The property's luxurious features were evident in many aspects of our stay. The comfortable beds, pillows, and high-quality towels and toiletries aligned well with the estate's upscale positioning. The adequate lighting and inclusion of an office space were appreciated touches that enhanced the overall experience of this luxury accommodation.However, there were several issues that didn't quite meet the expectations for a high-end rental. The air conditioning system wasn't sufficiently cool, which was particularly noticeable given Scottsdale's warm climate. Some areas lacked window blinds, compromising privacy and light control - an oversight in a luxury property. In the kitchen, the absence of bare cooking essentials like salt and a leaking stovetop water tap were unexpected inconveniences in an otherwise well-appointed space.Communication could be improved to match the luxury standard of the property. The unannounced arrival of a housekeeper shortly before check-out and pool maintenance staff two hours prior were disruptive to our stay. For a premium rental, we expected better coordination and communication about these services.While the estate offers numerous amenities, the addition of a gym would elevate the luxury experience further. We brought friends and family together for three days to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. From the moment we checked in with Andromeda, who is fabulous, to our last good bye the weekend could not have been more perfect. The kids loved the slide, lazy river pool, and the mini golf course. The middle kids love the spa and the center eating area where they could converse like adults and still watch kiddos. The casita was perfect for the couple with a 5 month old teething baby as she had a quiet place to sleep and those of us in the house didn't hear a peep. And my husband and I just enjoyed what a simple "I do" 50 years ago created. I can't thank you enough for sharing this beautiful home and having such a wonderful staff be available for any issues that could come up.

Visited with a larger group from the East Coast for a golf trip. This property was absolutely ideal for us.Very rarely do rental listing pictures understate how amazing the property is, but they might here. The property was absolutely incredible. In retrospect, I almost wish I had scaled back some of the golf to hang out on the property more.Everything from Hozho was well organized and clear, they were friendly and no nonsense to deal with.Highly recommend.

Had family from both coasts join up to celebrate a graduation. House had something for everyone! Would highly recommend based on the lazy river alone! Pool house was an added bonus!

Overall the stay went well. We were in town for a 16 man Ryder Cup tournament. The House pretty easily accommodates 16 people. Pool and backyard area was a fun place to hangout. Not to be nitpicky but here are some negatives I found about the place. The master bed was dirty when we arrived. They did offer to resend the cleaning people, which I appreciated but didn't feel like dealing with while we were gonna be out golfing. The blinds in the master bedroom are so paper thin my bunkmate slept in the closet after getting sick of it (Window faces East) and is bright AF by 5:30am. There's a noise ordinance at 10pm (totally understandable) but the light by the pickleball/basketball court turn off at 9pm. They don't warn you about the light timer anywhere so we kinda felt activities were cut short there. Overall it was a solid place to stay.

Excellent property! Has everything you could possibly need for entertainment. Pool is awesome for relaxing and cooling off. So many things to do for all ages. Host responds immediately when you need something. Highly recommend this home.

The house was great and the host was great and super responsive. My only comment to future renters is that there is no left over food stuff from previous guests. This is not a problem, but a bit of a shock. Most places have left over salt & pepper and oil and other stuff. They have nothing. Just an FYI to plan ahead. The donate all leftovers to a local food pantry.

We had a wonderful time with 6 couples and children at the Scottsdale Oasis this fall. The house was clean and spacious with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The back yard was phenominal. With the heated pool, lazy river and hot tub, we were able to enjoy the water even though the outside daytime temperatures were in the 70s and nighttime in the 50s. Paid extra for this but it was definitely worth it.The basketball/pickleball court and putting greens were in good condition and the outdoor fireplace was enjoyable. There was equipment provided for the backetball/pickleball court and putting greens. We brought our own pool toys and fire wood.Everthing went smoothly from checkin to checkout and the communication from the host was excellent.

