No services at all Never cleaned the room or even removed trash from room or hallways. I completed the work early that I was in town for and because I prepaid through a third party company (Booking.com) I was ripped off by both companies and lost over $200.00 because neither one will credit me the 2 nights I didn't stay. They're both pointing fingers, saying the other is responsible, and Comfort Inn general manager even said he's not obligated in any way to refund me the $200.00 because I used a third party company. My company travels to that area for work once a month for a week for over the past 3 years. I will be finding another hotel. BEWARE!!! COMFORT INN AND SUITES and Booking.com I will not be using either one ever again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The room was clean except for the bathroom vent which was dirty. .

We didn't realize the hotel was undergoing renovations when we booked. The lobby smelled musty and parts of the hotel were blocked off.

Breakfast could be warmer, units did not keep food warm enough. Cold eggs and meat.

Staff was attentive and nice. Very accommodating.

There was no pool,no use of fitness room and construction was going on with fans in the halls and plastic sheets on the corridors and doors. This place was recommended by a family member of the staff and it was not what I expected for the price. Hopefully the construction and renovations will be better for future guests

I liked that it was clean and very comfortable. I liked the breakfast, and coffee was delicious. I liked the convenience of being close to everything. Staff was courteous and helpful. I liked that it had a gym, but I didn't get to use it. I liked that it had a pool, but it was under renovation. The only disappointment I had, was that I could have gotten my room cheaper for my 1 night with a different app . But, was very satisfied, thank you.

The property was under construction. Not appealing at all. Water coming trough hallway ceiling. Paper on floor- tripping hazard. Construction dust everywhere. The room was dated. In a handicap room. Sink was such that water spilled on floor with every use. Insufficient towels in room.

It’s under construction the place has been auctioned off and going thru a total remake. If you are looking for a pool there is none and hasn’t been one in a couple years

i WAS VISITING MY DAUGHTER AND GRANDAUGHTER WHO LIVE DOWNTHE STREET I STAYED AT THE HOTEL BECAUSE OF THE POOL WHICH IS CLOSED. THAT WAS THE ONLY REASON I WAS STAYING THERE. THE BUILDING SMELLED LIKE POT. BATHROOM TOILET HAD REALLLLLLYY BAD WATER STAINS IN THE TOILET THAT LOOKED TERRIBLE. SHOWER HEAD ONLY SPRAYED TO THE CHEST AREA COULDN'T WASH MY HAIR. I HAVE STAYED HERE ALOT SINCE THE BIRTH OF MY GRANDAUGHTER LAST YEAR. THE FRONT DESK TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE GOING UNDER RENOVATION. MAYBE THEY SHOULD DO THAT BEFORE TRACK SEASON STARTS
