Great stay, great house and great location

Our family converged from Ohio, Tampa, and Gallup New Mexico; 9 people total. The home was spacious, beds and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside on back patio. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and tools for meals. The property manager was attentive and answered questions quickly. Neighborhood is quiet with well manicured and beautiful homes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made wonderful family memories.

We had a great time at the house. It's in an amazing neighborhood around a golf course. The house is even better than pictured and the people are very nice.

This was a Big Group Trip. We Stayed 4 days at this Amazing Home. It came with EVERYTHING we needed. Very Spacious Home. Plenty of Space to Lounge & Relax. The Outdoor Amenities were OMG! It’s probably the ONLY HOME IN LAS CRUCES, that comes with Not 1 but 2 different types of Water Spots. This Home comes with a HOT TUB & a PRIVATE POOL! We enjoyed both of these amenities. The Hot Tub relaxes your Muscles in your back with the Power Jets at a Temperature of 110 degrees C. Water was VERY HOT & COMFORTABLE. The Pool was equally Amazing. Great Spot to put your feet in the water, or take a Dip in. The Fountain in the Pool might be clogged up & doesn’t come out as smooth as it should, but it can probably be unclogged to pour out with little maintenance. Just Wished the Table on Top of the Pool Deck was Upgraded a little bit & the Chairs up their were Slighty more Comfortable. The Rusted Metal Chairs were a slight eye sore, but not a Big Deal. If the Table Set Up had a Huge Umbrella to Cover some Shade for people sitting at the Table, that would have been the Best Place to Relax by the Pool. Property was Completely Clean inside & Outdoors. When we Arrived, the Pool Boy was Cleaning the Pool with Fresh Products & Fresh Chlorine. That was just extra nice to see that the Home Owner takes pride in making sure that your stay at her Home is NOT AVERAGE, but TOP OF THE LINE. The Views from this Home were Breath Taking. We took tons of Pictures In the Pool & Patio Area. 10/10

The house was so spacious and grand! We had a wonderful stay. The view of the Organ Mountains was spectacular! And we had some cute bunnies visit while out on the patio. The beds are so comfortable and having two rooms with en suites was great!

We really enjoyed our weekend at this beautiful property. We were in town for our college students orientation, and enjoyed the convenience near the highway and multiple stores and places to eat nearby. The rooms are large with nice beds, and out toddler really liked the kids room. The swimming pool was great and the elevated swim decks in the pool were great for the toddler. Televisions and DISH network all worked well. Overall great stay and would visit the property again when we return to Las Cruces.

We were told there was a play station for the kids. It didn't work. When we called the manager, she said she didn't have any idea on how to fix it and didn't recommend anything. There were several pieces missing on the game table. Also, we found many ants in the master bath.

Will definitely be back. When staying in Las Cruces.

This was a wonderful home to host our son’s college graduation party. Everything was labeled so there was no question where to find anything in the kitchen. The house was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor space is perfect for any type of gathering with many seating options and beautiful view of the city. We would definitely stay there again.

Group of veterans in town for the annual Bataan Memorial Death March. House was perfect for fellowship and camaraderie! Host was very accommodating and attentive. Will definitely come back. Highly recommend!!!

This property was in great shape and had everything to make our stay enjoyable. Very spacious and we'll furnished. Our group agreed it was the best property we've stayed at. Owner/property manager were easy to deal with as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house, nice layout, plenty of room for our big family to gather, but also have their own private spaces. We had the pool warmed up for November swimming. The view from the patio was lovely.

This property exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed! The furniture and layout of everything was amazing and extremely welcoming to ourx large group. We enjoyed everything about the ace to include the location. We were all here fir a friend's retirement and everyone enjoyed the accommodations! Thank you fir sharing your gorgeous home! Made some amazing memories here!!!

Beautiful home, wonderful neighborhood, great stay!

My family of 5 loved staying at this property. It was perfect to explore Las Cruces from and spend time with family.

This house was perfect for a family reunion. The house is spacious and beautiful. The outside is an excellent place to entertain. Our family will be returning.

The property was very nice. I don't expect perfection. The hot tub didn't work and by the time I realized jets weren't working, we had no access to the pool guy who maintains. The refrigerator didn't seem to cool as well as we would've liked, so we bought a cooler and added ice for drinks. The stove seemed to release more than the usual of gas smell -- but all in all none of that was too big a deal. What is a bigger deal is being accused of things before owner makes contact with us to clarify some things. We were told we left a "houseful of kids unsupervised" which we did not. Twice, my husband and I had to leave for a dinner with fiance's parents and rehearsal, but there were multiple adults on site - I have other adult children and also Grandma, Grandpa and a couple uncles one night. I overlooked the no-smoking rule (my bad - assumed you could smoke outside) - but was accused of smoking inside which no one did. I wished the communication would have been more adult-like and respectful. I also admitted to having put dish soap mistakenly in the dishwasher and strangely, it completely sent the new dishwasher into error mode which could not be fixed without a repairman. ?? Fine - not complaining for repair bill on that even though that particular mistake has happened in my own home many times over the years and it never caused a breakdown, just a mess. I was told "don't know what your group did to the hot tub, but I received a $260ish bill to repair." I don't either. the jets never worked. My husband noted pillow headrests are missing and unit seems older. We know from having owned one, many issues crop up. Pool guy is supposed to maintain but apparently didn't stop there on Friday when he checked the pool. Once weekend came, was told no repairmen on weekend, sorry. Perhaps the jets do the filtering? It had turned green and smelly by the weekend. I was told that someone wet on one of the cots but am not positive if that happened. I have a son with a brain injury and neurogenic bladder which isn't usually a problem but if he did, fine, I'll pay for replacement of the thing he ruined. I was texted twice asking if we were trying to mess with the AC unit which we were not. We have a large family and learn to roll with things and not complain too much. It was the attitudes of the property manager at times and the final note from the owner that I found most problematic. I would not want to rent again as I just felt like a burden.
