First of all, the good - this condo is fantastic! So well laid out, beautifully decorated, and so clean. It's a place where you open the door and say, "wow". Jenny is a wonderful host; my questions were always answered within a few minutes. We were so comfortable there, and the location is top notch. The deck is fantastic; we spent a lot of time there people watching and eating pier fries :) Now the not so good: parking is definitely an issue. I traveled with two other couples who all arrived separately. 3 cars, 1 parking space on site and one approximately 1/2 mile away. The whole week we were shuffling cars and having to go get the cars in order to do anything. That was bad enough, but my daughter-in-law has CP and walks with a walker. Guess what? No handicapped parking on the property anywhere. The building manager told me it was because they were a condo association and not a hotel, but I'm not really sure what that has to do with access for handicapped folks. They tried to get us a spot next door at the Surf 6 lot, but they wanted $50 a night; a bit ridiculous. We were also told they had a sand wheelchair so that she could get to the beach, but then told us "they couldn't find it". Jenny looked into it and found out in fact they didn't have one anymore. As a result my DIL was unable to go to the beach, which was a real shame. It is also a bit loud on some nights; there is a bar on the ground floor very near the master in this unit. Some nights it was tolerable, but other nights the volume and quality of the music was horrible. Jenny has done a great job outfitting the bedrooms with sound machines and fans, but you can't drown out bad musicians who think volume equates to talent. This unit is beautiful and so great for any family. It's right in the middle of everything, the amenities inside are so thoughtful, and we were very comfortable there. I know that Jenny can't do anything about the parking situation, but it would be nice if that building could figure out a way to make this building more friendly. If you are selling the unit for 10 people, 1 parking space on site is grossly inadequate. We may be back, but it will depend on my DIL. The building is just not friendly to those who have mobility challenges.

Easy check-in upon arrival and the red carpet treatment! Everything was as described and for my first VRBO rental I'm hooked!

Best place we’ve stayed throughout our entire trip from CT to Boston to Maine. Bill at the front desk was absolutely amazing and super helpful! The home was beautiful and super clean. Had everything we needed and more! We were able to sleep 9 of us comfortably! Very convenient and we will definitely come back! Thank you for making our Family Vacation enjoyable!

Beautiful condo… well equipped with everything. Right on the beach with great pool. Would definitely recommend and rent again! Owner was very responsive. Very professionally done. Only thought is if you have young kids that are light sleepers, bring a white noise generator… the condo is well insulated but you do still hear some noise at night (you are in the middle of the prime restaurant area) and in the early morning when the delivery/sanitation trucks come through. That said, we had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

This location is very ideal, the unit was nice and clean and well equipped. The parking situation for any guest vehicles beyond the first vehicle is less than ideal. We had to pay $20 per night for parking in a parking lot that doesn’t exactly look safe, and the lot was 5 min walk with no shuttle. We were told there was no other parking room onsite but the lot had plenty of open spaces. The pool room was extremely hot with no ventilation and the pool itself was not the cleanest. Otherwise we had a great time and were very pleased with our stay.

Condo was clean and comfortable and everything you would ever need was there waiting for you to use. Wonderful experience

We loved staying at this condo! The location was amazing right on the beach, the kids loved the indoor swimming pool and the property was updated and very clean.

It is better than described. It is so well fitted-out, it will make your own house look second-class. And very well furnished for families. No fear that anything could get ruined. The only thing I would negotiate if possible is check in and check out time. Really does not allow much time to spend the day. But Jenny is very accommodating. Also although there is only one guaranteed parking space, there is a very near parking lot (a block or so) to permanently store other cars

The property was beautiful! The location was great, close to everything and there was so many amenities games towels, beach chairs , beach towels it gave that extra touch she thought of everything! Property is immaculate, so clean, the beds are comfortable the bedding is great quality. I had one a question and and I received a response immediately. It’s a little bit of paradise sitting on the deck watching the sunset or sunrise .

The condo is light, airy and beachy with all the comforts of home. Perfect location with ocean views from balcony and next to an expansive sandy beach perfectly placed for easy access to Portsmouth, NH, Kennebunkport, and Portland, and Yarmouth ( visit Royal River Grill for best Lobster Stew, weekend brunch and ocean view). Jenny the property manager is totally focused on providing a wonderful experience when we noticed a broken lock on sliding door to balcony, it was fixed within an hour. Condo is fully equipped with comfy beds, soft towels, linens, hand soap, coffee maker and filters and all cookware and dishes. Only suggestion is being an eye mask to sleep as ambient street light prevents bedrooms from getting fully dark. Thank you Jenny for wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation. Condo is beautiful. We stay here every year and this condo was our favorite. I will try to book again for next summer!!!

OMG, where do I begin? We were 9 women for a family girls weekend. From beginning to end, Jenny was very responsive and helpful. Her condo is beautifully decorated and has a wonderful open beach feel throughout. Three bedroom with very comfy beds, and huge closets. All linen is provided from beds to bath towels, face cloths, kitchen towel, even beach towels. Speaking of, she also had 4 beach chairs in the closet which we ended up using. Kitchen is perfectly appointed with everything from a coffee maker to a blender. Bathrooms are very large and beautifully decorated. Washer and dry tucked away in a hall closet was very useful. The entire space is brand new but doesn't feel sterile at all. Thank you Jenny for an amazing long weekend at the beach in style!!! We will be back. Michelle
