La ubicación, amabilidad, limpieza y privacidad .
Hubo frío por la noche no habían frazadas adicionales, el lavabo estaba tapado y no se iba el agua, la escalera muy angosta y peligrosa, no incluye desayuno, es un costo extra muy elevado, huele a curry lo cual no es de mi agrado. La entrada principal en reparación, no se pudo hacer uso de ella.

Hosts & location were great
we were give Pine room which didn't have a bathroom inside the room, the bathroom is all the way to the end of the hallway which isi a bit inconvenient if you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night

Sehr gute Lage - die Niagara Fälle sind fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr familiäres Feeling im Hotel. Sehr leckeres Frühstück.
Unser Zimmer war wirklich sehr klein. Wenn man zu zweit mit zwei Koffern anreist, kann man sich überhaupt nicht mehr bewegen im Zimmer.
Das Bad war nicht am Zimmer angeschlossen, sondern man musste über den allgemeinen Flur laufen, um zum Bad zu kommen.
Sehr lauter Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

The staff made misleading and false claims on Booking.com that all rooms have a river view. But the views are looking at the other house. The Queen room has a small window between the houses where there is a waste. Further, it was not stated that the bathroom is external and accessible via a public corridor. The air conditioning cannot be controlled.
After refusing the unsatisfactory room, the staff demanded additional payment for another room. The staff is not interested in guest satisfaction.

Clean and quite inn. A tasty breakfast. Warm, well equipped and bright bedroom. Stylist bathroom. Value for money. Accommodating hosts. Green line bus has a new convenient bus stop.
The bed was quite high. Bit of a walk up the hill to get to the Inn.
