Hotel was very convenient for getting to the Saratoga Race Course. Staff was helpful and the service at the hotel bar very nice. No problems at all.

The rooms need to be updated and the breakfast was very limited and coffee wasn’t good.

The Hot Water thermos had been used for coffee at some point. Couldn't drink the tea, as it tasted like coffee. Also, I expect to hear sounds from the hallway, but surprised that we could hear from room next to us, word for word.

small things needed to be fixed the AC didn't work properly . the big thing that I did NOT like is they left the back entrance unlocked at all times. called Saturday night to ask what time check out was and the person that answered the phone had no idea.

I wish I got the name of the gentleman that worked the night shift. He was more than accommodating!! I ordered food and I didn’t realize the person would deliver to my room (I was at pool with kids when food delivered). The gentleman went to look for me to tell me my food was delivered . I felt he went above and beyond. I didn’t have cash on me otherwise I would have given him a tip. He needs to be recognized as he did not have to do that!!

This was our 2nd stay we will be back!

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was yummy! The room was spacious and clean.

The sheets on the pull out cough were covered in food crumbs. The pool was an ice bath. It was FREEZING!!

no water bottles in the room, tap water tastes like chalk. no microwave oven. no usb plugs. rest is nice.
