My friend and I have stayed at Kiahuna Plantation two other times. This condo was our favorite! We enjoyed the beautiful view on the lanai at least once a day! This condo is located just a short walk away to the beach. You have an option to either relax on the beautiful grassy area in front of beach or in the sand. Kiahuna Plantation has beautiful grounds & located in a great location, that you can walk to many places. Poipu area has so many great areas to explore. The condo is perfectly located & beautifully maintained. Has everything you need. Definitely want to return.

Everything was perfect! The unit is in great condition and located in a very convenient area of the plantation. The views are beautiful. Unit was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

The condo worked perfectly for the 2 of us. It was quiet and comfortable. The view was great from the lanai. The location made it easy to walk to local restaurants and stores. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful access to beach and short travels throughout the island. Would like to see the condo upgraded. Furniture, kitchen cabinets are in need of improvement. Otherwise very nice.

My first trip to Kauai and hopefully not my last. I was so pleased with the entire property and especially my unit. It was decorated beautifully and had a most wonderful view. I had a wonderful stay 🌴🌺🍍

I've always enjoyed Kiahuna and this trip was no exception. Bill's condo was a perfect getaway close to the beach, very neat and quiet.

We really enjoy Kiahuna. Fourth time at Kiahuna; second time at Bill's. Great base for south and west Kauai activities. We had a wonderful time. Looking forward to our next visit.

Condo was wonderful

Kiahuna is located perfectly in Poipu, and this unit is one of the best (we’ve stayed in multiple units over the years) within the resort. Centrally located to beach and to shopping village across the street. Unit is well furnished and equipped, owners were very communicative.

The condo is fabulous and even better than the photos. There are extras, like coolers and beach chairs, which add to making it an easy and enjoyable stay. We hope to return to this very same unit because it was perfect!

We loved the location of this unit, that we could see the ocean from the lanai, and especially the AC. We had a great stay. We highly recommend visiting The Cabana Bar & Grill across the street at the pool. The food was surprisingly some of the best of our stay!

Fantastic location by the beach with a nice ocean view. Really enjoyed using the beach chairs, boogie board, and coolers. Kitchen supplies were a bit lacking, but I would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend this condo.

From the ease of booking to seeing this unit in person, we knew we made a great choice. It was so comfortable, well-furnished and full of Aloha. There was so much to see and do nearby, but the grounds were so beautiful we could have stayed there the entire time too.

We had an amazing time during our stay! It is exactly as described - clean, comfortable, with a wonderful lanai, and perfectly located for easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The grounds are gorgeous beautiful flowers and trees. One of our favorite things was the lawn overlooking the beach, just a very short walk away. Our son took a surf lesson and we could watch from the lawn. The water is clear and blue and is nice for swimming. And we loved the athletic club access, with pickleball, yoga, pool, restaurant and more. Bill was super responsive, helpful and accommodating. It really is a little slice of paradise!

The unit was comfortable, mild walk to the beach, good view with a glimpse of the ocean, clean, well furnished, well stocked kitchen & w recreational gear (beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.) and one of the few with AC! Some will say that the ocean breeze helps w cooling and may be enough for some, but the AC is an added bonus for someone like me who runs hot. The minor things I would note, but we’re not deal breakers for us are: • Flush lever on the toilet was very tight and needs maintenance, but flushable • The shower door is a little snug and could use some attention to smoothen it out, but opens/closes • The sofa comfort was ok and felt more like outdoor patio furniture. Personally I prefer a softer fabric and cushions, but that is subjective. The property owner was proactive checking on our stay and responsive to the couple minor inquiries we had for him. The grounds of Kiahuna Plantation are gorgeous, close to the beach, offer decent parking, and within walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants. We love this area and we have stayed in a different unit in the past; this one was great overall. Great value for this type of unit, amenities and location!

The apartment was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The deck has a great view and the air conditioning is a relief when the wind dies down. The extra beach chairs and boogy boards were an added bonus. We stayed in this unit 2 years ago and would stay again. It is so nice to be able to ditch the car and walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We love the short walk to the beach and the gorgeous plants and flowers at Kiahuna Plantation. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Mahalo!

I’ve been to the plantations multiple times and it’s always amazing. Bills unit is clean and comfortable. It has everything you’d need if you are cooking in, is close to the grill and has a lovely view. Morning coffees were a wonderful way to start the day. Our key card/door stopped working one day. Talked to the front desk and 3-4 maintenance guys were there within minutes to let us in. The door was fixed within 10 from us alerting them. Perfect response!! All in all we will be back to this location and unit!

We are returning guests and had a wonderful stay. The ocean view from the lanai is beautiful and love the open feel and Island breezes you have in this upstairs end unit. Wake up birds every morning but it is also very quiet not having a building next to you. Will come back to Kiahuna again and again.

This unit is large and well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen and lots of beach gear (umbrella, boogie board, etc). The owner was communicative and easy to work with. The grounds of the resort are beautiful with many flowers and plants (don't miss the orchid garden!). The only thing to know about this resort is the pool is across the street and up the hill at a health club. You can walk there, but it's a bit of a haul up a sunny hill so we chose to drive. Which was fine, and it's a lovely pool with a delicious restaurant. All in all, a great stay.

The condo has a nice view of the ocean and a great location in Poipu. Bill was an excellent host who had great communication and made the booking process very easy. He was attentive to my email upon checkin and followed up to make sure we were all set. The condo is roomy and stocked with most essentials for a nice stay. Some updates to the property would be nice but especially the sliding glass door (very difficult to open/close) and the shower sliding door. The Plantation is a great location and the property grounds are beautiful. Not crazy about the pool location (I knew where it was before booking and did not think it would bother me but it did - never ended up using the pool). Highly recommend the short walk to Poipu Beach - the best snorkeling in the area!

Wonderful 1st stay on Kauai! Great condo and location with proximity to Poipu! Loved snorkeling most every morning in the bay. Spent many afternoons by the pool at Poipu Athletic Club as well. Wonderful anniversary dinner at the Beach House. Other than the torrential downpour we arrived in, the weather was phenomenal. Outstanding!

I highly recommend this place! Such a beautiful property and location! The views did not disappoint. One of the main reasons I booked this place was because the previous reviewers noted the positive communication with the Owner; and I am pleased to say that we received the same treatment. If we ever come back I would definitely stay here!!
