Lovely home to come home to after a busy day. Enough space for a large family and good sized rooms. And the view is phenomenal.

Comfy beds, well eqipped kitchen. Minor maintenance tasks need to be completed which would add the the quality of stay.

Nice house in great location. Had everything we needed. Beds were all comfortable. Very cold downstairs with two of the bedrooms straight off the garage. Fire place was nice, had heaps of wood for us to use. Bathroom and toilet upstairs cold do with a good deep clean, walls etc dead bugs everywhere and in the lights too. Gas bottles weren’t completely filled for the BBQ so half way through cooking dinner it ran out and the other two spares were empty too, so had to trek back into Taupo to find somewhere to get gas. Also a mouse running around downstairs too. Saw a trap but nothing in it to catch the mouse.

We were a group of 9 longtime friends touching base for the weekend. The house was in a great location with a lovely view. The amenities were great & suited our group size perfectly and the fire was an added bonus. We had a great long weekend.

Good but oven door needs to be fixed as dose not close properly hence the oven will not heat up. Otherwise brilliant

The large house suited our needs well, though we had to watch our 21 month old grandson constantly due to high windows having no restrictors, the property info does say may not be suitable for toddlers, I would say caution needed for children under 7 at least. The upstairs of the house was very comfortable and well-equipped , with lovely sunny decks , one with fabulous views of the lake. Unfortunately the 2 downstairs bedrooms were not so great, they open directly into the garage which has a boat and a car in it and you could smell diesel in the rooms, the garage is also full of tools paint etc . The neighborhood was lovely and quiet , we enjoyed staying on this side of the lake for a change.

Superb views and a great place to stay. Was perfect for our group of adults.

We were a family group of six adults and thoroughly enjoyed the property, although it is a 10 minute drive from the centre of Taupo it was well worth it for the stunning outlook. We sat on the deck and soaked up the view every opportunity we had. The kitchen is well provisioned and the BBQ was clean!! Would definitely rebook

This was the second time our extended family stayed at this property and it was once again really good. Lots of space, lovely deck and close to the lake. A very enjoyable stay.

The views are beautiful. Everything you could need in this great location. The driveway is perfect for a boat. Easy access to boat ramp.

Family ages 8 months to 87 years old and it was the perfect location. House was nice and warm plenty of room for us all. Neighbourhood was peaceful and we had a lovely view of the lake. If we needed a home again of this size I would definitely rebook.

We have stayed before and we will stay again. Perfect for our family. Love the quietness, private, off road parking, safe for the kids, comfy beds, everything you need, view +++, close to lake, reserve next door for the kids, clean organised house, you name it and tick that box. We love it. Thanks so much for another great family time.

This away from traffic noise place has 5 small bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Perfect for 5 couples. Open plan kitchen/dining/living/decks ensure everyone feels together & nothing squashed. Wonderful view of the lake was eye candy for those who don't have a view from their own homes. Plenty of parking out the back. There's a BBQ but we weren't there for evening meals so we didn't use it. Two fridges with two small freezers on the bottom third of the units.

Amazing stay. The house was very accommodating, cosy and tidy. The view from the living area made our trip. Sunsets across the lake were stunning.

Good place, very spacious and easy to find. Property managers great to deal with a fixed issue within an hour of being contacted.

This was a good venue for our extended family (9 people) summer holiday. Location is great. Nice outdoor and deck spaces. Downstairs bedrooms a bit dark but cooler than upstairs in summer.

Such a lovely view of the lake but removed from any bustle. Comfortable beds and lovely home. Lovely deck to the rear with bush outlook and front deck for views of the lake. Stunning.

The view and locality were amazing! The rooms were great, except for the two rooms at the basement, which were average. Would book here again next time we travel to Taupo.

This property suited us and our family really well. It’s a great location close to the lake with a lovely view. Really good off street parking for multiple cars and boat. Only slight downside was that it wasn’t as clean as we’d hope for however easy fix and we’d definitely stay again.

Didn’t end up staying there myself so can’t comment too much. Looked very nice though.

Fantastic place for a friends reunion - great property. Well stoked. Only downside was the rubbish and recycling - for out of towners this would be a pain to have to go to the dump.

Peaceful setting overlooking the lake and within walking distance of local boat ramp. Ideal home for large family with 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Morning sun for enjoying breakfast and cosy fire for evenings. Comfy beds.

Stunning views, warm & well equipped.. had absolutely everything we needed & some! Just what we needed to unwind & relax after a wee 10k marathon experience.. would totally recommend.. we’ll be back! 🙂👍

A great getaway with our young adult children - plenty of privacy because of number of bedrooms, and great communal space. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice views of lake and easy walk down to nice little beach.
