great location, spacious, clean and lots of facilities on hand.

the 2nd bedroom like a box very small for an adult but okay for a child. the window in bedroom is at the ceiling so no light in room which made it very dark and gloomy.

Excellent location.

Lots of stairs and no lift. My mother has mobility issues and we weren't aware of this.On 3rd day we were told by a resident about easy access to street from 2nd floor. Shame that the rental agent did not advise us. No reception. No-one to ask if you have any issues. Only mirror in the whole apartment was in the bathroom. Not great when there are 4 adults trying to get ready. No shelving in shower to put shampoo etc for easy access Light on balcony didn't work. Safe wouldn't open on last day. Had to wait 2 hours for someone to come and open it. Had to pay for sunbeds round pool. Small bedroom only suitable for a child. Ceiling slopes so low I nearly knocked myself out twice and I am only 5ft tall.

The two bedrooms are not a fair description. One bedroom is a small attic room accessed off the main bedroom. The main bedroom is upstairs but not closed off from living accommodation downstairs. No aircon was also an issue.

Amazing apartment, could fit a family of 5, there were 4 of us. All amenities that a family could need are there. Great host, very helpful with everything. No air-conditioning, but there are fans provided. Location absolutely great, literaly a 30 second walk from the street to the coast.

Nothing really, my parrets are a little old and the apartment is on the third floor, so that's the only downside, but other than that the stay was amazing.

Anna was a Fantastic host and the apartment was very big and bright and had everything you need and more including WiFi . Complex had Security and was very safe pool area lovely and quiet with no panic to get sunbeds

Apartment maybe better suitable for a couple and a child, not for 3 mature ladies no as it is more like a studio open plan

Apartment its like a studio, livingroom downstairs as you go upstairs you are walking through the main bedroom no door to go to bathroom, the other room was a box room and you would bang your head of the lower part of ceiling getting up. Rooms had no curtains or blinds, the kitchen/living room area did and the sofa bed was comfy

that fact that the pool area and the very uncomfortable sun beds had to be paid for each day

The apartment was very well located . The complex is well looked after and kept clean and tidy and an excellent base for a stay in las americas .

The second bedroom is too small and is really only suitable for a child . I was far too tall for this bedroom and this really should be explained on the booking

Lovely apartment very clean bright being white much better than some of the apartments I've stayed in there where all the wood work is brow

That the apartment needs aircon it was so hot got hardly any sleep

Location of the property and swimming pool are the best you can get for this money. Despite being superb, the swimming pool is not crowded which makes your experience even better.

Weather was great pool areas clean food good

Local beer wasnt the best apart from that a great stay and a great holiday

Everything went well from the booking, vacation and return.
