We went during fall break with our kids which is in the middle of October. So, there wasn't many people around which is what we wanted. Location was great, It's away from the main bridge and traffic in my opinion. The condo was very clean which is something my wife pointed out; so in my opinion that's saying something. I was impressed with how stocked the kitchen was with utensils and odds and ends that we may need for our stay. Rooms were a good size. Master bath was great. Having the washer and dryer in the condo was also appreciated. Beach had white sand that wasn't gritty. Water was clear and warm. Overall it was a great stay and great spot for the week. Owner is very responsive.

Terry was phenomenal to work with and went above and beyond for our family. The condo was super clean and very well stocked! Exactly as described online. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay and will be back next year!! Thank you again, Terry!!!

We had the best stay at Emerald Surf in Navarre, Fl. We stayed on the top Floor in #503, it was a beautiful room, comfortable beds and very clean. The beach and pool was right outside and we had a beautiful view of the ocean every morning. Navarre was very relaxing with lots of options for entertainment up and down the coast from Pensacola (40 min) to Destin (35 min). So sad to leave it all!

We have always stayed at Emerald Surf, this was our first time in this unit. It was a great condo and we will definitely be back.

My husband and I walked into the condo to find a pristine, super fresh homey space. Spacious and well appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook meals or light snacks. Bathrooms were spotless with fluffy towels. Living room furniture was comfy with a big screen TV. The patio was a chill place to unwind after relaxing in the canvas beach chair service. The owner was gracious and easy to communicate with.

Great location and excellent amenities. Our family stayed for the week and relaxed and enjoyed everything that Navarre Beach had to offer. We will definitely be back and have recommended it to all of our friends.

Unit exactly as described! Had everything you needed and more, including a small library of books and dvd’s! Very pleased with quality of beds and bedding including towels! Property manager was xtremely helpful with a couple of questions and went above and beyond! We had a perfect trip and you will too!

This is one of the nicest condos at Emerald Surf! We definitely want to return!

We are a family of 5 from St. louis and we really enjoyed our stay. Location and cleanliness are our top priorities and this unit met both of our expectations. Clean sheets, clean blankets, clean bathrooms, clean fridge, clean everything! The unit has been recently updated and everything is in great order and condition. Wifi was fast and working great. Great attention to details by the owners who thought of everything, even leaving a pair of good quality binoculars and sharpened knives! This may not be a big deal for most, but just shows how much the owners care for their guests. Also, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook or bake for a family. If I have to find one small thing to complain about was the temperature of the pool that was too cold to swim in it for the first 3 days but then they raised the temperature to 82 deg and we were able to enjoy it for the rest of the week. We will definitely recommend this unit and hopefully we can rent it again on our next trip to Navarre Beach.

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Surf. The beach is lovely, not crowded and very relaxing. We used the umbrella (provided by the owner). It was great for shade and a break from the warm sun. We saw a lot of shells on the beach and enjoyed searching for them. The condo is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything needed for cooking or relaxing. It’s a great location with easy access to the beach. There were also binoculars to view sea animals in the water. The reason for a ‘good’ rating versus ‘excellent’ is due to only one factor. Our only concern was the odor from the front loader washing machine that created a mildew smell. The owner promptly replied with a remedy and that helped remove the odor. Thank you for a lovely beach respite.

This condo is the best I have stayed in. Upgrades are wonderful, the view is perfect and it is generously stocked with supplies to make your stay one to remember.

Lovely condo with a patio and beach view. Comfy and like home. Everything a family needs and more to enjoy a beach stay. We are repeat guests and plan to return next summer.

We loved this condo! The owners have really gone above and beyond with extras. We especially enjoyed the beautiful decor, fully stocked kitchen, access to a closet of beach items, and the little library. We have stayed in several units at Emerald Surf and this was our favorite by far! Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!!!

Excellent communication with the owners even before we arrived. We had no issues with the property! The view was amazing and we even saw dolphins one morning! The access to the beach is only steps away making it easy to enjoy. You don’t have to carry tons of stuff with you because the condo is just so close. The beach was not crowded even during peak times. When we wanted an adventure, we made the short drive into Pensacola or Destin for activities for the kids. This would not be necessary, but we had a few rainy days to fill. Overall, it was a nice, relaxing family vacation and we look forward to staying in the future!!

Enjoyed our Christmas at the beach in Condo 503. The unit is very close to the beach, it was great to set on the balcony in the sun and listen to the ocean. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare all your meals. The condo was clean and the beds are comfortable. The only negative aspect is there is no closet space to hang clothes. Everything else in the condo is great.

The primary reason we stayed at Emerald Surf was to be away from the crowds. Some of the larger condos to the East are packed with people and the beaches were too busy. Emerald Surf was quiet with plenty of room. The room was great, probably needs a few minor repairs in a couple of spots but that’s to be expected with a room this nice that sees a lot of traffic. I highly recommend this room. It was seamless and easy from beginning to end. Great stay. Thank you!!!

We enjoyed staying at 503 Emerald Surf. The condo is fully furnished with all of your home away from home needs for a week at the beach. Access to the pool and beach is very convenient. I saw a shirt that read, ‘Navarre, Florida’s best kept secret’. I agree. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation, this place is it.

So now that I’m coming out of my vacation coma. I can add a little detail about our experience. I highly recommend condo 503 if you’re interested and a very clean Condo With incredible views Sun up to sundown. The furniture and Decore is perfect Beach vibe. Not fancy or stuffy just comfortable! Of course the Emerald Surf is pretty basic bare bones but it’s about 100 steps to the beach. It’s a boutique condo only has five floors. So no crowds at the beach or the pool! Loved it! Met some lovely families too! Perfect for a laid-back vacation to get away from it all!
