Room lighting, approach, Heater

The owner was with plenty of hospitality. He helped me do a trek to Living Bridges and the rainbow waterfalls. He had contacts with drivers and guides. The room was spacious and well-maintained though the price was affordable. Hot water was available for a bath. It was just a 7-minute walk to the city center where I could take a shared cab to Shillong. The owner told me the proper fare.

There were few options for restaurants, but the owner shared some decent restaurants and the way to them by a shared cab from the city center.

Good clean home and most of the attractions are nearby to this homestay which can be covered even on scooty. They also provide rented scooty. The host is very polite and helpful he helped us with suggesting when and how to cover most of the attractions in cherrapunji.

The rooms are quite small as compared to the bathrooms. I mean to say bathroom are a lot more bigger thn the whole entire room. Although the staffs are great.

The rooms are in the ground floor and near to the reception counter soo questions arises for privacy what we are talking in the rooms the outsiders can listen easily and what they are speaking we can listen easily. Soo it was a bit uncomfortable.

Super friendly staff, helped us with all the information we needed to visit the places. The room was good and cozy.

Great budget stay in Cherrapunjee. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Place was clean and comfortable, though small for a group of 3. Breakfast was great, too.

This isn't really the property's fault, but we didn't have power throughout the night due to heavy rain. We had to take cold showers and could not charge phones. The power backup only provided lighting.

The location is near the market. Lots of eateries nearby. I think the "Biriyan Fiesta" restaurant serves the best food amongst all. Homestay have parking. You can also go for a walk around. The host ksan is really friendly and would suggest great places to hop around.

Nothing as such

I liked that the host was very accomodating, helped us out with our itinerary, went next mile for us. The place was squeaky clean, and near the wai sadong falls and double decker bridge. Really best place to stay in Sora
