This is our 3rd stay in a Printer’s Alley Loft. There’s a reason we seek out this location. Check in is easy, each loft is unique and well maintained, and the location cannot be beat! The Penthouse did not disappoint!! The vintage pinball machine was the surprise hit of the stay. We look forward to booking our 4th stay at Printer’s Alley Lofts!

The selling point here is a fantastic location. The unit itself could use some updates. The downstairs couch has seen better days and the 'fully stocked kitchen' in the listing is no longer the case and is not mentioned until after booking which seemed like a bit of a bait and switch.
There are two skylights with no shades in the loft that flood the upper bedroom with daylight so it's hard to sleep past dawn.
Overall we enjoyed our stay but for the money will likely look elsewhere next time.
It has the feel of a dive french quarter hotel. If that's what your into book right now!

When you love who you work with so much you all go to Nashville! Cool vibe loft. Perfect location that you can walk safely to downtown. Printers Alley has all the character with bars, brunch and late night sustenance. Sleep with Us Properties goes out of their way to make your stay memorable. We can’t wait to do it all over again!

Great property but surrounding location was a bit sketchy at night for women walking alone. Loved the loft and property manager was great. Would recommend to others but just caution about walking alone late at night through alley.

This was a girlfriends trip to celebrate birthdays. The loft was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our group of 4. The location couldn’t have been better and we had a fantastic time. I would definitely stay here again.

I spent the weekend with my teenage daughter and one of her friends. We had a lovely time, and really enjoyed our time on property. I wasn’t familiar with the area before booking, so might not have chose.n it since I was with 2 teenage girls, but we get safe during our stay and the proximity to shopping was great! Will keep in mind for future trips to Nashville.

-main floor ceiling fan nearest window did not slow down by remote
-sprayer in kitchen sink problematic
-shower curtain rod in loft bathroom—cap cover became loose
-hot water & cold water reversed in loft bathroom sink nearest doorway

Producers Loft was a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in Printer’s Alley, Nashville Tennessee. Great location, walking distance to Broadway and to the Country Music Hall of Fame. Thanks to Darold and Tricia for making our trip a great experience. If you want a five star experience Producers Loft at Printer’s Alley is the place to be.

Arrived and the property manager greeted us and showed us the property. He also showed us how to work tv/speakers/etc. Everything was provided for entertainment on the property.
The location was great to get to Printer's Alley and downtown, the main reason for our travel. Couldn't have asked for a better place. There are a few bars in the area that are not part of the downtown area that are fun to go to when you don't wan the big crowds. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The penthouse was perfect for a 40th birthday trip with friends. Located right in the center of Printer's Alley, it was just a short walk to Broadway. Property manager was very helpful and responsive, and everything was clean. We would definitely come back!

Great location. In the Heart of Nashville. Everything is walking distance. No car needed. Property Manager (Darold) very attentive super helpful at check in.
Penthouse looked as shown on line.. My only comment would be the walls were a little thin.. if you have rowdy neighbors next door….you may not be get a full nights sleep!
Overall great experience and I would recommend to others.

Good location but…..
While the photos look trendy and cute, the craftsmanship of the condo is not great. This unit needs some finish work (especially to the ceilings and the laundry closet) and better cleaning. There is no door or privacy in the upstairs bathroom. The sofa in the living room area should be replaced. Also, there was a strong odor on occasion during the 2 nights we stayed there. The location is perfect as it’s a very short walk to main events.

FUN!
The loft was great, there could of been some things updated. The refrigerator leaked and when you turned on the water from the kitchen sink water was coming out from all directions. Over all great location, great staff would highly recommend

Nashville Visit
Comfortable property to stay at with family. Don't expect any services unless you pay extra. Stocked with enough to get you started. Worst thing is having to remove your own trash.

Great for girls’ trip!
We had an AHmazing time in Nashville! Printers Alley is the place to be! The driver they hook you up with - Mike D and Desmond are seriously awesome. Mike helped us with recommendations and reservations and made our stay so much more memorable!
Definitely go to Bourbon Street Blues ans Skulls Rainbow Room steps across the alley!

Excellent all the way around!
Its in a great location both to walk to Broadway as well as the bars literally right across the alley. Bourbon St. Bar across the street had best music we heard during our stay. Room was fine and designed eclectically - great beds and everything else was more than functional. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel experience, this isn't it. If you want a 5 star Nashville experience, go for it! AND - the place is pet friendly.

Such a warm, professional welcome.
Such a dynamite location, and such fun to be able to “live the loft dream” (mine) for a couple days — though I have to laugh — my husband said “for my Real Life, I want to stick with having more walls!” In no way a critique or criticism ~ just something we discovered about the Mr. You’ll love being in the middle of Nashville, esp if it’s your first trip. You’ve got a loft and a separate bedroom, and a big kitchen (not many pots n pans, but who is cooking with all those restaurants nearby ?)
Mark my words: if u like the pics, you’ll love the loft.
