They have a very nice Spa!
The rooms are a bit old and can use a renovation (especially the bathroom) also no tea or coffee in the room
Except the coffee I did not really liked the breakfast
There is no private parking

Nothing really , I was told that they didn’t have a reserved parking but there was one free next to the hotel !!! Snag it was full , had to drive around to finally find a space in a back street . I phoned the day prior my arrival to book a massage !! Samantha told me last massage at 2pm , then I enquired about the spa ? She offered me a spot at 10pm !!! Right !!!
In the evening I went to the lounge to have a drink !! The glass was as big as a small vase !!! Pretty with a gallon of ice it was 3 degrees Celsius outside and rainy I had to ask to have some ice removed by a member of staff which I had to summon as he was eating at the back !! He proceeded to remove the ice with a scoop hence half the gin !! Figures out of season and they do this on front of me !! I can imagine in a busy period no one would be the wiser .
The room was stifling, I am a singer and came to the hotel as I was recording with my band live in a theatre in the town !!! Couldn’t sleep the duvet was wrapped in a top sheet which I battle with half the night !! No water on offer I had to pay from the mini bar !!! Frankly I have stayed in lesser rated establishments that care about what they offer , my impression is that they just didn’t care .

the staff were very friendly. the food was very good.
Early on in the 4 day trip I had to change plans and cut short my stay by one night. Even though they had more than the 48 hour notice there was no refund for that night and the man said that was because of the booking site. Very disappointing after they told another lady told me they could, not happy about that as I travel a lot of places and this is not a problem as with work things change quickly.

the room was beautifull, we slept very well after a Long Trip.
In the shower we found used bottles of Soap from the guests before as we payed for an Suite.
I complained and got an we are so sorry.
An discount on the price would have been nice.

Good hotel for a short stay
Cleanliness of the rooms could be better. Rooms need upgrade, the are little outdated.

The hotel is near the city centre. Bikes are offered, which makes a visit easy. It is a great starting point to get to the beach.
The staff is very friendly, daily cleaning service for the room, breakfast was ok - lots of sweet rolls and pastry, the ‘continental’ part was a bit scanty. There is a nice gym, also a spa (which we didn’t use, so we cannot comment on that).
Overall, a nice stay.
It was ok. Perhaps breakfast a bit meagre for a 4 star hotel.

Generally it is a nice hotel
We traveled during COVID restrictions and consequently had to be served during the breakfast. Even though we were the only guests at that moment (one pair has just completed their breakfast), the waitress could not be bothered but was focused on cleaning the kitchen. This was rather annoying as we had three kids with us and we were unnecessarily left to wait to get even a water let alone dishes. Receptions was on the other hand fine. Other than that, we did not have any problems except that they have 10-12 stairs at the entry of the hotel so this hotel is not convenient for baby trolleys (we had) or disabled persons

We had a very nice one night stay at the hotel, everything was very clean, the staff is very polite and the hotel is very close to the city center. We will come back!!!
