Amazing property - better than pictures portrayed!! Larger room sizes than we were expecting, awesome views especially from 2nd bedroom. 2nd bedroom 2 queen beds a big plus for our family.

The washer did not work from day 1. I kept calling the property manager and he didn’t care. The freezer wasn’t working and I had to toss all my frozen foods and lastly the tv in the extra bedroom wasn’t working. I called the property manager multiple times and texted him but he never got back to me.

I had a fantastic stay at 1 Hotel in Miami, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The room was impressively spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable environment throughout my stay. Adriano, our host, truly stood out with his exceptional service. He was always available and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His attentiveness greatly contributed to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this VRBO property, especially with Adriano as a host.

Our unit has a terrible mold problem. The smell of mold is overpowering when you walk into the unit. Every night we all had trouble breathing due to the mold. Also, this unit is not in the top floor as stated. The unit is in floor 15 and has a PH floor as well as a UPH floor. The dryer did not work properly and the towels all smelled like mildew. Also, there were not enough hand towels or washcloths. Lastly, why should I have to pay to be there for someone else’s unit to do all the deferred maintenance? Will never be back here.

Where do I even begin?! The condo is gorgeous and has everything you could possible need. The building staff is amazing- bringing you packages as they arrive. The condo is in a great location- right near the beach and pool. The building has a wonderful gym and several food options. The hosts were incredible- so kind! We will be back!

Wonderful condo with all the amenities you'd need. Spectacular direct views of the ocean and full access to the 1 Hotel complex. Host was very responsive and helpful. Great location too! Highly recommend and hope to return soon.

Spent 4 days with family. Had an amazing time enjoying the premises, view and the hotel pool/beach and other amenities. The properly manager was always in touch and was rather helpful.

When looking at the pictures you do not realise the balcony is not overlooking the hotel/pool area but an adjacent street between the hotel and the water - where there are noise from trucks offloading to the hotel all day.
More important - the AC in one of the two bedrooms does not work properly. It was73-74 degrees and bad air quality. When contacting the agency we were told that this "is the way the hotel is constructed so there is nothing we can do". Highly dissappointing.

Easy /hassle free stay. Owner very responsive. Unit is clean and has great ocean view. 1 hotel is beautiful hotel in great location. We enjoyed our daily walks on boardwalk. Gym and rooftop pool were great too.

Decent apartment. Balcony overlooks the service entrance to hotel so it’s a bit noisy out there. Furniture is low quality and old. On the plus side we paid significantly less than in the hotel. Personally prefer paying more for the hotel. It’s a more luxury experience. The property manager was a joke. Residence desk checked us in the VRBO property manager literally did nothing.

Owner and concierge are amazing and communicative with every question we had. Beach areas, pools and location are unbeatable. We are planning to return!

We loved everything about our summer vacation to Miami. The condo was absolutely beautiful. The amenities were fantastic and Sulu, the owner was so communicative and answered every question we had both accurately and quickly. Our family which included 3 teenagers loved everything about this place. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

My girlfriends and I visited Miami in mid-June and we were fortunate enough to stay at this breathtaking property. Sula was helpful and responsive upon booking and she made sure her team at Luxury Rentals reached out to accommodate us with any questions/concerns or requests we had. From the moment of our first inquiry, Sulu went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and memorable. The unit is spotless and beautiful! Will definitely be going back (already tried but it's booked, so we'll have to try again)!! :-)

They cancelled my reservations the day of my trip!!! Offered my a dump in return for 1-Night!!! Could not get any cooperation from the company or property manager!!! Their guarantee policy is a FRAUD!!! PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THEY CAN CANCEL FOR ANY REASON. They told me the carpets had to be cleaned and they were sorry!!!! I was livid and currently pursuing legal action against them!!!! I CAUTION YOU BEFORE BOOKING WIth THEM!!!!

Beautiful property in a lovely hotel, with a great pool, beach access and restaurants on property. Great access to south beach. We were two adults and two kids - it was a perfect setup. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay in this gorgeous, modern and comfortable condo. It is in pristine condition and has everything you could possibly need in the well equipped kitchen. The owner was very kind and accommodating when we had had problems with flight delays/our arrival.

The One residences perfectly blend the luxury of a hotel and the space, flexibility and privacy of your own home. Having the hotel services, restaurant options and vibe made our stay quite enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here... I plan to return.
