Casa del Loto was a very good value. Host was very timely with communications and extremely helpful. The accommodations were very simple but it was clean and comfortable. Best part was the proximity to FCO.

Good communication to find property

I booked the apartment as show on the reservation page expecting everything that was shown , but instead I was given a squatty attic room with no apartment facilities . the owner stated the apartment room was already occupied . The owner swapped the apartment that I booked to their attic room because it was already occupied and used the excuse , the apartment is more expensive. This is DECEPTION . The attic room is definitely not worth the money , it’s not possible to stand up in most of the space . It had a broken coffee machine , the shower cubicle is child size and the water was just warm enough to use . The room lighting is abysmal, just a tiny low energy bulb that a firefly could out shine . The owners attitude was arrogant . I sent my complaint to booking.com but they are playing a game pretending they cannot find my booking so I informed them I will return my feed back without their response to my issue

La posizione ottima per l'aeroporto e le info date dall'Host

Luce praticamente inesistente. Un unica lampadina in camera da letto a luce gialla . Impossibile leggere , impossibile trovare le cose . Assurdo dover utilizzare la torcia del cellulare

Si tratta di un vero e proprio appartamento, molto spazioso. Non so come potrebbe essere la vista fuori, perché siamo sia arrivati che partiti con il buio e le serrande sono rimaste abbassate. Si trova a 5 minuti dal parcheggio dove abbiamo lasciato l'auto e comunque vicinissimo all'aeroporto di Fiumicino.

La pulizia lascia molto a desirare (soprattutto in bagno e in cucina) e il letto è pieno è pieno di bozze: forse il materasso è di lana come un tempo. Non è consigliabile per chi ha problemi alla schiena. Per una notte va bene, più a lungo non credo.
