Valet took vehicles off site. Next to loud nightclub.

The pressure’s shower was weak.

Staff was polite enough to check us in before 4pm as our flight was cancelled a day earlier.

Most of the staff could not speak good English so it was difficult at times to communicate

Perfect location to most amenities.

Room is very small and very noisy. You can hear everything going on in the hall and the room next door. And you could hear loud music starting around 1:30 am.

I liked everything about this property especially the cleanliness, the staff and the location.

Dear Fellows My booking showed that the price includes all taxes and charges. but taxes and charges has been separately charged. Also the bill shows, Restaurant fees, although I had paid for the restaurant separately with my private card. Although I stayed for 3 nights but They charged 4 times in the name of so called destination fee. Furthermore, at the time of checkout, the manager billed me for 499 USD + taxes as the 4th night. After asking, why my card has been charged for the fourth night, he replied, Oh ok, I will remove the fourth one. But after check out, I can see that the taxes for 4 nights had been charged. The guy at the reception is from Latino country and doesn’t speak English well. It was almost impossible to get a response from him. Can you please explain what is all that? Regards
