Struttura situata in posizione collinare fuori Cesena. La vista è meravigliosa. Le camere sono dotate di ogni comfort e sembra rinnovate da poco. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Le pareti delle camere sembrano non filtrare a dovere i rumori della camera adiacente. La doccia priva di box (tenda) è da gestire bene per non allagare il bagno.

The room was very nice and clean. The family that runs it is very kind and helpful. My kids loved playing with the owner’s dog.

I absolutely love this place! the attention to detail is phenomenal! sitting outside overlooking the valley watching the moon rise and listening to nature was so pleasant. exactly what I needed!

my husband complained about the scent of the fabric softener. he’s over sensitive. after awhile, I started to notice it was a bit strong.

Location - beautiful. Room was as in the picture. View from the hill, and its high up, fantastic. Room - Nice room. Very clean. Tranquil - Extremely peaceful and relaxed. In spring/summer, this would be beautiful to visit. Staff - One of the members of staff (family), extremely chatty and helpful once initial arrival confusion had been settled. Compliments on her hospitality and assistance. Also spoke English which is a plus for non-native Italian speakers, which this place appeals to a lot.

Arrival - they weren't expecting me (Bookingism of delays). I arrived on bike and the property and surrounding ones have dogs which they let loose. Not good to visit with a bike. Agroturismo - I arrived by bike and late. When I asked if they had food I was told "Just Eats". Not exactly putting the agro in agroturismo. Again, out of season, but as its remotely located if you don't have a car (and on a Sunday), difficult to find food. So it was take away pizza. First appearances - again, I arrived by bike and out of season on a wet October Sunday, but was greeted by a family member of the property who was a little impatient. It took 20 mins and a lot of phonecalls to explain I was booked in. Not a great first impression. Check out - I wanted to check out early. I rang the owner on the number, straight to voicemail. I them had to find someone to check out with which I did in the end. Even knowing where to go and who to speak to was not indicated well or mentioned. The place is beautiful but it seemed to me that, out of season, there is little interest in assisting people. Naturally there was a language barrier, my Italian is passable, but still workable.

The view was beautiful and the overall experience 😍
