Everything you need for a lovely beach stay! Teva was east to contact and the house has everything you need. Beautiful beach out back and lovely calm water to swim and kayak.

We loved being right on the beach! You can snorkel or kayak at anytime. The water was often so clear that you could see fish and coral from above the water. The home is spacious and had many appliances. We appreciated the mosquito nets as two people in our family have bad reactions. Great activities and shops only a short drive away.

Beautiful location! Lock the doors when you go out in the water- we didn’t think about locking up when we went out on the water altogether and our Nintendo switch and 4 underwater flashlights were stolen. They obviously just grabbed what was left out and didn’t go through our stuff (there were more valuables in suitcases etc) Anyway- the location is so great it was a blessing not to have the electronics!

Our family had a nice stay at this home. The location was easy to find and had nearby grocery stores and restaurants. The beach access is definitely a huge bonus and we enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle board. The water was so clear and calm at times we could see the fish from the surface without the use of our snorkels. We also appreciated the 3 full bathrooms and plenty of beds. The sunsets were amazing and the beach was very clean.

We loved our stay at this property. It had everything we needed, was lovely and spacious and best of all was right on the beach. We spent our days kayaking, snorkelling and relaxing in the back yard. It is perfect for larger families. It has everything you need for self catering and isn't far from amenities like shops, restaurants etc. Ideally you would have your own form of transport.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. My wife and I loved staying here. We enjoyed the kayaks on the lagoon every day and made dinner every night in your kitchen. We had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The market down the street was an easy five minute walk and was very well stocked with groceries. I hope we can return here again soon. Thank you, Teva. We had a great time.

We really enjoyed and had an amazing vacation. The kids particularly loved kayaking and the beautiful yard. I also found the water filter/fountain a great help! It is just a few steps to Tiki Village. We were a family of 8, and I would gladly recommend this place.

Peaceful neighborhood, excellent access to water with a few kayaks. Yard was clean and beautiful. Loved eating meals outside under covered patio. Perfect for our group of 10 (6 adults 4 kids) Everything was clean and tidy. Filtered water super helpful. Not the property owners fault but neighborhood dogs kept getting in garbage cans at night creating a mess in the road and/or front courtyard.

La maison est spacieuse et la cuisine très bien équipée, le jardin est très joliment aménagé et très bien entretenu. La mer est au bout du jardin et la place très pratique pour aller nager dans le lagon ou jouer avec des enfant dans le sable.

Super Mana, on y dort très bien grâce au calme. La maison est très bien équipée. Le lieu est top avec peu de monde et pourtant un site paradisiaque.

The house worked really well for our family of nine. There is plenty of room, and the location on the water and in walking distance to a local market was great.

We were a group of 6 Canadians on a 5-day stay at Teva's villa, basically their family home away from home. Easy to find (we rented two cars) just as advertised, comfortable house, very clean, with large bedrooms, we used three bedrooms and three bathrooms, large convenient kitchen with all the pots you may need, , big enjoyable living room and large covered deck which came handy we we had a few tropical storms. We did not have time to use the canoes nor paddle boards but they were there. Right on the beach, the lagoon, so you have to get quite far for any depth of water, very nice and warm water. Lovely garden with lounge chairs to enjoy the view of the waves breaking over the reef in the distance. A neigbour's dog adopted us and kept us company, tho' not entering the house, very well trained. Very close (walking distance) to a nice small supermarket and restaurant with a friendly and chatty owner. All of us enjoyed the house enormously. Furthermore, dealing with the owner was easy and efficient, Teva was very responsive at all times and arranged for internet access for us at no charge. Great dealing with him, very friendly. We wish we were still there ☺ Within easy driving distance to all the "must-see" on the island, if you don't drive, bus stop neaby to go around the island..

Excellent séjour. Moins 1 étoile concernant la propreté. Encore du sable des locataires précédents dans la douche, wc pas clean ainsi que ustensiles de cuisine.Nous reviendrons tout de même car le spot est génial et il y a tout le nécessaire. Merci.

