bed was so hard it was like sleeping on floor.

The people who work there, especially Piero and Federica. They where very helpful and kind.

Room was good size and very clean. Pets were welcomed for only a €6 supplement. Staff were welcoming on reception. Location was central.
No food served in the evening, breakfast was very basic and there was considerable noise from both the bus and rail stations located adjacent to the hotel. No tea or coffee facilities in the room.

Location and the hotel is a little old, not fresh and new. No bathroom paper in the bathroom. The breakfast was only sufficient. Not fully satisfied as the hotel was a 4 stars.

Thin walls which make the noise in other rooms audible throughout the night.
