Close to everything, beach, stores, trailheads. Clean, spacious and stocked with all you need to enjoy your vacation

Convenient, clean property. Comfortable beds, pillows. Downside was only one full bath (plus one half bath). Could be a problem with a larger group. I didn’t care for main floor on second floor with going down stairs to use bathroom. Had a guest that stairs are a little difficult so that was a hard. I should have looked closer and maybe figured that out in advance. Bathrooms were updated and clean. Rest of house a bit dated but it was very clean, comfortable and it all worked out fine!

House was quite and very peaceful.

Nice location, literally steps from the lake, enjoyed both swimming pools and hot tubs. Reached out to get assistance with working tv’s in bedrooms. The property manager communicated back one time but truly did not know how to fix the connection problem, so no TV access in the bedrooms. The refrigerator did not get very cold, and the oven is dated. It’s all about the location here which is excellent.

The condo is nice and big. The kitchen is rocked with everything you need. The private beach access is AMAZING. Great location to all restaurants and entertainment.

We travel for the weekend to heavenly ski and this location was perfect The house was clean, cozy and well equipped with everything you can think of. My 3yo loved playing with the kids wood kitchen which kept her busy. The managers were amazing and communicate with us for anything we needed. I recommend.

I was notified 2 days before arrival that the microwave was not working and could not be replaced for 2 weeks. In my mind, purchasing a $40 countertop microwave for your guests until the replacement arrives would be a simple solution. I was told by the property manager that the owner was out of the country, but they would reach out and let me know. I did not hear back after multiple follow up emails so I asked if they were willing to compensate us for not having a full kitchen as described when we rented the condo. I received the same excuse that the owner was out of the country. Almost 3 weeks later and 3 follow up emails, I have heard nothing. Upon arrival to the property at 4:15pm, I had not received check in information and had to make 2 phone calls to get it. The condo was fine. The kitchen wasn’t the cleanest and very old appliances. The heating unit in a closet off of the kitchen, next to the dinning room table was very noisy. Positive feedback -Washer and drier with laundry soap provided.Bedrooms were clean and cozyBathroom was clean with shampoo, conditioner, soap and plenty of towels. I won’t stay here again.

I loved this place! Has a walk to the lake and a drive down to the casinos.

We really enjoyed our 3-day stay at this property. Location is great - just a minute walk to the beach. The house was spotless, the kitchen is well-equipped and communication with the property manager was generally easy and quick (aside from a couple minor issues). Highly recommend.

Pretty short walk to the beach. Close to shopping and all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Good shower and towels. Kitchen was sufficiently supplied to make meals at home.

Great Property close to everything, clean, and plenty of sleeping places, The parking passes were missing- we had to get them from the front desk but other than that everything went smoothly and was exactly as described.

Check in and Parking instructions were confusing, HomeAway app and email did not provide the same instructions or access codes. Parking pass was not mentioned or available, was instructed to leave a note in our vehicle but that did not stop us from getting a towing warning. Beds are a little tough but not horrible. Overall would still recommend.

The property was nice and clean and beautifully located. Parking was confusing there was no parking passes available after some calling a around we received an e-mail that said if there is no parking passes please put a note on your dash board, which we did however we still received a notice as a warning that our vehicle would be towed. Our app gave us a different entry access code than our email confirmation. The email confirmation we received said there was no coded needed for pool access, that was inaccurate. With that said, we had a great time and would recommend this location to friends and family.

The house was clean as was the surrounding property. The pictures online are a bit deceiving as it looks like the room with the king size bed has an attached bathroom which it does not. The 1-1/2 bathrooms are on the bottom floor while the kitchen and living areas are upstairs. Kind of a pain to have to go downstairs every time you have to use the bathroom. Also the pool near the front is much more private and a better option than the pool near the lake.

Couple of suggestions: We got conflicting directions for front door lock You should list all codes on your app or email: pool, lockers at pool

This property is everything it says it is! This place is beautiful, I will definitely be coming back for a longer vacation! I booked this place to have a getaway for my 30th birthday. It was me and a few friends, very relaxing. It was really cool that the pool was semi heated as it was super windy while I was there. I didnt venture around the area as I just wanted a quiet on the beach, as I drove in I did see a lot of things to do for those of you who want to go and venture outside of where you're staying. If you're coming to Tahoe this place is definitely a good place to stay!!

My husband and I enjoyed the reprieve from a busy, noisy hotel. It was quiet, bright, and comfortable. The best sleep away from home in a very long time. We would stay again and longer if possible. The home was close to everything

Jason's place looks great in pictures, but it's even better in person! It's very spacious, clean, functional, and it has character plus all of the modern amenities you would want in a home away from home. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and there are plenty of places in walking distance, including stores, restaurants, Jason communicated all of the necessary instructions up front, so there was no confusion about the check-in or check-out processes. We loved the place and hope to stay there again some day.

The house and the surrounding was simply put amazing! It's peaceful and safe neighborhood, and this place should only be used by people who respect the house and the nature around it. All of us had both great common areas but also privacy as there was enough bedrooms and each had really high-quality mattresses, blankets and pillows. Area was very silent so we slept well. Kitchen was well equipped and beautiful. Everything in the house was clean and worked well.

The house and its location are spectacular. The interior is beautiful and comfortable. A great place to stay. Perhaps best is the host's quick response to questions with right-on recommendations. Thank you for taking care of us!
