Staff. Pool. Location.

Shower leaks substantially creating a slippery bathroom floor. Bathroom had no ventilation. Room had no mirrors outside of bathroom, which were foggy after a shower for a decent length of time. The pool could have more recliners, especially for weekends. Breakfast was great, however with its limited selection it becomes repetitive after a few days.

The location was perfect, just couple minutes walk from the MRT station (ORCHARD), you can easily get to anywhere in the city (that including shopping mall, food court, china town, restaurant, etc). Cant not beat the location, it super convenient and eliminate the need for taxi)

location is 5 minutes walking to ion orchard mall which is the beginning of the famous orchard shopping street. the orchart mrt exit 12 is right outside. very convenient. we booked a one bedroom deluxe unit but were upgraded to an apartment with a large balcony - it was amazing. AC cools really well. apartment is very nicely appointed with all the amenities needed. lots of storage area. Nespresso machine works well and they refill coffee capsules everyday. i really liked those complementary hot chocolate sachets. tastes very good! there is a separate filtered drinking water tap so yoy never have to worry about buying water bottles. it is a unique addition and highly appreciated. housekeeping is great - makes bed nicely everyday. breakfast was included in our price but we were late waking up everyday - so we didn't attend. gym has sauna and steam room separate for men and women but nobody used it. the swimming pool is massive and the pool area is enjoyable. the property is very modern and well maintained. overall we had a pleasant stay wirh no issues. it is highly recommended.

only issue is toilet has no bidget/hand shower to clean. some may find it uncomfortable. everything else was just amazing.

Having stayed at different properties over the years of travel to SG, this is now my go-to place. Excellent in every way. Staff super friendly and helpful, great WiFi, excellent location - a few meters to MRT and the ION-Orchard link.

We loved the pool and jacuzzi, the lovely staff, the rooms were so clean and comfortable. Nothing was an issue at Fraser Residence. Location was a very short walk to the MRT, and ION Orchard. Relaxed environment

The service and the accomodation was above expectation! It's a beautiful spot to stay at, convenient to public transportation and staff could not have been more accomodating!
