Beautiful cottage and well furnished with period furniture

The property was furnished in 1965 -1975 style The retro details reminded me of my family home .The rooms were large enough and easy to get around The bathroom /laundry had been updated to modern walk in large shower and new washing machine .The house was conmfortable and easy to get into and park undercover .The home was about a 1,8 km walk to the town centre and the area around was neat and streets wide.The home internet was reliable and easy to access , The supplied home information was comprehensive .

The power point in the bathroom was very high up on the wall for plugging in electronic equipment but it was managed with a lttle effort . No Bathtub for the longer stays if wanting a soak . The home could probably be accessed with effort by wheel chairas there is a single step/rise at the front door and access around the home possible but access to the shower entry would require effort and assistance as the toilet is close to the shower door so wheel chair user would require arm muscle to move from chair to shower.

The house was lovely and warm when we arrived. Everything was very clean and decorated very well.

A lovely cottage in a quiet location, but close to the ciy centre. The hosts have made great efforts to provide everything guests might need.

We needed A more modern air conditioner. Also draught excluders at front and rear doors.

The location was quiet and made for an enjoyable relaxing stay. The cottage was superbly clean and very well appointed. lt exceeded our expectations.

Nothing

I went to Broken Hill to do research for my family tree. I was born there and grew up there, but I haven’t been back for 20 years. Walking into the cottage filled my senses with a touch of the past. The cottage was so quaint, the kitchen cupboards were exactly like my grandmothers. It was the perfect place to stay while taking a trip down memory lane.

- Great location close to the CBD - Very spacious for a family of four - Extremely clean and well kept house - Kitchen well equipped to cook meals - Beautifully styled traditional cottage - Fully paved large backyard that our kids rode scooters around on - All the comforts of home including wifi and Netflix Thankyou to the owner, we had a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend, five stars!

- A little warm in parts of the house but it's Far West NSW in summer (39 degrees while we stayed), so to be expected. Air conditioner worked wonders in the living rooms.

It has everything needed for a family. Well maintained and the host responds to queries in minutes.
