The elevator never worked, gnats all in the house, Annoying beeping sound coming from outside by the elevator throughout the whole day. The garage parking roofing came down all over the cars, When I reported all of the above, they just made excuses

We loved this place. We had previously stayed in Pointe West at one of the free standing homes in the area, but actually found the condo to feel more spacious and had a better layout, not to mention the incredible convenient location for the beach and beach club. Great deck, great location, nice little touches by the host with great information for the area and extras as you arrive. And the whole Pointe West experience is one we've fallen in love with particularly because of how set apart it is from the city and crowds and the access to the beach/pools/club/restaurant/bar. We'll be back, and hopefully this place will be available.

We LOVED our stay at Serenity Now!!! The condo is beautiful, fully stocked with towels, bedding, and even a welcome basket, and the location can’t be beat. The decor is so cute. Throughout the week I kept discovering new special touches I hadn’t noticed at first. The balcony is huge with a table and plenty of comfy seating. And the view is awesome! The condo is on the first floor (above the garage) and right next to all the amenities Pointe West has to offer. The Beach Club has something for everyone—a huge swimming pool, a separate baby pool that our kids enjoyed, and a nice hot tub. Plus great music playing, a bar and cafe, game room, gift shop. The beach was lovely. Not overcrowded. We’re used to driving to the beach so hauling everything in a wagon was quite a workout (5 kids ages 2-7 come with a lot of stuff!). There is a place only a short distance down the beach where you can drive up and park. We might try that next time. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better beach vacation. You will not regret staying here!

Nice property, clean and organized. Resort was a very nice option to beach when hot. This property is very convenient to the resort club. Location is far enough away from downtown chaos but drivable for food, supplies and outings.

Great location and beautiful property. The neighbors above us were really loud when in the bedrooms which you can’t control so just more time on the gorgeous porch and living room. Loved how close it was to the beach and the resort pool

We had a wonderful time staying in this property for our vacation. It was exactly as shown. The only thing we could not do was use the pools as they broke because of a hard freeze the week before we got there. It was a bummer but no ones fault. The management was great and we were very happy otherwise

This is a great spot to access pool and beach. We had a quick two day stay, but highly recommend this location for 4+ day stay.

All I can say is the host has been wonderful to work with and I would not hesitate to contact them in the future. Great people!

We had visited Pointe West before but another property and we didn’t have a great experience. But we loved the location so we have it a try with this condo and we are so glad we did. The condo was clean and was ready before check in time. It has everything you need to be comfortable. Its a short walk front the beach and beach club. You have a great view of the gulf from the terrace. We will look to stay here again soon!

Excellent location! Wonderful Care basket with coffee, candy, water and some necessities for the kitchen and laundry. MaryAlice was so helpful and easy to work with And lives on property.

Property was clean and well stocked. Plenty of everything needed for a weekend stay. Location relative to clubhouse and beach was also very convenient.

The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stock with all necessary utensils. We loved the location, right next to the pool and the beach walk over ramp. We will definitely come back .

We had a small issue with the ac not working properly when we checked in but the property managers were on it immediately and it was fixed in no time. Great property

This hidden gem was a great choice for our family. Everything from the west end location to the beachy interior of the home was perfection. The home was very clean and spacious enough for our group of seven. The beach club was a plus with the pristine pool and restaurant onsite. The owner is prompt at responding to any messages. I cannot wait to stay here again!

We stayed a long weekend and loved the spot! It was perfect to walk to the beach or the main pool. We would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was comfortable, and plenty spacious for us and our three children! The only drawback that we had was the first day that we were there there were people working on our balcony, and painting so we didn’t have access to that the first day. After that, everything else was great!

Place was great right next to the pool and the beach, will be back!

1. Front door has no secondary interior lock, and I believe the electronic lock was broken because I made sure I locked behind us and hours later we came back and it was unlocked. Very unsafe. 2. No outside shower available 3. The lazy River are NOT within walking distance. And you have to pay for the wristband. If you have to pay and you have to drive to get to it I’m not sure how that counts as an amenity. In that case, they should also list IHOP as an amenity because you can drive to that and pay for it too 🙄 4. The entire Beach Club (restaurant, bar, infinity pool, kiddie pool) was closed for the entirety of our stay due to construction, which we were informed would be finished before our booking. It was not, and upon reaching out to the owners of this property, they were completely uncaring and unwilling to give even a 10% refund.

We were delighted to find this condo just what our family needed for a great vacation - it’s very clean, well-stocked, roomy, cheery, and had very comfortable beds! Little things like a welcome basket, extra blankets, games, books, beach wagon and chairs, outdoor dining area, real wine glasses - all made our stay better. The building is literally steps away from the Beach Club, where the unheated infinity pool, hot tub, fitness room, game room and restaurant are. It’s right near the boardwalk to the beach too which was clean, wide, and has great sand. The other heated pool, lazy river and hot tub are a two minute drive down the road. It was also very clean and a fun option if the weather was cooler. Pointe West is located away from the busy of Galveston and was very nice, quiet, and well-maintained. It’s still close enough to check out old Galveston and sight see if you want for the day. Truly our only wish was that the main pool was heated, it seems odd. And the whole wrist band situation gets a little tiresome; the security staff are relentless. If you arrive after the office is closed to get your wristbands for the Beach Club, get ready:) It would be nicer to somehow eliminate this issue and have it included in the rental cost somehow. Overall we would 100% stay here again and didn’t want to leave!

This condo was great! Just as advertised. Clean, spacious, right next to the beach club, very short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked to cook in. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We came South to get some relief from the cold winter. The property was in good shape and we enjoyed hanging out in the 60f while our Iowa friends were in the single digits. Great beech great place. Would return.

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was beautiful! We loved the games by the main pool and the beach was pretty amazing as well until the jellyfish moved in. Our only recommendation for improvement is to have the restaurant and shops open year round.

Overall the property was everything the VRBO listing stated. The property looked like the pictures. Unfortunately because off peak season the pool and Hot tub/ spa was closed. And the location that was open was a few miles away. Only negative the elevator was broken, so has to lift the luggage up and down the stairs. Thankfully only had 1 flight of stairs
