. There are also two lovely separate garden areas at the front and the back. There is a small laundry room with washer and dryer and there you have it everything inside the house that you could possibly want. Then at the bottom of the road there is a wonderful hotel with magnificent roof top terrace bar - definitely worth the trip; and a whole range of excellent spa facilities. There are a whole range of local shops and bars and excellent restaurants within a few mins walk; and then if you want to go to Barcelona its about 7 mins walk away to the train station. And of course the sea is just at the bottom of the road. You couldnt find a better location to have everything you need at your finger tips (including wifi on site) and all in a wonderfully tranquil environment. On top of it all our host Javier was outstanding. From the moment we managed to secure our booking, to making sure everything was in order from when we arrived to when we left, he dealt with it all with charm, grace and exceptional efficiency. It is not easy to find such a lovely villa in such a great location. We had a really wonderful holiday in a space that could meet everyone's needs.

Javier couldn't have been more helpful. The house is in the best location if you want to be near to town and the beach. It's fully enclosed so the children were completely safe to run around in the garden and the house was so well equipped with everything we could have wished for. Would recommend this house to anyone and will hopefully return next year!

From the moment Javier showed us around, we knew we were in for a great week. The rooms are great, the house is really spacious in a perfect location - 5 mins from beach and town, but really peaceful. Highly recommended. Sorry it's taken so long to review!

Having never been to Sitges before I decided on a villa close to the beach and town. We were NOT disappointed. The villa was fantastic. The pictures don't show you that the gardens and housed are surrounded by a 6 foot fence/gate making it very private and secure (perfect if you have small kids that want to run around). The house is literally 2 mins from the beach not even requiring footwear to get there. Beach perfect mix of kids/adults and plenty of others to choose from. Even closer than this was the centre of town boasting supermarkets/bakers/bars/restaurants etc all within a stones throw. I was worried that it would be noisy being so close to the town but the street is a small residential one-way side street that is hardly ever used so incredibly quiet considering. The house itself was lovely. A charming 1950's house with bags of character. Decor far better than any house I have ever rented (and believe you me that is quite a few) with everything a family needs. Very well equipped with stylish NEW furniture and Upstairs the 3 double rooms had brand new beds that were all incredibly comfortable. 1 family bathroom upstairs with decent shower (no bath) and very similar downstairs where there is a single bedroom. House has aircon which we didn't use but in November needed the central heating for an hour at night to take off the chill. Outside there are sunbeds at back of house on grass area and at the front a large table and chairs plus separate sun chairs under umbrella. Great for chilling in the sun or using the shades to hide from it in the summer. House also had 3 adult bikes which our 9 and 11 year olds could easily ride which made it great fun to get around. We never used the car in 9 days and if you are flying into Barcelona get the train to Sitges which is 7 mins from villa. Finally our thanks go to Javier who manages the property. Gave us all the information we needed to make it a perfect stay. If you want a house that makes you relax within 5 mins of arrival then this is it.

When my family and I started planning our forth trip to Sitges earlier this year we were thrilled to find that this lovely villa was available for rent. We knew where it was located, and also that it is very difficult to find large villas for rent with such a convenient location, close to both restaurants, supermarkets and the beautiful beach. The villa looked beautiful on the pictures but still exceeded our expectations. All the rooms are so beautiful with a mixture of antique and new furnitures. The bedrooms are extremely large and comfortable and the kitchen, which there aren't any photos of, is also lovely and very well equipped. The outside space felt like a small paradise, with different sitting groups spread around the house and exotic plants and flowers. We have two kids aged 6 and 4, and it was wonderful to have a safe garden for them to run around and play in. The villa is without doubt one of the best places we've ever stayed when going on vacations, and we are already planning a trip again next year. Also, Sitges is a wonderful town and a great place to go with kids because of the great beaches, areas that are more or less free of cars and traffic and lots of nice restaurants and tapas bars. Over the years it has become one of our favorite destinations and a place we tend to go back to again and again. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What happens next

This is a beautiful property - even better than the description. It is very clean and well maintained and has all the facilities to make for a very comfortable holiday. We were a family of 4 adults, 2 teenagers and a seven year old. It was perfect for us. It is very close to the beach, town centre and about 10mins walk from the very regular train service. The manager is extremely helpful and welcoming and provided us with all information we needed. I would certainly recommend this property to my friends and family though I wish I could keep it my secret because I loved it so much.

Fm sunday 27 july 2014 we stayed for 2 weeks in this very fine house in Sitges, it was very short from the beach (2 min walk) so the children (4) could easily find there own way, thats great for parents. The house was very good equiped and had a lovely garden with several places to relax. The bedrooms upstairs were airconditioned, that was great. We had a car with us but there was no need for it, centre of town is around the corner, even for foodsupply a short walk to the supermarket. The housekeeper was very helpfull and responded on very short notice. To be short excellent place to be.

We have rented a lot of villas in in Spain before but this was absolutely the best ever. A big beautiful villa with a large terrace which we always had our breakfast in the morning and sometimes lunch aswell! The kitchen was very well equipped. It was good located, only 2 minutes from Alberto Beach and 5 minutes from all the shops and restaurants. We hope to get back soon again