This large, sprawling house is everything as advertised and the three sleeping areas—bedrooms off the living room, a primary suite off the kitchen and the casita—give guests a chance to spread out and have privacy. The house was immaculate upon arrival and the backyard “resort” was ready for play and it was perfect for our family. There were a few issues getting the pool heated, and the hot tub, which is within the pool, never got warm until day 5. Omar surprised us and showed up on Christmas day to work on it—great service. We loved this one-of-kind house but there are a few things to mention. The listing notes the kitchen is minimally stocked and that is correct. Pulling off even a simple holiday menu was a challenge. There is nothing in the kitchen except the basics—think first apartment utensils and cookware which contrasts the high-end kitchen appliances. The upper oven door wouldn’t seal and get to temperature so that left us with only the smaller lower oven. There is dishware for 12 but the house sleeps 17. Unlike some short-term rentals, there was no sugar, oil, salt, pepper, a few baggies, etc. Plan to purchase or bring all your supplies or use a caterer. The two ensuite bedrooms have king beds with waist-high mattresses! We had to find step stools to get in the beds and the next night traded with our 6’9” son-in-law. Even our 6’ tall daughter had trouble getting into the primary suite bed. The management company was great to work with.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Activities for all ages ! Our ages ranged from 1year old to 69 years of age ! 8 adults and 8 children and we had a wonderful time! Would definitely recommend this beautiful place to anyone!

Nice house with great backyard pool. Comfortable beds and sitting areas. Large refrigerator with room for provisions for a big group. Home managers were very responsive. The only issue we had with the house was keeping the hot tub heated - that function frequently turned off and wolf not reheat; but the rest of the pool did stay heated, and the heated pool was a great asset in the November mornings and evenings.
Food and grocery delivery to the house was very easy; many nearby options.

Every year our group of friends pick somewhere to go for vacation. We came across this house and feel in love. Well, the pictures don't do this justice. It was beyond amazing and I'm sure we will be returning. The management was very communicative and anything we needed they where available to help! Everything was near by but honestly you don't even have to leave the house it is so amazing. If you are thinking about booking just do it!!

Loved staying here. Everyone had plenty of space! Had a couple issues with the pool water features but things happen mechanically. No fault to the owner or property manager at all. Once informed they were quick to respond. I would have liked more bath towels for use vs just 1 per person to reuse daily, and more than 2 kitchen towels. Besides this….perfection! We will be coming back to stay in the future for sure!

Overall, the house was clean and beautiful. Pool was clean. Staff responds immediately. We had a couple of issues with pool heat being on when we didn’t request it. It got too hot to swim. Staff eventually turned it off but we lost a day of swimming, it was 115° outside and the pool was 101°. The pool guy came just before we arrived and put enough chemicals in the pool that would require a 12-24 hour wait before swimming. However, management was unaware and all of the kids got severe chemical burns on the first day. Management was made aware however they said they didn’t know about the pool service, so nothing was done. The AC was in a schedule, every couple of hours the heat would turn on, we eventually figured out that we needed to keep watch and manually turn the AC back on. Other than that the house was beautiful, comfortable, and we had a great time. Would suggest that you communicate about the pool prior to swimming.

I had a lot of communication prior to checking in. I was concerned about the noise ordinance. The company was always quick to respond, professional and pleasant even when I asked the same questions about the ordinance numerous times (I was concerned). I was confused after reading the check in instructions but in reality it went smoothly. The house has a nice split bedrrom layout and is updated nicley for the age of home it is. The casita was great for what we needed. The pool, lazy river and swim up bar make this rental worth the money. I was appreciative of some of the extra things this company does such as the snacks they set out which made it convenient for kids. I also appreciated the bath and pool towels they put out on each bed. All and all it was a nice place to stay and we really enjoyed my husbands 50th birthday. I did make sure to move everyone inside the house at 10:00 pm as was suggested per ordinance. My only suggestion would be to add a video game or two.

The good - the house was terrific :spacious, well-appointed (I had been a little frightened that the kitchen equipment might be lacking due to the instructions we received but all of the equipment we needed for cooking, etc., was available!). The outdoor area was also terrific - pool area awesome, sport court, etc. All clean and well kept.The not so good - so I am an instruction-follower and we received many via email, the app, posted on the house front door and booklet -before and during our stay. I would have been happy to follow them but many were confusing, contradictory or wrong. Every Vrbo we’ve stayed in makes a huge deal about garbage days, which I get. Different instructions listed different days for garbage/recycling. The instructions said that the pool remote was in the kitchen. It wasn’t, it had been installed on the pool equipment (and super hard to read in bright sun, and hard to use without instructions!). I guess these things are annoyances. Where it got a little uncomfortable is that one day a man showed up in the backyard out of nowhere and our daughter (10) was out there, and came running in. To us, unfamiliar with the house, there didn’t seem to be an easy way into the yard from the front but obviously there is.... We had no idea who he was or why he was there. Then, later that day the aforementioned trash was taken out super early in the day for the next days pick up by someone (not us). My husband sent a note to the rental mgr. asking if more people were scheduled to come onto the property because it was disconcerting that people were there and we had no idea who/why/when. The response was actually snarky - since we think their employees are “scary” no one else will be on the property! We didn’t say that; we had a legit question and got a needlessly snarky response. AND on top of that, the very next day my daughter came running into our room at 7:30am because a man was outside her window. It was a

My family and I stayed for the weekend. This house is gorgeous and very spacious. We all loved the pool and lazy river. Everything worked great and was very clean. Property management Jen is absolutely amazing! She was very attentive and helpful (even on her day off) with any questions we had. Definitely coming back! Thank you!!

