Location is the selling point of this property . The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was courteous and attentive.

The rooms look tired. Hardly any counter space in the bathroom, only one plug that I could find. No make up table for the ladies. No Nespresso machine for a quick cup of coffee. Only drawer filled with tea bags and instant brew. The ironing board was very flimsy. At this price point it does hold as great value.

The check was good and the staff was friendly. The cleanliness was excellent.

The room was great, but the TV had issues as it kept turning off on its own. The breakfast on the first two days had limited options, with a repetitive selection.

Frokosten var veldig bra, masse å velge på. For en allergiker så var det litt mer begrenset men de hadde brød, etc, pakket inn og adskilt fra alt annet. Beliggenheten = bra. Midt i shoppingområdet, veldig bra tilgang til metro. Stort og luftig rom, fri tilgang på vann, rent med velfungerende air condition (veldig varmt og fuktig så det var nødvendig). Deilig med basseng i et rolig uteområde. Supert at man kunne oppbevare bagasje ved utsjekk og få mulighet til å skifte etc i garderobe til treningsrom.

Veldig kaldt i frokostområdet, ble nesten ubehagelig. Anbefaler å ha ekstra klær på for ikke å fryse.

We did not get any varied choices of Indian or Pakistani food. Also choice of soup was limited to only: 1. Mushroom Soup or 2. Soup of the day. Why couldn’t we have say e.g. Maligatani soup ?????? We have extended our stay for 9 more days because of medical reasons. We are not happy about the range of food choices available at this famous hotel chain.
