Our room with one bed was small but clean. The bathroom was also tiny but clean. Our kids room with two beds was a little nicer with better appointments but a small bathroom as well. We had our dog with us and it was nice to be able to bring her along and why we stayed at the Paradise resort. All in all, do not expect too much but you can grab a night's rest in a clean place, bring your pooch and be close to Saratoga. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room we stayed in was bare bones but acceptable for a night's stay when you wish to bring your dog along. Beware of the noise from cars traveling at breakneck speed up and down Route 9.

Was a bit over priced for what it was. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Very old and felt like trailer trash.

Staff was nice

Cabin was cute, however very dirty. Floors and walls were dirty, cob webs. Spent the first 30 minutes cleaning. Dead bugs and mouse poop on the bottom of toilet, disgusting bathroom walls. Had to disinfect the bathroom before use and also mopped the floors. Staff was friendly, however had to pay an additional $40 when we got there. It would have been a cute place if it was cleaned and kept up with better. Only 1 light worked in the room. Also had to clean the fridge out. Beds were so hard and uncomfortable we debated finding someplace else on our second night. The hot water had a horrible smell to it.

Leaving this place the next day

Desk person attempted to defraud my wife of $20 . When we got there he attempted to charge us $20 more than booking agreed to price. In over 300 transactions with Booking over 10 years this has never happenend to mr. Employee refused to return my phone calls and NO ONE was at office in the morning. Bathroom in room about 10 square feet with NO DOOR and impossible to move around in. No WIFI. When we first arrived desk clerk unable to tell us of any restaurants in area. I cannot remember ever staying in a place worst than this.

the cabin was exceptionally clean and and the setting was peaceful ,the manager was very helpful

a snack and soda vending machine would be welcomed

The location was convenient because we were going to concert at S.P.A.C

It only had a shower

Cabin was charming in the wooden area, fresh air, windows a bit rustic, but quaint. But instead of Deluxe Double Room, with KITCHENETTE, we got one room with microwave only, not even a coffeemaker. That was clearly not what I paid for.

The bathroom shower floor was disgusting

Two of Arindel's staff stayed for three nights and they raved about this place. We will be booking again later this month.

Very nice place very clean air conditioner works great the gentleman Sam was very very nice and it was the perfect location with a perfect price for my needs

either one one of those things other than that I have no complaints at all and those aren't even really complaints bathroom shower stall is kind of small I'm not a very big guy but I am wide and there was no dresser to put my clothing in but that's not a major problem to me either

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Having a refrigerator and microwave was nice. Although the price was high, it was much less than other motels in the Saratoga Springs area at this time of year, so it was a good value.

Both the bedroom and the bathroom were very small. There was no electrical outlet in the bathroom.

the room had a strange smell, couldn’t define it but unpleasant. the bathroom is very small, no shampoo given for shower. the space felt like it badly needed a renovation.
