This might be the most well-equipped home that I have ever stayed in. It is in a great location right on a canal and is well stocked with everything you might need. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the hammock right be the canal.

Mariella thought of everything at this spotless property with much to offer! We absolutely loved our stay, especially the hot tub, kayaks, and boat dock! The beds were extremely comfortable, the decor adorable, and the thought put into the accessories available was top knotch! Hands down one of the best places we have stayed in the keys!

Very clean and convenient home. We would stay again for sure. The Marina was about 2 blocks away which made launching our boat very easy. Thanks Mariella.

Great place to stay with a family of 4. House was clean and had everything you would need for a weeklong stay. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet at night and the location was central to all the keys. Being in the canal was fun. We fished (caught quite a few fish) and kayaked to the harbor and saw Manatee that came right to the kayaks. Just a comfortable place to stay! I would stay here again.

We stayed for two weeks. The house was clean and exactly as presented. It was well stocked, everything we needed was there. This was not the best neighborhood, but we didn’t have any problems, very quiet.

Well maintained, clean and our hostess Mariella was available on demand. Awesome stay! I highly recommend and will try to book this property again if I ever return here.

This is our second time back! We enjoyed marathon and the convenience of the area, It is close to
Seven mile bridge (for fishing), grocery store, Sombrero beach, tackle/bait store and many restaurants. The house is sitting on a canal that has many sea life. We have seen tarpons, manatee, various types of fish, and the house is equipped with kayaks to use to explore the waterways. Property itself is super clean, and extremely comfortable to stay in. It also has a jacuzzi that we enjoy and relax in after a long day of fishing. Overall, we love this place!

My wife and I, had a week with our daughter, who was on break from college and flew down from Utah. The place was perfect for us to enjoy family time and be able to get on the water and enjoy fishing and snorkeling! Mariellas place was clean,very nicely decorated with comfortable beds! The kitchen was well equipped with high quality cookware and everything you need ! We really enjoyed hanging out in the space below the house . We played ping pong and it was nice to be outside but under shade. We appreciated the kayaks and beach chairs.when we plan for next years trip to Marathon Mariellas place will be one of our top picks!

The property was clean and well maintained. It was exactly what our family of 4 needed! We enjoyed being able to dock a boat. The overall location was perfect for shopping, restaurants, and ease of getting to open water. The only down side was that we couldn't really jump in the water to cool off... the canal was too skinny and the water wasn't as inviting as the open blue ocean. We would recommend this property. Property owner was great!

Check in was smooth and easy. House is excellent and even better than the pictures. We kept a boat in the canal behind the house and it was a fantastic set up. The dock is well maintained and equipped with everything you would need to fish/ boat ride. Water depths were enough to facilitate a large vessel as well as there being ample room to maneuver. There is about a 30 minute slow ride before sister creek but it is easy to navigate. Fish cleaning station is great and bait freezer was fantastic. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to fish and enjoy the boating lifestyle of the keys. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. The large king sized bed was extremely comfortable. I could go on for many more lines about how wonderful this property is. Also, cracked conch cafe is fantastic and a 2 minute walk from the house.

All the condiments, spices and the heaviest pots and pans, everything you need and coffee was wonderful to have right there. The master bed was super comfortable with a 3 inch mattress topper and spa robes to use for the hot tub. Maricella went over and above in communication even on Superbowl Sunday when we had a TV question. All in all the best place we have ever stayed.

We had an amazing time and made so many memories. My family loved eating together outside every morning and going to the beach after. The house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed for a perfect trip! There were so many things to do around the area. We will be back!

Perfect relaxing home. Very clean with nice hot tub, comfortable beds, and a lot of space inside and out. Well maintained, easy check-in. Enjoyed our stay. Marathon had a great beach and many good restaurants.

We had a fabulous time. House was very comfortable and roomy for our family of 5 (with adult kids). Plenty of amenities and the canal was perfect for docking the boat we rented. Hot tub was a wonderful end to each day. Definitely would recommend this home for a great vacation.

This home was the perfect size for us 4 adults. It was clean, beautifully decorated and updated and had lots of extras like the hot tub and ping pong table. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a vacation rental. And the location on the canal is perfect for those bringing a boat. This home will be my first choice when returning to Marathon in the future.

This property is great for boating in the middle keys. Short ride to Atlantic or Bay side gives you time to get everything you need ready. House is very comfortable for two couples. Very well supplied kitchen. Grounds are exquisite. Everything you could need for a great time. Check in and out was a breeze. Couldn’t of ask for anything better.

Perfect Location!
This was our 2nd time to the Keys. We stayed in Key Largo the 1st time, but wanted to stay further in this time. The 1st time we drove and the 2nd, flew into Key West. We were celebrating my 40th birthday. This rental did not disappoint! It was in the perfect location and was the most relaxing vacation I’ve ever had. The kayaks and the ease of being able to put them in the water and explore was awesome! I have zero complaints about our stay. Would absolutely stay at this rental the next time we go back.
