Amazing stay and family memories

What a wonderful family getaway and an amazing venue for my son’s wedding! The hosts were the best I’ve ever dealt with. Jeanette was so accommodating. She met with me beforehand and showed me all the particulars of her cabin. The location was beautiful, right on the lake. This home is the perfect place for our family. We hope to be back soon!!!

Jeanette the host was super responsive and had many ideas for area activities. Ages 9 through 73 enjoyed zip lining, horseback rides, pontoon/ jet ski rentals, ATVing, river rafting and local huckleberry festival...and especially hanging out at cabin and enjoying the private beach, as well as s'mores around the campfire! Really great week for entire family...

I want to start off by saying the host Jeanette was amazing. Secondly, this cabin is a wonderful place to stay! It had everything we needed for the weekend. It was equipped with a grill, plates, cups, large fridge and plenty of space for people to sleep. We had our wedding ceremony at the cabin down at the lake that is just a short walk away from the cabin. The view was gorgeous with the mountains and the lake in the background. There is also a gorgeous view of a pasture with animals roaming, when looking out the kitchen window. The hot tub was clean and the outdoor area was perfect for a large group of people. The host Jeanette, was so responsive and went out of her way to ensure the property was clean and ready for us. She gave lots of local recommendations and made sure our stay was perfect! I 10/10 recommend this property for an Idaho mountain get away! Thanks again for the stay!!

Our group of 14, including 2 one years olds and 2 three year olds, had a wonderful time here. The cabin was very clean and has so many great features. It is spacious enough for a large crowd and we really liked the open floor plan. The bedrooms and living/dining/kitchen area are comfortable and the best equipped kitchen by far of any rental anywhere. The deck had several sitting areas and the hot tub was a big hit with the crowd. We especially loved the proximity to the beach and water with our hosts leaving Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys down on the beach for us. There are plenty of toys for the kids. In fact, they kept finding more and more as our time went on.
We appreciated the availability of our host, Jeanette, whenever we had a question and were grateful for the information she provided about things to do in the area.
We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to have our family reunion and we highly recommend staying here.

Our large group stayed comfortably here over Christmas. The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots, pans, and dishes we needed for a big Christmas dinner. The owners were great and super easy to work with, they even put up a Christmas tree for us to enjoy through the holiday.

Great Time and Great Memories
Jeanette's property was great! We got married down on the sandy beach and had a fantastic dinner out on the balcony. The house was large enough to host all our guests that were invited to the dinner and was organized with all sorts of extras, such as towels, blankets, sheets, etc. We enjoyed our time spent at the property. It was easy to get to and Jeanette was super easy to communicate with. I would recommend this house to anyone in a heartbeat.

She was always only a text away and willing to answer any question we had planning our visit and during our visit. We had four adults and five kids (three teenagers) comfortably stay in this spacious home and there was plenty of room and amenities. We went on long walks around the neighborhood each morning and the neighbors were so kind and gracious. We loved Donnelly and will treasure this vacation for years to come.

Exactly what our family was looking for. The location at the end of a lane was perfect as we wanted a place our dogs could be without bothering the neighbors. The home was clean and Jeanette was available and attentive throughout our stay. We will definitely be back.

Guys Trip
We had a great time. Loved the cabin, every one was comfortable and the cabin was nice and clean. Hot tub worked great after a long day of snowmobiling. Riding in and out of the cabin was cool. This was a great experience and we plan to return next year!

This property would be great for a family getaway. It's close to the water and very peaceful. Across the street from a small horse and cattle farm. Very cozy. The owner was very helpful and responsive and we appreciated their eagerness to work with us on our stay.

We had a great family getaway at this property. Plenty of bedrooms and space and wonderful deck to cookout and enjoying being amongst the trees. The proximity to the beach and lake was very nice as well. Definitely plenty to do for the whole family!

Best family vacation spot!
My family and I had the best time at this cabin. It was clean, beautiful, peaceful, and fun! The hot tub was a fantastic bonus and the beach was amazing. We will definitely be going back!

Fantastic winter vacation in Donnelly
Our group of 11 had an excellent time here. We loved the open feel of the living/dining/kitchen space. It made for a great gathering space for us. The hot tub was great, and the views are amazing. Host was amazing and had great communication. Our one and only complaint was the top bunk bed upstairs doesn't have a proper mattress; throw a twin mattress up there and it would be perfect. I definitely would recommend this home for your next vacation to Donnelly!

House was as advertised, if you have any question just ask! Owners are great to deal with. Parking was a little tighter then expected but was 100% manageable with 3 trucks+trailers and 1 truck/sled deck combo.

Great family trip
We had a great time at the cabin. Our previous booking fell through and we rented this last minute. We actually are thankful everything happened the way it did. The house was the perfect size and location. We all enjoyed the hot tub and wood burning stove. It was a great space to share with our family.

Such an awesome place to stay!
The cabin was a very warm cozy place we are so happy we picked that one for our family reunion! It was very well kept and plenty of beds for everyone to sleep. Also was very spacious so everyone was comfortable and not crowded. The scenery couldn’t have been more perfect along with the lake being so close to take a stroll down to enjoy the evening there. The home owners were super kind we are thankful for everything they did for us so we could stay there! Highly recommend staying there and will definitely book to stay there again next time!

Great spot for a vacation
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had a sibling get together (5 couples). The setting is beautiful, mountain scenery and access to the lake! The house is spacious, well furnished, and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the large deck with BBQ and the newly remodeled kitchen. Lots of opportunities to chat and reminisce over food. The host is easy to work with and very accommodating. The location is rural, but close to lots of fun things to do. We would certainly return in the future!

Best NEW YEAR EVER!!!
This was the best new year we have had!! There was a group of 3 families that stayed here. We even invited some friends to come up for the day to go snowmobiling with us. The property was so warm and inviting, It has a full kitchen and a wonderful wood burning stove that keeps the house toasty warm, but not too hot. It has a BBQ on the back deck as well as a Hot tub. Our kids had a blast! We went snowshoeing (provided at the cabin) we went snowmobiling right off the driveway (you provide) Then men took the kids to a field and snowmobiled while us ladies watched a movie in the afternoon. It was very relaxing.. The owners were Very wonderful and accommodating. The cabin was clean and had a beautiful view.. we will definitely be staying at this property again. Thinking for a ladies summer get away!!! The lake is within walking distance. If your looking for a nice getaway and great atmosphere this is the place for you.

Best Vacation Ever!!
We took our 3 sons and their families for a week long vacation to this cabin. Their response: BEST VACATION EVER! The Mathers were very accommodating and helpful. The cabin was comfortable and had everything we needed. We spent time at the beach, rented a pontoon boat, visited the hot springs, had bonfires in the fire pit, and went on hikes. Each family did something different. If we can ever get our families together for a trip again this will be the place we'll come back to!

Girls Weekend
This cabin was the perfect getaway for us girls. Jeanette was so gracious and helpful from our first inquiry to our final day there. The location was perfect with privacy and only a short walk to the sandy beach. This cabin has the true family cabin feel; we truly felt at home. We cannot wait to plan our next vacation here. The cabin was clean and hospitable. It felt like a home and it made us want to respect it as such. The area was beautiful. The owners are friendly, warm and absolutely wonderful. Even the neighbors were great. We had a wonderful time and plan to go back again.
