There is not elevator to the basement carpark or to the Marina Square mall. Need to use the stairs. Will not be friendly to people with accessibility problems.

Wir hatten ein Club Marina Bay Room King Zimmer gebucht. Ein sehr schönes grosses Zimmer mit toller Aussicht auf die ganze Bucht mit dem Finanztürmen, das Bay Sands Hotel und den Singapur Löwen. Wir haben zusätzlich den Club Lounge Zugang im 21. Stockwerk mit tollem Frühstücks-Buffet, Nachmittagstee und am Abend Apero mit feinen Häppchen und leckeren Gerichten, natürlich mit feinen Drinks. Die Gästebetreuung vom Haus 65 Lounge von MR. Muhammad und Mr. Albert ware absolut perfekt. Herzlichen Dank.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous allons dans cet hotel et cette fois ci avec plusieurs membres de notre famille. Nous aimons beaucoup la sérénité qui se dégage dans l'hôtel Le Mandarin, les chambres et suites sont exeptionnellement décorées. La vue est belle et dégagée. Le personnel est au petit soin. Le club/lounge est magnifique, un espace de caractère et un service au top. Le petit déjeuner est grand et varié et le personnel est également attentionné et très serviable. Nous sommes accueillis chaleureusement chaque matin. Les portiers sont très professionnels se rappelant même votre nom, cela me surprend toujours, cela m'amuse!

La conciergerie s'est avérée décevante durant notre séjour d'une semaine. Aucune de nos demandes n'a été honorée, malgré plusieurs tentatives, et j'ai même été confronté à un mensonge. Même une simple réservation de 6 billets pour le jardin botanique n'a pas pu être effectuée, donnant l'impression que nous dérangions. C'est regrettable, surtout quand on sait que dans d'autres hôtels, la conciergerie est bien plus proactive et engagée à nous aider à profiter pleinement de notre séjour.

La chambre était spacieuse et confortable avec une vue splendide sur Marina Bay. Nous avons dîné au Morton's the steakhouse à l'hôtel, et c'était absolument délicieux. Les espaces communs, étaient également remarquables surtout la décoration florale. Le personnel a été très accueillant et professionnel.

Nous avions informé l'hôtel que nous célébrerions un birthday et un anniversaire de mariage à notre arrivée, car en tant que membre Fans of MO un gâteau et une célébration dans la chambre sont prévus. Malheureusement, cela n’a pas été pris en compte à notre arrivée. Nous n’avons mentionné cet oubli qu’au moment du checkout, et ils se sont excusés et rectifié la situation avec une pause sucrée agreable. Malgré ce petit contretemps, nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour une expérience exceptionnelle !

13時頃アーリーチェクインできず、ｼｨ側のお部屋を光のショーを見れるマリーナベイ側をお願いして観光に出掛けたが、スタッフの方が変更していてくれていた！2日間景色を堪能できた。朝食も素晴らしくロケーションは勿論の事、いろいろ場面でスタッフのホスピタリティを感じた。

I couldn’t reach front desk They were keeping me on hold for quite a long time and I m in such a hurry on Aug 12th. It d be nice if we can quick check out which I did on LED screen, but the potter won’t come up and explain the process of checking out here which keep me wait for so long. We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental for 3 memorable nights. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with opulence and elegance. The spacious room, adorned with modern decor and breathtaking views, provided the perfect sanctuary. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing as well. A special thanks to Mr. Ganesan for his exceptional service during breakfast. His kindness and professionalism truly enhanced our stay and made us feel like valued guests. We appreciate his efforts and will fondly remember the care he extended to us and our baby. We look forward to returning to create more cherished memories in the future at the Mandarin Oriental.

Beautiful pool and immaculate service there and in the hotel generally. Loved the little touches like bringing juice and kombucha to you when you arrive at the pool. Good gym. Great location and we love the mall the hotel is connected to.

Our room was well suited to 3 people, there was plenty of room to move around and cope with 3 suitcases. A beautiful private bathroom with walk-in shower and a full bath, as well as mini bar was welcome. The beds were very comfortable. We were escorted to our room by reception staff. All of the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The location is great, big shopping centre next door and across the road. Views to Marina Bay Sands, the gardens and city. The hotel has recently been upgraded and refurbished and it is really beautiful with lots of dining choices.

Ocassionally there were language barriers, and it took a bit longer to understand what was required.
