The condo was an excellent home base for a family reunion. There was plenty of room. The two bathrooms were so helpful! And we enjoyed the pool between family activities. The condo was lovely and had everything we needed, even a washer and dryer! We could not have been more pleased. The manager was so helpful with any questions we had, and provided excellent details about checking in and departure procedures! We would definitely stay here again if we travel to the Denver region!!

This is a nice, clean condo in a quiet community. Quick drive to the highway and close to lots of restaurants including Starbucks and a Target. Awesome park and walking trails nearby. The condo is stocked with every type of cooking tool you need to cook meals, just bring your own spices/condiments. We would definitely stay here again!

My family of 4 had a great vacation while visiting Denver. This unit was very nicely appointed with linens and household items and there was plenty of space for all of us. My kids definitely enjoyed being right across the parking lot from the pool. Would stay again for future visit!

Great 2/2 w/cozy living & dining area. The house was super clean & has great views of the mountains. This condo is the perfect size for a small family, near many restaurants, grocery stores & shopping. Communicating with the owner was easy & very timely. We had such a wonderful stay. The accommodations, were clean and neat. The hostess was amazing. We let her know we were coming in early, and she let us in as soon as it was cleaned. A couple hours early.

It was comfortable and clean. The other couple's bed was uncomfortable. No spices or pantry.
The area seemed safe. The condo was small, but had most everything we needed. The host was very nice and easy to work with. We were surprised that there was no pantry to hold our food and very little to cook with. The eating utensils were very nice. We could only find 3 cups that were not chipped or cracked, but it worked out fine. We were happy to have coffee and filters provided. The kitchen is very small, but worked fine for our short visit. We liked our bed, but the other couple didn't like the memory foam. The husband slept on the floor after the first night. We would stay again, but not with this couple and not if we wanted to cook much.

Mother and daughter from Texas used this rental as our “home base” for visiting friends and family. Plenty of room, nicely appointed, very quiet and great location. Homeowner very easy to work with. We felt very safe and comfortable in this location. Enjoyed our stay!

Family vacation to the mountains
Great experience overall. House was clean and everything we needed was available within a 2 minute drive. Washer and dryer were a huge plus for traveling with a 4 year old and an 8 month old. Beds were comfortable and house was just perfect for our trip. Only about 20 minutes from downtown, we went to the aquarium and children's museum, about an hour from Cheyenne Mountain zoo and all the food options you could want available within 5 miles of the apartment. Owner texted before check in and was very responsive via text from there on. Would recommend and stay again.

A great home as you move into another home. Conveniently located in the DTC area of Denver metro. I needed a place to stay in between moving. Jen offers a lovely condo for that need, business in DTC or a simple get away in south Denver.

Wonderful!
This property was exactly as described and full of home like comforts. I especially enjoyed the fireplace and the bed linens were great. Jennifer, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to any needs or to give information about the area. We will definitely be back!
