Broken door knobs, no enough bath towels, poor communication regarding the elevator with 2 disabled family members

What an awesome place to hang out with family! Spacious kitchen, nice sized bedrooms, good beds, very clean, spectacular view! Just a few steps from the ocean and sandy beach. Property management company responded quickly when we reached out to them on a couple of small issues. We plan to return for our next family trip!!

There’s plenty of room, a massive kitchen, two decks, and is steps from Gulf of Mexico! It was awesome! I can’t wait to visit again!

The property and the service from the company were excellent. In my 35 years of coming to the beach I have never encountered such disrespect of others. The neighbors to the left were chain smokers and loud music players. When we politely asked for a break in the smoke it got worse. When we asked for quieter music it got louder. It was impossible to enjoy being on the patio which is why I selected this property. The neighbors on the right had barking dogs. It was my worst experience at the beach.

A new mattress in master room will be really appreciated, air conditioning works great, but the vents need to be clean, and permission to use elevator will be great so we don’t have to carry luggage and groceries up and downstairs

This is our second time staying in white sands homes. The property management company is so easy to work with. This location is right on the beach and having the large garage with beach access makes it so convenient to store beach chairs and toys in the evenings. The master bedroom was beautiful and our kids loved the bunk room. We would definitely rent again.

Close by to everything, and it was almost like having the beach to yourself.

Well laid out for a big family. Very comfortable furnishings. Enormous and well equipped kitchen. Beautiful views of beach. Patios of these units are right next to each other with only a railing, so if you are looking for privacy while sitting outside, this could be an issue. Patio furniture needs replacing, including the gas grill, which was almost unusable. The limited areas of carpeting inside (stairways, bedrooms) are ready for replacing.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve rented other units at White Sands with good result; however, I can not recommend #17. When I checked in, there was no way to lock exit doors and no outside lighting on either side. I wasted many hours trying to diagnose and deal with problems, especially the elevator. Don’t count on it. We left a day early due to frustration.

But when we got there the house was very roomy and perfect for the amount of people we had. We had a big family with us (10). The rooms where very comfortable. The only thing was that entering the home was a little confusing. The Garage has alot of doors to access the house (none are labeled what is what). It took us a some time to figure out how to open any of the doors. The door to elevator took us forever to find out why we couldn't access the house that way. We were not told that the elevator was not accessible to any renter until we called the desk. So if you have someone that has a disability be ready to climb stairs into to the house. The house was very nice and accommodating. One other thing. The back door was not secured. The sliding door can easily be opened, which concerned us because we had small children. Other than that..we had a wonderful time at the house.

A beautiful place to stay! This is our second year at this condo.Love that it is fully stocked except for food. Thanks so much!

First off, I was super happy with the property staff staying in their office 20mins past closing hours so I could check-in the first day of my arrival. The beach house/condo itself was simply incredible. The property was a lot more spacious than the pictures made it seem. We had the maximum party of 12 but felt very comfortable and didn't feel cramped at all. The app they provided was also very useful when looking for activities and restaurants in the local area. 10/10 would recommend !!!

The only disappointment was the mattresses in every room was the biggest complaint by everyone and the sofa. The living area needs more seating. Everything else was wonderful in the condo. I was very disappointed at the end of the week after I called the management company to rent the condo for next year. I have stayed at others condos and they give you first choice to rent again for the next year to the person renting the condo. I was told due to the internet they had no control.
