This was our first trip to Niagara and we loved it. The hosts are very quick to respond and easy to work with. This place was close to everything, perfect location. The apartment was exactly as described plus some. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Check-in and checkout was very easy. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable and very modern. The location was fantastic being walking distance to the Falls. I would stay here again without a doubt and will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. I give the hosts and the property a 5+ stars

The apartment is in an older part of the town and the houses around them, including this one, are being renovated. You do need to climb stairs to get to the rental, but the inside is renovated very nicely and is very clean! I was hoping to walk to Niagara Falls from the apartment, but that would have been a LONG walk. The owner was very quick to respond to us and brought us some specific tourist information which was helpful. Other tourist information is already in the living area. I applaud the fantastic renovation work and was very comfortable inside the property.

My family enjoyed a lovely stay at the Grandview apartment. From the start the owners were very accommodating, as we booked at the last minute when strong thunderstorms curtailed our camping trip in the area. They let us dry out our camping gear on their picnic tables when the sun came back out. This apartment has everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The kitchen has all the basics for cooking meals, and the bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. The location is great - short walk to the river, the state park, restaurants, and right across the street from the aquarium. The outdoor spaces around the apartment are lovely, with picnic tables and flowers. We enjoyed lunch outside. The owners have renovated this property and the other two beside it, and you can tell that they put love and care into all they have done, inside and out. It’s a short drive to the Canadian side of the Falls, to several state parks, and Lake Ontario. We enjoyed visiting Lewiston. There are so many things to do and see, and this made a great “home base” for our Niagara adventures.

This property met our needs perfectly. It was close to everything we wanted to do. I was traveling with my two granddaughters (14 & 18). This rental gave each of us a bedroom and with 1.5 baths, it was perfect for three girls. Merle met us, greeted us, and kept in communication with us. I appreciated his tips. Be warned that on a busy weekend/holiday, traffic is backed up for miles in front of the house as people try to cross over the river to Canada. Also, the stairs might be an issue for some, not for us. I also appreciated the parking in back, and the fact it was well lighted when we came in at night. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area as a tourist; it's within walking distance of most of the things on your "to do list."

Great location, walking distance to the Falls and shuttle stops. House was clean, neighborhood was a little under construction but that was not an issue and did not disrupt our stay. Owners were friendly and readily available but we did not have any problems that we needed to contact them. Would definitely stay again!

The Grandview house was great! All of the amenities one would need, spacious enough for two children and two adults. The location was excellent. You can see Canada from the property and it's a 2 minute walk to the aquarium and a very short walk to everything else! We will return!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Grand View. Merle was most gracious as he met us when we arrived and shared some history of the immediate area. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The WiFi was not the best and I wish it would have been better because one of our travel friends was also trying to complete class work online. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the walk ability of the apartment’s location. The beds were comfortable with very nice, high thread count sheets. Check in and out was very easy. We enjoyed having use of the kitchen but we also had delicious meals at Donnatello’s, Simply Soul, and Cantina Falls … all amazing foods! We ate at Donatello’s and Cantina Falls twice. The Grand View is a great place to stay if you want to experience Niagara Falls, wineries, countryside drives, the Erie Canal, and the views of Lake Ontario. Thank you Merle and Halina!

Very clean, close to everything, comfortable, great host!

This is the perfect location - away from the crowded areas, but with easy, close access to the trolley to take you to the Maid of the Mist (where you can catch other trolleys as needed, for just $3 a day). Also the aquarium and the elevator down to the site of the power plant land slide / destruction are just a few minutes walk away. Everything was very clean and in good working order. Owners were a pleasure to work with and the check in/check out was easy. We went with two adults and two teens and had plenty of space. Highly recommend!

Decent size, clean and excellent location except for construction and some abandoned houses around but next to police station. The deal breaker for me to return would be the TV stations as there is no cable and only a handful of local channels half of which are unwatchable and pixelated the other channels are cooking, animal show and old movies. Let's face it, you would spend a good amount of time indoors and if TV is an issue it can dampen your day! Also temp control is not accessible but owner very responsive to make adjustments.

First off, we wanted to thank Halina and Merle for their hospitality on our stay. Off the bat, they greeted us as we arrived and gave us a quick tour. They were very easy to work with through the entire process and would love to do business with them again. About the property, the location was fantastic! It is right next to the aquarium with private off-street parking directly behind the unit. It is also less than 0.5 miles from the Niagara Falls Visitor Center and 0.1 miles from the Discovery Center Trolley Stop. As per other reviews, there is a lot of construction around the area, but none of that was a problem and in 6 months to a year, this area will be beautiful! The apartment was the perfect size with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Everything was supplied as well including linens and towels. While we were in Niagara, it was a very hot stretch, but the apartment was plenty cool with the central A/C from downstairs (no temperature control for that), but especially the 4 window A/C units (one in each bedroom and one in the dining area). All in all, this was the perfect place for my wife and I to stay with our 3 girls, ages 8, 6, and 3. Thanks again Halina and Merle!

Great apartment. Very accommodating owner.

The interior of the place was immaculate, just as the pictures show. Merle and Helene absolutely could not have been nicer. They took the time to tell us all about the area, activities and other things to do. When we needed extra towels they were there within minutes! My family and I really enjoyed our stay!

Halina & Merle were wonderful and explained everything to us. The view was amazing and the place was spotless and modern. We take a girls trip every year so we will definitely we back! So much better than a hotel.

We loved the location of the house because all the attractions are walking distance. The house housed 4 adults and 2 kids very comfortably and was clean with no odors. Definitely will book this house again when we revisit Niagara and recommend it to friends.

We stayed with our 4 and 6 year old while we visited Niagara Falls and surrounding areas. The owners could not have been nicer and more helpful. We contacted them once during our stay and they immediately went out of their way to resolve our issue. The apartment is located right next to the aquarium and just a block away from the Niagara Falls Discovery Center and trolley stop. It’s also a very easy scenic walk to the Falls and within walking distance to restaurants as well. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated with all the comforts of home and a beautiful view across the river to Canada from the dining room window. The one minor issue we had is that there didn’t seem to be any way for us to control the temperature of the apartment. I’m certain if we would have contacted the owners they would have adjusted the temperature for us but we were able to open the windows in the windows in the evening and cool down. We had a wonderful visit and would absolutely recommend this property for families, couples, or friends visiting the area.

The house is very beautiful and clean, it has a great view of Canada. There is an aquarium next door. The owners are very friendly. Highly recommend this wonderful home.
