We were just here for a quick weekend getaway & enjoyed not only our weekend but our stay. It was conveniently located to shopping & food, the check-in & communication was a breeze, nicely cleaned & also it a very quiet homey feeling. Instructions/rules were easy & basic. And the mattress was heavenly. Would definitely stay again & recommend

This stay was conveniently located and served the basic needs of my stay, but the smart tv and cable service was not good at all. You have to sign into all subscriptions yourself. Upstairs bedroom with tv had dirty bedding. I had to dress the bed with fresh sheets. Overall, the stay provided my basic needs but nothing special.

The unit is just like described. It's very comfortable and close to the UF campus. The only con is the unit does have a musty, "smoker" odor but we sprayed with Febreeze and it was fine. The unit is very well appointed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The host was very communicative and wonderful to work with. I'd definitely stay here again!

A nice two bedroom condo with everything one needs for a stay away from home. Lots of towels and comphy beds. Metro Diner is walking distance as well as the University of Florida. We highly recommend a visit to their Butterfly Rainforest. Gabe was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend!

Ideal location for visiting Gainesville and surrounding area. Walk to UF, shopping, restaurants and visits to Museums of History and Art.

The townhouse was clean, and there were plenty of towels. There’s plenty of room for 3-4 people. Having a half bath was great. We appreciated the keurig cups provided. It’s further to the heart of UF than we’d thought, but we had a car so that was ok. Check in was super easy. Some cons/ suggestions for improvement: there was no wine opener. Also, the beds are very squeaky. This could be remedied by tightening the headboard. Some blinds need to be replaced in the sliding glass doors to the patio for privacy’s sake. Also, there are mirrors above the bed headboards, but having a mirror above a dresser or on a wall would be more convenient. Overall, it was a fine stay for a short visit!

I’ll start off by saying that the only reason we knew the unit number was because someone else left a review and included it. Thank you to that person. This was helpful, until it was actually time to get into the unit. The code on the listing was incorrect. The owner was not responsive to messages until I did a quick Google search and found his personal cell phone number, he’s a realtor. He gave me a call back within 5 minutes with the updated code. (Still not updated in listing, btw). The unit was the type of clean that seemed like it was just wiped down with a wet paper towel. There were random hairs on the kitchen countertop and the bathroom was pretty grimey. The unit needs a good deep cleaning. The beds in each room were under par. One was completely lopsided, the other squeaked with every slight movement, resulting in a sleepless night. Bedding was scratchy and musty, pillows were sorry. Additionally, not one of the three televisions in the unit worked. My husband and I walked 2.2mi in the pouring rain from the stadium to the unit with hopes we’d be able to unwind and watch the night games. Super disappointing, to say the least. Suggestions to unit owner (if you ever want good reviews from anyone who isn’t a college kid): 1- update your listing! Reading through the reviews, the issues with your lockbox and unit number date back to 2019. Why? 2- pay extra for a deep cleaning. The unit needs a good scrubbing. 3- go to Bealls Outlet and get comfortable linens and pillows. 4- invest in smart TVs for each of the rooms. People can hook up to their streaming networks or keep a Netflix account for the unit. 5- get rid of your old college mattresses and get decent mattresses for your guests. Guaranteed, you’d be able to get more per night for your unit with some minor tweaks. Otherwise, it’s a great seller’s market, as you must know.

We came up for GameDay weekend. Perfect for a short stay, very quiet area, beds comfortable and condo stocked with all the essentials we would need. Walkable to a shuttle that took us to the stadium, GREAT location!

Was a nightmarish experience. Check-in instructions were wrong, the number of the unit was never provided, entry code was wrong. The owner of the property was completely unresponsive, I called VRBO, they couldn't reach him either. I spent 4 hours sitting in the car on the parking lot with 3 little children, trying to reach the owner, and talking with various VRBO agents, that were completely helpless. Ended up going to a motel. I got a full refund, but no apology for half a day wasted. Stay away - the owner does not know how to handle this type of vacation rental business.

Nice place close to UF in quite neighborhood. Owner replied quickly to our messages. Close to downtown and restaurants, nice food from local restaurants. Great springs and state parks.

The property met our needs just fine. We only needed it for one night but if we had been multiple days it would have very convenient as well. Owner was very easy to work with.

Nice property in a good location; however many challenges, out door patio needed to be cleaned, lots of pine needles, not many cooking utensils or pots & pans. Looks bigger than it is. It is perfect for college aged occupants for a weekend trip, however not so accommodating for family type. Home Aways are what you expect to be close to your Home. With COVID, cooking and enjoying family is key, this was a challenge with that in mind. However it is in a nice area, close to shops and restaurants and very close to the University, these are plusses

I loved the location. So close to campus so I could enjoy walking through it. We cycle so safe roads. So close to restaurants and grocery stores. The condo has very comfortable beds and a great ac/heat system. Everything is well stocked. Great internet and cable TV even in both bedrooms. 2 bathrooms which is always a plus for us. Everything worked and was clean.

Nice property with all the necessities for a family vacations. Location is perfect for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The listing for how many it sleeps is incorrect with there only being 2 queen beds and a couch that doesn’t pull out, but it wasn’t a problem for us since there was only 4 of us. Overall great place to stay!

If you're looking for a place for just a couple or one night this is a nice place for that! It's close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Quiet and comfortable. Everything worked. Nice touch with the water and snacks!