I can't say enough about this place. Let me break it down into three categories: the place, the host, and our experience. The Place The place is absolutely incredible--better than the pictures. It's not only right on the water, but it has direct access to some of the most beautiful parts of the lagoon. The location is absolutely perfect in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors but not too far from Haru point (2.5 miles?) where there's a few restaurants (which are good), some shops, one of the only ATM's, an awesome beachside bar/cafe at Les Tipaniers hotel (which also has a nice beach), and a couple different grocery stores. The house itself was very nice and clean with plenty of space. And the backyard is incredible. The owner also has 3 kayaks (1 triple and 2 singles), which we used all the time. Now, here's the thing you need to know if you don't know much about Moorea: there's not a lot of access to the water apart from the 3-4 public beaches and a few other pull outs. The fact that you have direct access to the water--some of the most beautiful water on the island--AND a nice little beach, AND free kayaks is incredible! Oh, and the house comes with ice-cold filtered water, a nice big table outside under a covering so you can still eat and hang out outside while it rains, the kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of beds and sleeping and living space, the main beds have mosquito nets if you want them (we used them, though the mosquitos weren't too bad), and a perfect view of the incredible sunset. I could go on and on, but this place is amazing! The Host Teva was fantastic. Extremely quick responses and if we had any question or a need, he responded right away and he even gave some some tips and advice for while we were staying. We had some scheduling issues (long story) and Teva worked very well with us and truly gave us a great experience. Speaking of which... Our Experience Moorea is absolutely stunning. You've probably already seen the pictures. A few recommendations: - 1 week stay would be ideal. 2 days is not enough. - Definitely do a whale tour (if it's the season) and 3 hour jet ski tour. Lagoonaorium is great too. - A robber did come into our house at night and steal some cash because we left the back door unlocked. Be sure to always lock up (cars, house, etc.). But this goes for any traveling of course. There's virtually no violent crime on Moorea, so don't be scared, just wise.

La maison est très bien placée avec un beau jardin. On peut y loger à plusieurs familles, Elle est très grande. C’est propre, sauf le coin cuisine qui demanderait à être rénové. Teva a été réactif à mes messages.

Nous avons déjà séjourné dans cette propriété. Elle correspond tout à fait à l'idée de vacances familiales au bord de mer avec un super jardin ombragé. Et dans la maison, il y a tout ce qu'il faut !

4 adultes, 4 enfants et un bébé, on a tous adoré ! La maison est super bien équipée. On se sent comme chez soi!

Beautiful, easy to find private house on the perfect property in a small quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed. 2 large bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Large kitchen, living room and yard full of beautiful plants and trees. Fairly easy walk down a steep boat ramp to get to a very quiet beach. Perfect yard to watch the sunset or the amazing stars. There is good snorkeling to be had but you will have to navigate shallow reefs. Property is only a minute or two from a pizza shack and grocery store. Other restaurants and shops are only 5 minutes away. Wish we were still there!

Maison idéale pour nous qui étions 2 familles. Les enfants ont profité de la plage, du jardin en toute sécurité. Propriétaire réactif qui nous a donné de bonnes informations sur la location.

Super beautiful, laid back house. Loved the rustic island feel. Epic snorkeling right out front. The kayaks were so fun. Tie your paddles to the kayak if you plan to jump in and swim. You can walk to a little store down the street to get fresh bread every morning. The sun set every evening was beautiful. Our family loved it that it had no wifi. It was great to tune out and reconnect with each other. Don't change a thing Teva. Your house is perfect.

La maison correspond tout à fait à notre attente, bien équipée,très grande ; elle peut accueillir au moins huit personnes. Le jardin, bien planté et entretenu permet de profiter de l'ombre en ayant vue imprenable sur le lagon. L'accès à la plage est immédiat et le bain est parfait pour les enfants. J'ai adoré dormir dans le petit faré au bout du jardin : au matin, réveil avec vue directe sur la mer, le rêve ! Et pourtant nous vivons en Polynésie depuis 40 ans ... C'est une maison que j'ai déjà recommandé à tous mes amis qui cherchent un point de chute pour les w-e et le vacances

Ma famille et moi avons été ravis de séjourner dans cette maison. Elle est grande, conviviale et surtout bien équipée. On s'attendait à un équipement standard, on a été agréablement surpris a ce niveau la. Quant au jardin, il est beau et bien entretenu. La plage quant est superbe. On a pu admirer un magnifique coucher de soleil en fin de journée. On a passé un week-end formidable. Merci a Teva pour sa compréhension et sa gentillesse. Et Merci a Sandra pour son accueil. Je recommande cette maison a tous ceux qui veulent profiter de bons moments de détente en famille ou entre amis. Personnellement je réserverai cette maison pour mes prochaines vacances a Moorea.

The house made my vacation, it was located on a small lagoon and is accessed by the road next to the Tiki Village and was quiet with a lovely back yard to sit out and relax. Bring bug replant the mosquitos are serious!!! The rooms and bathrooms were clean and a good size and outside bungalow was perfect. The house is 10 mins driving for the ABC grocery store (closed on Sunday) and has just about everything you would need. The house is 40-45 mins driving from the Ferry or 35 mins from the airport, driving at 40 or 60 Kmh. Sunsets and star gazing on clear nights was great to do from the beach and the kayaks were perfect to take out and snorkel with.

superbe endroit, la maison était propre et j'ai adoré le petit bungalow et surtout la plage juste a coté magnifique.Les photos montre bien la réalité je ne suis pas déçu et j'ai recommandé cet endoit a certain de mes amis.