We had a great stay in this property! We had 4 adults and 3 kids and had SO MUCH room. Could easily have had more people. The backyard is an absolute paradise and the kids LOVED it. The house was immaculate and we had a great stay. Be prepared that past dishes and silverware the kitchen is sparse (there were provided snacks and coffee pods). So you'll need to bring EVERYTHING you'll need to cook (if you plan to cook).

We loved our stay at Villa Larkspur. We had a large family group of 16 including 8 adults and 8 children. Everyone said that the outside pool and water slide, lazy river and basketball court were great. We loved the house and had plenty of room for everyone. The owner, managers were super helpful and answered all of our questions quickly. So we would definitely recommend Villa Larkspur and would stay there again.

Where do we start !!! We could not Enjoy our weeekend because we had nothing but issues. And every time we advised the host she said we were wrong very rudely and said everything works. I told her why would I lie and want to bother you after I spent over $1000 a night. Then she stopped responding and left us in the dark. After numerous attempts to have the issues resolved. I asked her to make things right by refunding us for the time we waisted. No responses all the next day and or the day after. LOTS OF ISSUES WITH THE HOME AND NO HELP TO FIX ANYTHING BY THE HOST OR ANYONE
-All bathroom doors locks are broken Except 1
-basketball court lights didn’t work
-jacuzzi stop working
-Lazy River lights were out the whole weekend and all dark at night
-Not Enough Towels
-Police came and said the host lied to us and everyone we can not play any music outdoors during the day and or at night
-At about 10pm the back yard is flooded with grass hoppers all in the pool hitting everyone in the face etc etc

Everything was ok. Its a noise ordinance so just be aware that you will have many warnings regarding this prior to check in and during your stay. I recommend writing down all the codes just to save some time. Overall it was an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! i highly recommend and the rate was reasonable.

We had 8 adults and 10 children ages 1 to 13. It was the perfect home with casita to fit us all. Very clean with everything we needed. The backyard was amazing from the pool, lazy river, hot tub, TV bar area, putting green and sport court. The kids ran from one thing to the next all day long. We enjoyed a long girls weekend with 10 of us. This rental had great amenities and was even larger than we expected inside and out. The house was roomy with a large dining area, kitchen and seating area. The beds were very comfortable. The pool, hot tub, slide and lazy river were amazing and a huge outdoor area! We paid extra for the pool to be heated and it was worth it. With full sun and 60 degree days, we spent the majority of our time in the water and enjoying all the amenities outdoors.

The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, the accommodations are great. We did ask and pay for the pool to be heated, but we were not told this comes at the expense of the heat in the spa. Had we known that, we never would have paid for pool heat. When we asked for this to be changed, after several texts with the property manager, we were sent a Youtube video to try to figure out ourselves. Many of the deck chairs had worn/torn webbing, which was made worse until we noticed them ripping. Upon booking, so many emails were sent that the one advising to download the app was missed. The 7 emails I received the day of booking could have been consolidated into 1 to make the information more clear.

The outdoor space for this house is amazing! Lazy river, slide and large heated pool were a hit. The swim up bar/spa area was awesome! Plenty of room for all of us to spread out and enjoy. Kitchen was well stocked and the pool table and poker table were a nice bonus. We wanted a place big enough for 17 and with enough fun things on property to keep all of us together. Mission accomplished: the pool, lazy river, slide, grotto, pickle ball court, basketball court, putting green, and outdoor fireplace kept us all together and having so much fun!
The property is well maintained, and the management is super responsive. Be sure to read the spiral bound book that contains information about the property and its equipment.
Very, very, highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at the 7BR home with Lazy River, Water slide and Casita. The only thing it lacked was towels, garbage bags and cleaning supplies and the internet didn't work during our stay. Otherwise, it was awesome.
