The house was perfect for our group. We would love to stay again!

Walking in started our wonderful experience. Soft music,soft lighting. The decor in this home was better, even better, than the pictures shown. The owner thought of everything for their guest, "we wanted for nothing"... We all loved it!

We were four friends that met at the property for a girls retreat. The pool was perfect. The house was so inviting. We hired masseuse to come to the house. We enjoyed everything. Great restaurants nearby. We had the best of it all! We will be back.

It is hard choosing a property when you are planning your trip. I am so happy I went with this property as my choice. It was perfect. The house is spacious, well kept and very secluded. Every bedroom is a king suite all facing the patio and pool. It is stocked with everything you will need to have a fun, relaxing stay. We can not wait to return. Thank you for everything!

A group of 8 adults stayed at Hidden Haven for a long weekend getaway in Palm Springs. We had a wonderful trip and were so happy with the accommodations at our rental. The home was just as nice as the listing. The indoor areas were beautifully designed, clean, and well-appointed with everything you would need. The pool and backyard was clean and a large layout for various seating areas to relax. The driveway had a car cover, which was nice to keep our car out of the direct sun. The neighborhood was nice and quite, and close proximity to downtown and to the airport. The property manager was very easy to work with. We will definitely consider this place for our next vacation to Palm Springs!

Great place to bring our family together. The pool & spa was just right! The railings/grab bars made it a comfortable pool experience for all. The kitchen well appointed. The game room, a bonus. The great room made it easy for all of us to gather, a comfortable place to sit for all of us. The beds were a little soft, except for our party in the master. No complaints, they had a comfortable sleep. The master's sliding door got a lot of use, but not so smooth to pull open & close. Little WD-40 should take care of that. We all agreed we would be happy to stay again.

2nd time renting HIDDEN HAVEN ...LOVE THIS PROPERTY AND LOCATION...BEAUTIFUL HOME AND LANDSCAPE...NICE VIEWS OF THE MOUNTAINS...RESORT STYLE LIVING...

This was a great spot for our group - close to downtown Palm Springs and easy access to spa and golf too. The house was great, loved the outdoor space and the game room was fun addition! The house was well-stocked with toiletries, spices and games for the group too. Would definitely rent here and recommend this rental group too!

Our group of three couples (my husband and I and our two adult children and their partners) greatly enjoyed our mid-January to mid-February stay in this nicely laid out, exquisitely maintained, and amazingly well-stocked home. We also greatly appreciated the top-notch service from Acme, the property management company, whose staff were consistently responsive, friendly and helpful during the booking process and throughout our stay. The house is in the lovely southern part of the city, an area where vegetation is plentiful and mature, and captivating mid-century homes abound. Strolls there are beautiful and interesting! There are commercial properties very nearby (including boutique hotels, bars and restaurants), but our sense of tranquility and privacy was never disturbed. The house itself is on a quiet side street. The pretty yard in front is shielded from the street by a high hedge and has a nice sitting area. Inside, the common areas (a living room, dining area, and kitchen) are open to one another, and off the kitchen is a game room with pool table, shuffleboard table, and laundry facilities. Bedrooms are in two "wings," one on either side of the common area--two bedrooms per wing. Three of the four bedrooms have doors onto the pool area (and the fourth is across a narrow hallway from one); all bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. (One bedroom has a bathroom that can be accessed both from the bedroom and from the hall so that it can double as a powder room for guests.) One wing lacks a hallway; the two bedrooms are "tandem" (i.e., there's a door between them). It's a little odd but wasn't a problem for us; if those in the master bedroom got up before those in the other bedroom, they accessed the kitchen and other common areas via the pool area. The pool area is huge and gorgeous, with many places to sit and lounge in both sunshine and shade, a nice firepit and grill, and cornhole--and the pool and hot tub are both large and well-maintained. It was too cool in the evening when we were there to dine at the (covered and lit) outdoor eating area, but we did enjoy many breakfasts and lunches there. I should also mention that we had two small dogs with us, and though we had to prop a pool toy against the front gate to prevent escape, the yards both front and back were otherwise fully fenced. The dogs loved this place as much as we did! Overall, a wonderful experience that we wished would never end! Very highly recommended.

This was perfect for the 8 of us. The location is great and the pool was fantastic.

This property was perfect for my family and our friends who we vacationed with! Each family has two adults and two kids and this house was great for us. We loved the layout of the house with the two separate wings so each family had their own space. The common areas were well designed for our group, we especially liked the pool table/game room. Kids spent every day swimming and we all had so much fun!

Beautiful and clean property! The family enjoyed the spacious indoor/outdoor living space. It was nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood. The pictures are spot on as to what you will see in the house. ACME House company was easy to deal with throughout our stay. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely come back to this property!

This is our second time staying at Hidden Haven. We love it! It’s a perfect house and a perfect location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hidden Haven is a gem. We were so content there that we only left once to hike in Joshua Tree. We found the privacy and the multiple places to sit out of the sun so inviting, and the layout inside worked perfectly for our party of 4 adults and 2 active children. We were together but not on top of each other. The firepit was a big hit in the evening for 'smores. The kitchen had every imaginable amenity, some of which I will acquire upon returning home.
We didn't venture into Palm Springs, but considered the close proximity to Jensen's market a real plus.
We found the house in excellent condition and the few questions we had were answered promptly by the Acme staff. The pool attendant was courteous and efficient.
We have rented houses all over the states and Europe. If I could give this a six on the basis of its comfort and convenience, I would.
