Walkability to everything in town. The Big Picture, The Palace Hotel, breakfast places. GREAT staff, comfortable rooms#5, awesome time.

BHP is overrated, food was disappointing and over priced. The property was beautiful!! The front n back bar was busy with customers.

Lovely people and place with a pleasant vibe

The rooms are very small, probably reflecting the fact that the motel was built about thirty years ago. Unfortunately the mattress in the room we were allocated had given way on the sides. So a big hump in the centre. As it was only a double bed I had to insert a cushion between the mattress and base so I didn't roll off the bed.

Friendly staff at the reception and also friendly staff at the restaurant.

The room was clean and comfortable enough, there was convenient car parking and the location was good.

The room had almost no natural ventilation and was stuffy. Opening the door filled the room with unappealing cooking smells from the restaurant and cold air. Our sleep was interrupted by the sound of other guests using the toilet in the units above.

The car parking is a issue, I received a email saying I had to basically reserve a car park, first time ever I’ve had to book a car park. The sheets a super starched but beds are comfy
