Great location. Great facility. The room was Ok overall. Would have been good had the bathtub/shower drain worked. Asked front desk 2 times to no avail to snake the drain as showering would entail standing water that was nasty as the week progressed.

Just returned from our first trip to Tahoe and were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to stay in this wonderful Villa at the Marriott Grand Residence Club, in the heart of Heavenly Village. We could not have asked for a better location, as the gondola was adjacent to the hotel. There was plenty of room for the three of us, but the unit can easily sleep 6 (with the Murphy bed and pull-out couch). The beds were very comfortable. After a day on the slopes, we took a swim in the 85 degree pool and soaked in the hot tub. Although we chose to explore the local restaurant scene this time, we will make use of the full-sized kitchen during our next visit. Violet was wonderful to work with and made the booking process seamless.

Wonderful condo location and amenities. Kids loved playing in the heated pool while it snowed. Property owner and condo staff are extremely responsive. Will book again!

Can't say enough about our experience with Violet and staying in her unit at the Marriott Grand Residences. The initial booking was smooth and then communication with her when I asked to add an additional day, was excellent. She handled everything and our check-in was smooth and easy. The unit is as described and we were able to fit 6 of us (including 4 18 and older kids) comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to easily cook breakfast for our entire crew. We would book this unit again and again. The bathroom was good-sized and had two sinks which made it easier for a group of our size. Parking was also included so that was a nice bonus. It was the perfect way to celebrate the New Year!

Spent a few nights after Christmas. Perfect location. Just checked in our car via included valet and didn’t need it until checkout. Lively location and lots of shops and restaurants. Unit is very clean and comfortable. Note: this is not a typical house rental where extra non perishable items such as oil, seasonings etc. are in the cupboards. It’s totally cleaned with only some ground coffee and cream and sugar included. No worries since Raleys is next door. We will stay here again when going to Tahoe.

This was a beautiful place to stay for a quiet Thanksgiving! The property is beautiful, the people are nice, the room was clean and spacious and there was plenty to do within walking distance!

Violet was very helpful and quick to respond on multiple occasions. Thank You! Hope to be back again and would stay at your place. Location was perfect and walkable to many area attractions.

Great location, good size unit, clean and well stocked. Our only issues were the check-in process was frustrating. The reservation didn't have our name anywhere on it. Even after showing the check in agent our confirmation number, email, name of owner, communication with the owner, she still couldn't check us in. It wasn't until she was able to call and get ahold of the owner that we were allowed to check in. If I was an owner, this would be extremely frustrating. She also wasn't aware of how many nights we were staying. This was apparent when housekeeping knocked on our door 3 times, asking when we were leaving (once a day prior to our check out date) then again twice, by same guy, two hours before we had to check out. Another issue we had is the a/c wasn't working well at all. It was 75+ the whole time even though we wanted it and set it to below 70. It would appear to be cooling and then shut off. Pros were the location and we could walk to everything. Cons of property is its old and smells like a motel. We are both in hotel biz so we tend to see everything.

Space is generous with a separate bedroom and a full kitchen. We didn't use the kitchen because this location is really top-notch. There's a ton of restaurants in walking distance, which was ideal! The pool and jacuzzi at the site are really great too.

Everything was worth it, the floor, the balcony over looking the pool, the pool, and the close proximity to everything Heavenly Village.

Perfect location and we loved the condo and swimming pool. We will be back to stay at this property.

This is our second stay at this property and it was just as good as the first. The unit location is on the 4th floor overlooking the pool. The interior of the unit is clean and well stocked with dishes, small appliances, extra pillows and blankets. Our interactions with Violet were timely and wonderful. We will definitely be back for a return visit.

Excellent location in South Lake Tahoe. Property has all amenities you could want. We parked our car and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Loved the comfortable bed and living room when we wanted relax out of the hustle of South Lake Tahoe in the summer.

We enjoyed our dry tremendously. The condo has 2 fireplaces, balcony, full kitchen, king size bed, and a comfy sitting area. It also came with a Murphy bed but we didn’t use it since there was only 2 of us. Everything was clean and tidy, the resort had 2 hot tubs and pool with BBQs. Our checkin was extremely easy and Violet even arranged so we could checkin early. So nice! Everything is within steps, yummy restaurants, live music, shopping, bars, and casinos. What a great condo, we will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Very convenient location. Can walk to entertainment, grocery store, restaurants. Valet system is efficient. Service was friendly. One of the best pools in the area. Spacious unit, great view, free washer and dryer, and having a murphy bed an as option was perfect for our group.
