The place was dirty and dusty. The bed sheets must have been on for a long time. We had to use a towel to cover the pillows because of the smell. Despite having confirmation of our booking the owner decided to tell us there was no availability. Interestingly, we were the only guests in the place so how could it be full? After I insisted and showed my booking confirmation she reluctantly let us in and insisted we paid on the spot and in cash. As we went out for dinner, she kept on texting us requesting payment. We are Africans and I can only put her attitude down to the colour of our skin. Never again.

Posizione strategica per girarsi a piedi il centro di Cesena, è appena dentro la ZTL ma il proprietario ci ha indicato un parcheggio a 200m che, anche se a pagamento, aveva il prezzo irrisorio di 2€ per tutto il giorno. La camera aveva tutto il necessario. Il proprietario non era fisicamente presente ma ci ha mandato per messaggio tutte le informazioni per arrivare, ritirare le chiavi e accedere alla stanza. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, se dovessi tornare a Cesena ci risoggiornerei.

Unici difetti: il condizionatore a pale presente nella stanza non funzionava (non so se fosse rotto o se semplicemente si fossero scaricate le pile del telecomando) e la lampadina sopra lo specchio del bagno era fulminata.

I was very impressed with the immaculate cleanliness, very comfortable large bed, amazing host. When I had an issue with a mosquito net he fixed it immediately and was very friendly. The location was perfect for me and I could really relax there.

The only complaint is that I expected a better breakfast because of the pictures. Travelling with my small son meant this would have helped a lot but if I had been alone it wouldn't have bothered me. The host apologized when I mentioned it, I don't like to complain but a sugar free snack option at least would be great next time.

The location is nice.
