The staff was super friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, no complaints!

Every step I took was met with a pounding on the ceiling/ floor from below. Every, single, step. I had to tip toe! And even then the pounding continued. We we walking on eggshells....and even then we elicited pounding and yelling from below....it felt unsafe and kind of ghetto. Certainly not the fault of the management, but definitely made our 4 day stay uncomfortable.

The price

Well this place is a good price for a reason. It's old, run down, and the walls are super thin. We had a room on the bottom floor, and the floor right above us had people slamming doors, rolling around on the office chair late at night. When we reported it to the front office, they just said we'll there 10 more minutes before quiet time. Which told me they did not care or were going to say anything about it. The second night, our neighbors across the hall had 2 large dogs, and anytime someone would walk by, the dogs would bark. That went on until about midnight. Overall, if we were not in a family emergency situation, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff did their job and that was about it. They were there for a paycheck, not really there for customer service.

We asked several times for extra blankets or pillows to make the pullout bed suitable and they did not assist. The pullout bed had springs popping through causing pain and discomfort through the duration of the stay, this was escalated to three different employees including the general manager and NOTHING was done to make the stay or bedding more comfortable.

The staff were friendly. The facilities were clean. The kitchenette in room was exactly what I needed!

The mattress was the worst I have had in a hotel room in the last decade!!!!!! I have never dreaded going to bed!
